In the end I got this descirbtion to revoke generative AI features in the Admin Console. Me and my collegaue checked everything, but we can not find this setting: "I would like to ask you to follow the steps below:To disable AI features in the Admin Console, navigate to the appropriate settings section (e.g.“Product Configuration” or ‘Feature Settings’) and either disable the AI feature or customize the access levels to specific users." After that message the Adobe Customer Care left the chat and I got a mmesage about a solved request.Has anyone had similar experiences or does anyone know the solution to revoke generative AI features in the Admin Console?

Hi all, The company I work for has two headquarters. One is in the united states and the other in europe. Originally the headquarters in europe purchased adobe and gave licesnes to its users and some users in the United States. Then the headquarters in the United States also purchased adobe to give to users in the United States. Both the users in United States and Europe use their work email for these adobe licenses. Now, the Europe headquarters plans to not renew their current licenses. This is causing an issue as a handful of their users (about 15) are on the United States side. The United States users still need access to Adobe for day to day business. Now here is the issue: One of my users, originally has a license from the Europe headquarters. I tried to create an account for this user on my side but ran into adobe issues across the board (not working correctly, not seeing the pro options that are associated with pro version, etc) . Tengo un perfil y plan asociado a la universidad, que incluye todos los programas, sin embargo cuando inicio sesión con el correo de la universidad, sale la opción de "perfil personal" y otra de "perfil educativo", y aunque selecciono perfil educativo, se abre la cuenta de perfil personal, en la cual no hay planes. Hi everyone, my e-mail address currently has 2 Adobe-Accounts or rather versions of accounts that are active. One is a business-account which my university is the admin of, I think. The other one is a private one which I just now created and booked the student-plan for, because the business-account will be deactivated several days ahead from now. When people want to share files with my mail-address, which of these accounts will get access to them? Or can I choose with which I want to access the shared file?Does anyone know? Thanks for your support!

I have recently added a new user and have assigned new license to him. Unfortunately, the user has not received the welocme email with acess details. I raised a complaint through the call centre, to which they send an account verification email with link to the new user. The email link suggested password reset code to the emial which is also not receiving. Currently i have paid for the license but cannot be used by the new user

I've recently changed my account to a student afiliated one. Before that, I could use all the adobe apps perfectly with no problem, I then deleted the CC Cloud on my computer and tried to reinstall it, but this error message keeps coming up for about two weeks now! I've tried solving the problem by updating my Mac's software, uninstalling and reinstalling the CC cloud and contacting my college's TI team with no luck, to be honest.SOS!

Is there a way I can delete user storage folders from the admin portal? I have users who have left our company but still have a cloud folder and I would like to remove these.Another question (might solve my first question) will removing users from our directory in the admin portal also delete their storage folder?

Hi, I'm exploring the option to ship the JMX console default metrics like HEAP_USED and OperationStats.WorkflowPurgeTask.SUCCESS to AWS CloudWatch for better observability. I've implemented collectd to grab the JMX metrics and was able to ship the GenericJMX mbean metrics like memory_pool but could not find the mbean configurations required for the aforementioned default AEM JMX console metrics. Is there a way to achieve this on AEM on-premise offering?

Hi Team,  100% not technical here but someone in our company accidentally incorrectly put the email address and assigned a CC license to them. Now when we try to add the user it doesn't recognise the correct email address. (who would of thought typing 1 additional letter would cause such a commotion)  Any tips in resolving this?  We raised a support case but they gave us a unmonitored email.

We had an admin rename our primary SSO group that was assigning licenses to users.  This caused Azure to remove the group completely and deprovision everyone from the admin console. We have no admins that have been able to sign-in to the console to contact support to try to get this resolved.  Calling the phone tech support they are unable to find any accounts associated with me the primary admin of our Adobe accounts.  I gave them our VIP number, invoice number, PO number we issued, and everything I have to identify our company/me.  I'm waiting on a response from our VAR, but so far nothing from them either. Has anyone successfully contacted Adobe support in a scenario like this?  Anybody have good contact information for support?

Hi there,We recently got Adobe Enterprise Plan. A user had create a free account with her enterprise email few weeks ago. Now, I want to assign her an Acrobat Pro licence within the admin console. So I created a user with her company email adresse and assign her a licence.I downloaded and installed CC on her PC along with Acrobat, but when she connect with her email, CC do not give her choice between the "personnal" free account that she already had and her new company profile with Acrobat pro licence assing. What I did wrong? There is a way to send an invitation email to the user so CC knows that I want to onboard her?Thanks

Hi everyone,I’m currently facing an issue with signing in to the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App (version 6.6.0.611) on Windows 11 (build 22631) in combination with a Federated ID and Conditional Access setup. When trying to log in via the menu “Help > Sign in using your browser”, nothing happens—the default browser (Microsoft Edge) does not open. All other options under the Help menu work fine, but this particular login entry is completely unresponsive. I have this problem since the 2nd may.The only way the login works is by manually deleting all Adobe-related Windows Credentials from the Credential Manager.
