I'm trying download the adobe apps, and this message pops up... 'Unable to reach adobe servers, check firewall and time zone settings' pops up on the Creative Cloud brower.  I've turned off Firewall and my Timezone settings is correct. And I've looked online and I couldn't find any solutions! I can't uninstall the app to reset it as it says 'Can't uninstall as you currently have apps that need the Creative Cloud' which I understand as I do have Adobe XD installed. So was wondering if anyone has actually solved this?? I need to know asap as I'm doing a job for an agency, and theres not much Adobe support help lines. Also I see some people on this forum, linking people  to 'Direct Download of apps pages'.. but I can't do that, as the agency I'm working for has added me to their Adobe teams account, and I need to only access the apps to be on this company licence, so I have to download the apps via Creative Cloud only. 

Hello, so Abode sent me a mail that said my gratuation is coming. But i am still a university student. And in Creative Cloud, it said my next payment will be changing to normal (non student) plan. So ı bought a new student plan but it created a new account in the same email. How can i fix this? Because i still have two acconts in the same email and one of them is still gonna take normal plans money.

Hi. I have just purchased after effects and I've went to the home screen where I imagine the relevant apps and things are to download and the home screen just will not load. It just stays blank and buffering. I've tried restarting my computer and logging back in to the website but still stuck on a blank home screen. If anyone has any ideas I'd be very grateful. I've only just took the dive and have fallen at the first hurdle possible. Thansk

I updated to Windows 11 and now my Adobe Acrobat DC desktop will not open.  How do I download the desktop version?

Adobe Creative Cloud, self install options, we are looking to offer our creative cloud licence as a sefl install, the issue we have is, once that user leaves we want the software to be removed from that user's  problem is we don't typically have a list of products that the user has installed, so we don't typically know what they would have installed, we were given this link Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application which does nothing but uninstall the adobe desktop app, but leave all the other softwares install which is not what we want. we want all the installed adobe creative cloud software to be removed, is that a pipe dream or can it be done?

I was wondering if Adobe has a system for the digital signature system that can track by company/client and have time limits (i.e. 1 year) for a valid signature? What I am looking for is when my company sends out contract documents to our suppliers, I would like a system that can track the signatures of each of our suppliers and have a time limit for how long these documents are valid for and have some sort of notification system indicating the old signature will be expiring soon. I would prefer not to have to send out the document each time to the suppliers as that can be a hassle for my company’s contract writers, me tracking each supplier and the dates they signed and the suppliers themselves. I would like to be able to database and supply the information to our clients upon request. Is this even a capability Adobe has or will i need to check elsewhere for it?

Anyone has instructions on how to deploy an Adobe Pro version 22 or 23 FRL (Feature Resticted License) Offline mode package using VMWare App Volumes 4.0 on an VMware Horizon View 7 environment with FSLogix for Profiles?We have created an FRL Offline package containing the License File on the Adobe Admin Console and then created a App Volume Package from the package we downloaded from the Adobe Admin Console.The issue we're having is that sometimes, not always, and that's why we're puzzeled right now, is that users get prompted to sign-in.We have tried to installed the Adobe package directly on a VMWare Horizon View VDI machine (i.e., not using the app volume package) and here we have no issue. However, we would like to be able to deploy it using the app volume package to avoid having the Adobe package installed on the VMWare Horizon View Master Image or having the need to create seperate desktop pools.

Since last week all of my Adobe apps stopped loading any of my library assets and they just say every subfolder is empty (see attached) this is accross ALL of our brand libraries and a huge issue as thats where all our assets are stored.I checked chrome libraries and the assets are still there so the issue is creative cloud not talking to photoshop and illustrator, even though it says "all up to date" when i hover over the cloud

I have been made for the payment on 03/17/205 and it was successful. Why did I still receive the email stating that the payment failed? 

Hello community,we are state company and procedures for the purchases of everything are rather complicated, Adobe notified us that our licenses expire 15th of April and I am not sure that we will manage to make it on time (we cant purchase the licenses directly, we have to contatact local resellers and they have to provide offers, after that we have to establisn an public auction and pick the best one). Does anyone know for how long will adobe products continue to work after the license expiration. Thank you, best

We are trying to extract component and template structure in JSON format from AEM CMS version 6.5, we required template structure details like fields Name, field types, any datasource url which added into field and for component, we required template name along with content which used to build the respective component. Currently for Page content extraction we used JSON exporter module(.model.json) and for template extraction we tried with querybuilder => /bin/querybuilder.json?path=/conf/we-retail/settings/wcm/templates/hero-page/initial/jcr:content/root&type=nt:unstructured&p.hits=selective&p.properties=jcr:path&p.limit=-1. We would like to understand is there any direct way to fetch the response for the above requirement

We are attempting to install Flash Professional on top of CC2017 on some of Windows 10 (1709) student desktops.The Flash Pro package was built using adobes packager (1.14.0.59) but the install always fails with error 1603.We have tried repacking Flash, running the MSI and Setup command, with administrator privileges and also used the Exception Delpoyer.It never work just error 1603, the error log show a message stating "Failed to get info about conflicting process"Be much appreciated for any assistance in this area.Many thanks,Adam.

Has anyone successfully requested a new Adobe Account Manager? I’ve been stuck in an endless loop for two months trying to get the correct Adobe Classic FRL - Offline license assigned to my account.I’ve submitted about five support tickets, but they all get closed with the same response—"Contact your Adobe Account Manager." The problem is, my account manager has assigned me the wrong licenses multiple times (Acrobat Pro, Adobe Acrobat Classic, and Adobe Acrobat Classic - Feature Restricted), and Adobe is now asking for payment on licenses we don’t even need. I jsut need Adobe Acrobat Classic - Feature Restricted Offline!!! Support won’t help because they say only my account manager can assign the correct license, but my account manager is slow to respond and even told me to open a support ticket—just for support to send me back to them. At this point, I need a new account manager. Does anyone know the formal process to request this? Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,I've got a user with a license for the above product but when she tries to edit a PDF it won't let her save. It also says it is password protected when it isn't.Any ideas?TIA

Creative Cloud file synchronization for business plans such as Creative Cloud for teams and Creative Cloud for enterprise will be discontinued from 1.10.2024 (now extended to 3.02.2025). However, this information page https://helpx.adobe.com/at/enterprise/kb/eol-cc-synced-files-for-business-plans.html provides an alternative:Adobe continues to offer and support Creative Cloud storage and sync with cloud documents, Creative Cloud Libraries, Lightroom cloud storage, and Frame.io cloud storage. None of these cloud storage solutions are affected by this change.Unfortunately, we don't understand what the difference is here. Creative Cloud synchronization is being stopped - doesn't this apply to all cloud storage?We have an Adobe CC for Teams in our company and would like to disable the file synchronization in the Cloud. How does that work? Or is this already happening automatically?

New Feature request for Adobe Admin console: Allow add new user to ORG for User Group Administrator role. Right now, if a User group admin needs to add a user or a group of users via CSV file and bulk add to their assigned group, and new user who has not logged into Adobe first comes up with an error. Only system admins can add truly new users to the ORG.  Please allow this feature to user group admins so they can add new users who have not signed in yet to adobe. Example: A university has 100 new students starting a class. The user group admin needs to add the users to a group for access to an adobe product for the class. On the first day of class the users need to hav access to adobe products assigned by group. Unless the students have signed in previously or the system admin has imported the list of new users, the group admin's csv import or one by one add will fail. Please add this feature!
