Hello all, I have used Adobe CS6 on my iMac for several years, aware of the fact iOS Mojave is the last iOS that is compatible with this version of the Creative Suite. Because I am now starting to have issues with all manner of things on my Mac, I have to update the opera,ting system. I have to remove CS6. but I need to remove it completely before i install the latest iOS. Can anyone offer advice on the best practice for doing this as I am struggling to find a straight forward solution. Any advice from people who have done the same would be appreciated

My computer crashed so I could not deactivate my CS5.5. Now I cannot activate it after downloading on my new computer. Adobe makes it nearly impossible to get help with this. Does anybody know who I can contact?

Two weeks ago, notifications from Adobe started displaying on my screen when I opened Adobe applications. On 11/5/22, I spent most of the day troubleshooting this with Geek Squad as I thought it might be a virus. Geek Squad confirmed it was not a virus or malware.Yesterday 11/6/22, Geek Squad reinstalled Adobe CS6, but received another error message when trying to complete installation. I am receiving messages stating the license is revoked. Geek Squad recommended that I contact Adobe Support to have my license reinstated since the software is legimiate (original packaging, disk, key with barcode).Today (11/7/22), I contacted Adobe with the number provided by Geek Squad (866-493-4991). I spoke with multiple individuals. The first representative (Nathan) advised that I purchased "limited-time software" and that my license key was registered to another Adobe account.      I had a brand-new computer built a few days ago, running on Windows 10. The first thing I attempted to do was download CC so I could get Photoshop on it. After downloading and running the installer, it ran, closed, and left the app icon on my desktop, but when I clicked the icon, nothing happened. Nothing attempts to open, no error messages, nothing.     I attempted to uninstall, but when trying to uninstall from the control panel, the button doesn't do anything. I restarted my computer and attempted to uninstall, but again, no use. Trying again, I was locked out of my start bar and was forced to use a restore point. I tried to download and run again, but with the same results.     I'm able to install and uninstall other programs just fine, so I'm thinking this might be an issue on Adobe's end. Cuando quiero instalar alguna de las aplicacion de adobe me dice que ocurrio un error y esto persiste aunque le de a reintentar. No entiendo mucho de esto asique dejo la imagen con infomracion del error.¿ Alguno tiene la solucion o alguna idea? When I want to install any of the Adobe applications it tells me that an error occurred and this persists even if I try again. I don't understand much of this so I leave the image with information about the error. Does anyone have the solution or any ideas? 

I have Premiere Pro Beta on my laptop (Mac Pro M1), but it doesn't appear on my Mac Studio Creative Cloud. I have re-installed Creative Cloud three times already, and I don't know what else to do. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks!

Bonjour,je viens de changer de pc et je tente de reinstaller sur mon nouveau micro, avec une clef, le logiciel Photoshop Element 12, un peu vieillot mais qui me sert parfaietemnt pour l'usage que j'en ai. Le process d'installation s'est parfaitement déroulé, sauf qu'à l'ouverture on me demande de me connecter pour enregistrer le produit; quand je tente de me connecter une fenêtre s'ouvre et on me dit : "Connectez vous à Internet et réessayez. Votre ordinateur est hors ligne ou son horloge est mal réglée, ce qui provoque une erreur de connexion? Vous devez vous connecter à Internet. Etablissez cette connexion ou réglez l'horloge puis réessauer. Si le pb persiste, contactez le service clientèle"....ce qu j'ai fait et on m'a fait comprendre qu'il vaudrait mieux investir dans quelque chose de plus récent...ce dont je n'ai pas trop envie.... Y a-t-il une chance pour que je puisse à nouveau utiliser mon Photoshop Element 12 ?   Merci pour votre aide

I had Acrobat XI Pro installed on my Surface Pro 8. I uninstalled it there and then installed it on my new Surface Pro 10. I am getting a message that the serial number  is already in use and they want to deactivate me. It is installed on only one machine. They both ran Windows 11. Any way to solve the problem?Thanks

I've tried un-installing Creative Cloud and all the applications. But the 207 error code keeps appearing.

Hola. eh intentado instalar el programa de creative cloud desktop, pero a la hora de iniciar me aparece que tarda demaciado en cargar y se cierra y me pide volver a instalar dobe, aunque la eh hecho varias veces.

Buenas noches, estoy intentando instalar Creative Cloud en mi ordenador por varias horas y al momento de ver las aplicaciones, aparece (La carga de las aplicaciones parece tardar más tiempo de lo habitual. Vuelva a iniciar Creative Cloud o reinicie el ordenador y vuelva a intentarlo.) Ya desactive mi firewall, mi antivirus, revise mi conexion a internet, use el AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool, CreativeCloudUninstaller, reinicie mi equipo, borre la carpeta, segui todos los pasos que sugiere la pagina, pero sigue apareciendo lo mismo. It happened Adobe revoked my CS6 license which is purchased for a company I started years ago which I closed. I used the license as a personal license for years, they revoked it. Out of the blue.    I guess this type of treatment is despicable and disgusting. Because I own a license and paid $$$ for it as a (Perpetual) license they broke the agreement. Now I really started to hate them for it.   And to Add to the issue they won't help me by any means via chat or email they closed all support doors.   This is what I call big company doing whatever they want breaking agreements thinking they are untouched.   And if someone sane or with decent morals at Adobe would step in to help I would appreciate it.   [Edited by moderator]

Hallo aus Hamburg, bittte um eine Emailadressse, wo ich mein Anliegen, nämlich wieder freischalten meiner bei Mediamarkt für 130 Euro gekauften Software PhotoShop Elements 2020. Da irrtümlich durch ein Crash eines unserer PCs auf ein dritten (neuen) PC die Software installiert und verwendet worden ist, ist jetzt laut Auskunft der Supportchatmitarbeiter die Anzahl der Aktivierungen erreicht und somit nicht mehr verwendbar. Es soll auch keine Möglichkeit ihrerseits geben, dies wieder zu reaktivieren, so das man diese sehr gute, aber für unsere Verhältnisse teure Software wieder nutzen kann. Laut der Info des Supports scheint es jetzt nur noch für kostenpflichtige Produkte einen Emailkontakt geben. Auch wenn Adobe alles auf Cloud und Abo umgestellt haben, sollten sie ihre "alten" Nutzer mit ihrer gekauften Software nicht vergessen.  Wie ist eure Erfahrung?                      &nb

Does anyone have any idea how to turn off Adobe's most annoying updates. I am quarantined, trying to work from home, and literally have the most annoying pop up every couple of seconds flash across my screen. I am going to lose my damn mind if this thing can't be disabled. I have gone in and adjusted the settings for no notifcations, but it keeps coming up. At this point, I don't even want adobe on my computer. I don't want to ever use Adobe again. I'm am already freaking stressed out trying to work from home, and this is the absolute last thing I need. I hate Adobe.
