So I bought my adobe creative suite 6 back in 2014, around 2019 or 2020 I started using the new version so I was paying around $ 20 per month, times are not so good now so I canceled the service and I tried to re install my old adobe creative suite 6 and I get this message saying I have an unlicensed app, I called customer service and they told me after 2019 they no longer allow to install older versions even when I paid for it, it shows in my adobe online account, is not a stolen or downloaded illegally from the internet YET Adobe does not le me use something I legally boughtI just want to use the programs that came with my adobe creative suite 6 Production Premium

I purchased the PS/Premier elements directly from Adobe. Both are downloaded to my Windows laptop. Photo editor popped up with the serial number prompt as soon as I first opened it, but Premier is not doing that. It only prompts me to download the free trial. How do I open and activate Premier this first time? I have a serial number, but can't figure out where/how to enter it.

Ever since I've installed the latest version (December 2020) of Creative Cloud Suite my computer is running very slow, it crashes almost every 5 minutes. I uninstalled the Creative Suite to check and in fact it was that update, and that really annoys me. Also it logs out every 5 minutes, this new version sucks.That's why I am looking for an older version of Creative Cloud.   [post edited by moderator]

Hi,I am most likely in an incorrect community, but could not see anything on CS3.Laptop crashed, needed to reinstall all programs. Have CS3 on disc, bought new in 2007, with authentic serial number and activation number. At that time 2007, authorization code was given over the phone. Still have that code, but it does not work anymore. The phone number that is displayed on the Phone Activation pop-up when trying to activate the product is to call Adobe on 1800 005 034, however this number is not in use anymore. Adobe chat was no help at all.How can one activate a legitimate CS3 disc?Appreciate any help, Ken 

HelloAfter 5 years of using Adobe design standart CS5.5 photoshop and other applications started to show this message:"Your unlicensed Adobe app is about to be disabled" Cs5.5 package was bought 13 years ago and i still got licence key, but by some reason, after Adopbe genuine sofware kicks in, the app just crashes. When app is not connected to interned, everything works fine, but due to work it is not good practice. I thought of trying to reinstall application, but all language versions available on https://account.adobe.com/products rejects my key (using mac versions). Orgininal version was bought in czech language, but there is no of this version there. Im still holding original certificate of software purchase, is there any way to fix this issue?Thank you very much for all the information and help 

Hello everyone, I'm trying to download Lightroom Classic, installation is so fine but then why I try to open the App it asks for a password, and even though i've typed in the correct password, I even changed it in case I was doing something wrong, but just doesn't seem to work no matter what I do.  Anyone experience anything similar? Any help?

Hello! So I recently made a fresh installment of Windows 11 and tried to install my Adobe Creative Cloud. The Installer goes up to around 4% after I get Error 205. I downloaded the Installer multiple times, tried a different browser, logged out and back in, and Deleted all "Adobe" folders but I still get the error. Any idea how to fix that ?

I changed pc and it no longer recognizes the license. It tells me that it is already installed in 2 pc's, even though it was deactivated and uninstalled from the old pc. I have no way to figure out where the licenses were installed or deactivate them directly from adobe?

I get this 404 page while trying to access my apps & services (see video attached). Also if someone has just the creative cloud download, that would help, since I can just download all my other apps from there.

I'm having issues installing InDesign on my Surface Pro X laptop. I have Creative Cloud downloaded and access to these apps through my school but is giving me an error when trying to download most Adobe apps. The website states these apps are compatible with my laptop and I have more than enough storage. Below I will insert some screenshots of the error message and account.

I rarly use photoshop only for some stright forward basic with my entry level knowleage . I have CS6 for a decade , and stucked with IOS Sierra, There are soemthign wrong with my safari which I would have to update my IOS system which mean I will lose my CS6 which I properly use it 1-2 times in a year.   I m now prepared to update my computer, but I m confused about Adobe creative  , Adobe CCPs Elements , some comments from the  forum suggest GIMP / affinity photo which is so foreign to me. I don't even know what is suitabe for me, what I m looking at to replace my CS6 ,  seeking for advice, thanks in advance .

Hallo,   ich möchte gerne die CC Services beenden und zurück gehen zu CS6. Daber treten aber leider folgende Probleme auf: Beim Einlegen des Original Datenträgers kommt es bei der Installation zu einer Fehlermeldung. Ich habe es in letzter Zeit nicht mehr versucht zu installieren, aber so war es in der Vergangenheit.   Mit Creative Cloud kann ich leider nicht arbeiten. Es fehlen bestimmte Funktionen, und die Programme und Arbeitsabläufe sind gestört. Ich habe in einem anderen Beitrag davon gelesen, dass es Betrugsffälle gibt, und Benutzer ausgeschlossen werden, deren Daten verschlüsselt, gelöscht, verschleppt, oder vielleicht auch weiterverkauft werden. Derjenige hatte auch das Problem, dass seine Lizenz nicht mehr anerkannt wurde.   Was mich intressieren  würde: Gibt es bei Adobe eine Abteilung, an die man sich wenden kann, die sich mit Betrugsfällen bei der Lizenzierung und Verschlüsselung von Daten auskennt, und stimmt vielleicht ewas nicht mit meiner Installatio

After using the Download Assistant to download the Mac version of Photoshop CS6, I tried to install it as a trial. However, when I launch the Photoshop CS6 installation app, I receive an error message saying "We've encountered the following issues -- installer failed to initialize." The suggestion was to download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem. I followed this advice, but after running it, the result was "Inspection could not identify any issues. Please contact Adobe Support for further assistance." And now I'm stuck...

I've been running the CS6 Production Premium since February 2015.  It was purchased and downloaded directly from Adobe.com.Today when I launched After Effects I received a warning that my software is not genuine.  Clicking "more info" revealed that all the products pass their licensing status, but are each listed as "Tampered Software".I haven't tampered the software in any way.  It's a clean install on a Mac running El Capitan.Adobe recommends 3 steps to protect myself and my work:1. Replace the non-genuine software you are using with Adobe genuine software2. Uninstall the non-genuine software from your machine3. Help others by reporting the reseller who sold you the non-genuine softwareSo I figured I should report the reseller who sold me the software.  It was Adobe.com.I'm afraid to try to uninstall and then re-install it in case it gets blocked.  It appears to be working fine right now.Anyone else having this issue?

Hallo.PS CS 6 lässt sich nicht aktivieren, da wohl mehr als 2 Geräte damit laufen.Unter Activated devices im meinem account wird aber nix angezeigt und da stimmt auch.Was kann ich hier tun?

I'm trying to install Microsoft PictureIt 2000.  Yes I know, it's an old program but one that I was very efficient at.  Installation failed because it needs Shockwave.  I understand that Shockwave has been discontinued and no longer available for download.  Is there a similar and more up to date program I can use that will work with PictureIt 2000?

Hello community, I see there a new upgrade for Lightroom Classis 13.0.2 but everytime I try to uograde it for the fix, it would start the doanload, get to 1% and then I get an update failed. I go into to see the error code and see Error 107. I am running this on an IMac 2020 with the Sonoma 14.1.2 OS.  When I look at the detail message I see the following : Error: Invalid condition string specified, Missing variable 'IsEnterpriseDeployment' identified Not sure what is happening.

This is my exact situation right now - if I could remove Prem Pro I'd free up 4Gb, but I can't for the reasons you outline. Who thought it was a good idea to make uninstalling contingent on updates which can be blocked by lack of space?
