When creating APP-V5 package for Adobe Acrobat DC enterprise deployment, I noticed after deploying and testing the package if I leave the machine like that, by next day my entire hard disk space is gone. I noticed the cause is AdobeGCclient.exe which is creating continuous 4GB log files under [users]\temp folder until entire hard disk space is consumed.When I browsed I did not find a valid solution yetAnyone, please let me know the fix for thisHere is the screenshot of the log files..

We have been asking a sales to switch the plan back when we realized the mistake and adding one more (to make a total of 7), and if there is any money loss due to the plan change, we may compensate those if adding one account will not cover. However, despite the fact that none is written in the contract, the sales only repeat that the license is only able us to add but not change, which cost us more than double for 3 years, and no cancellation allowed. In total, we are paying more than a person simply bought any plan. Scenario:We would like to change from Acrobat Pro DC Classic Track to Continuous Track.I have already prepared the AIP including the patches but I fail to make a new MST with the Customization Wizard (Wizard-Version 15.016.20039)Meanwhile I have tried this on Windows 7 and Windows 10 both with different results in the logfile but both will fail, nevertheless.The instaler in our in the license Portal was a Acrobat DC Classic installer. Even if I try to use the existing MST file of the classic track (made with an older wizard 15.07) there is no chance to grant offline exception again. Problem:And that's the point, I can still deploy the Classic Track Adobe with the old MST file flawless, but fail to deploy the continuous track because the setup will halt at entering a valid serial number.Questions:Isn't it allowed to switch the track from classic to continuous with the same serial? Hey ForumWe are using MS SCCM in order to deploy software to our clients. Since Adobe has published the MUI option for Adobe CC we are now very interested in using this. But from what I read the language it will be installed in is finally the language that the installing user is set to.Is there anyway, that we can use a command line switch or customised XML or something similar in order to set the language?

We are trying to deploy Adobe DC leveraging Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS).  However, my test users get an error 400 when trying to log into Adobe with their enterprise account.  I have claimed the domain, updated our DNS with the correct cert, and still get the error.  What else am I missing?

I am attempting to restore the integration between adobe and SharePoint 2013 for check in / out. I followed this post here [Sharepoint 2013 PDF check out and open option ] and installed the PDFFIX.jsI now receive and error while opening files.I inspected the traffic with Fiddler 4I see a 404 on /80/_vti_bin/Webs.asmx. The issue is that address doesn't exist. The forward slash '/' should be a collon ':' because it's port http://[mysite]:80/_vti_bin/Webs.asmxWhen I use an AutoResponder rule in fiddler to find / replace --- SUCCESS!This is as far as I got. I'm going to dig in further but maybe someone has some more information before I waste even more time.

So my uni gave me a years subscription to Creative Cloud Enterprise and I'm so confused as to why there is such a jumble of different versions of software.I have: Premiere Pro 2015.3After Effects 2014Audition 2014Speedgrade 2015.In Adobes stupid eco system of non-backwards compatability, how am I going to be able to dynamic link to anything from Premiere if all the software is a mix of incompatible versions..?

Like the subject says... So far I hate CC.  It seems like every time I use it, I have to log in, update something, or the Adobe server doesn't work.  Multiply that times the number of users we have, and it's a pain in the you-know-what.Oh ya also I notice that there's absolutely no path to provide feedback to Adobe about any of their products.  Is there one?

Whenever I logged on, I was directed to adobe loggon. After log on, I will be denied usage since it is after seven days. We at KAIST, Daejeon, Korea have a licence. I do as was told to do. I use removeVolserial by administrator running. Then I use Adobeserialization by admin running. I still cannot get the product licenced. Let me know what is going on... I will appreciate your help. I do have old version of Illustrator working in two other mac books. This one is on Windows Surface.

I've deployed adobe CC to a device and the user has been working fine for the past year. All of a sudden she was asked to login with the Adobe CC admin account (which I've done), but the program still will not launch.  The only option I have is to start the 30-Day trial.  Is it just a matter of entering the serial number again or do I need to create a new package and push that out again.  This is an iMac user running OSX 10.9.5.  Again, it was working fine up until today, now all of the CC apps are down.

Hi AllI created a package using AAMEE 3.1 for a CS6 master collection license. The package creation was successful, but when I go to click on the Windows Installer Package it starts up fine then during the part where it says "Windows is configuring package xxxxx" it waits a few seconds and just quits. Is this an issue with Windows 10 compatibility? Has anyone had similar issues?Thanks for the help.

I purchased a creative cloud student package about half year ago, everything worked well. Yet when i lock in to the account recently, the product list did not show that i bought the package and lost the enterprise license key. I could only download trials. What happend and what should i do?Thank You

I've been troubleshooting this one for a while now, I've come to the conclusion that the issue (for me) is not network or firewall related. I get the error on a completely open wireless network, no firewalls involved. When I run CCP it goes through 1% and then when it gets to 2% and the status is "downloading", I get the "Oops" error. I looked, and it's showing that Adobe Bridge has been partially downloaded. I suspect at this point that the error is being caused by CCP being unable to do anything with that partially downloaded Bridge.So my question is how do I COMPLETELY uninstall CCP including all prefs files and especially how do I trash any partially downloaded software? It's looking like if I could remove that partial Bridge download it would probably work after that. This is on OS X 10.9.

Hey all. I work at a university, we have an enterprise-level education license for Adobe CC. I personally am not the employee who makes the deployment packages, so I apologize in advance if I can't give you the proper feedback necessary to advance the discussion, but I'm hoping that I'll be able to relay this information to the powers that be at my institution so we can further improve the use of our product, as such, any suggestions or ideas are greatly appreciated. Perhaps this isn't the forum to ask this kind of question, but there's no other method I have to get feedback, the only person authorized to talk to them in my department doesn't believe that it would be helpful.Our employee who makes the Adobe packages does not test them, so we usually test them by trial and error through installing them on machines. Hi,I encounter some troubles with Adobe Remote Update Manager (RUM), who doesn't update to the last version of products.First of all, where can I find informations about exact version of Adobe products? For example, Illustrator CC 2015.3 is Illustrator v16.x or something like that. And same things for others. This help me to understand why I not in latest product version with RUM.Thanks for help!

To start off, this is NOT a CC Desktop App issue.We desperately need an offline installer for After Effects for our 20 iMac's.  It is impractical for these to all download After Effects, and any other apps, individually on an iMac by iMac basis.  We've finally got Photoshop but still need After Effects.  Please sort this out Adobe!

I have deployed a Creative Cloud Packager-Package to about a dozen Macs (OSX 10.11.5) last year. Until some time in this year, I successfully used RemoteUpdateManager (RUM) version 1.9.2 on the Macs along with an Adobe Update Server in-house (AUSST) to install updates to the Macs.Recently I discovered that my version of the Adobe Update Server Setup Tool (3.0.0.59) does not download the newest updates for Photoshop and Illustrator. So I grabbed the new Creative Packager (CCPLauncher) and installed it. This have me access to the newest version of the Adobe Update Server Setup Tool (4.0.0.42) which I copied to my AUSST root folder. It downloaded 39 GB of new updates in the folder "ACC" in my AUSST root folder.The next thing I noticed was that I needed to update RUM on the clients and the Overrides file as well. I created the client config (Overrides) and put it on the Macs. Then I grabbed the newest version (1.9.6) from the newly updated Creative Cloud Packager. Trying to use this versio
