My team designs school graphics. We have a library for each school with their logos and colors. We have probably 1000+ libraries. It takes forever to scroll thru to find and add a library. Sometimes it takes a day for it to even show up in my apps after adding it. Would it work faster if we combined individual schools libraries as groups within a district library instead? For example, a school district has 10 schools, so rather than 10 separate libraries there would be "XYZ School District" with 10 groups in it named by each school.

Hi there. My first post here.Briefly: for my company I've activated two creative cloud accounts which we are using daily on two distinct office pcs.The question is: Am I allowed to download photoshop and lightroom on my home pc to be used  when the other two licenses are not in use? This would be a private use (editing pictures). Of course I'd use one of the two accounts already created.Thanks in advance,MaxItaly

I'm trying to buy some Acrobat licences through our Admin Console, and whenever I click on Buy More I get the white modal with "Gathering all your product details" and an indefinitely spinning wheel. I think the website's security settings are blocking the purchase page from loading because I'm getting a few CORS errors in my Chrome console and specifically:Refused to display 'https://commerce.adobe.com/' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.

My school has bought several license for Creative Cloud. I entered my new students and it is not giving them access to the apps even though it says they have access in my Administration portal. It is only showing trial for them. 

In the Developer Console I am trying to access the "User Management API" to use in a project. Is says the service is available but I need an admin to grant me permission to use. WELL, I am the Admin, so I'm stuck. Can anybody assist with this? 

My Business Profile was setup automatically but my company has since changed names. How can I update the name of the Business Profile?Thanks,Luther

Hi Guys, Would anyone one know how to enable Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop to update apps via the auto-update feature in it's preference settings - via registry etc.Trying to deploy a package to the wider network and having issues identfying what reg key, system file controls this option.Just trying to enable a feature within the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Client so that users can install updates for installed software (via the Adobe Cloud) so that all software is up-to-date and doesn't rely on IT to update it. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Hi, Would anyone one know how to enable auto-update in Creative Cloud to let the Creative Cloud app keep all the Adobe apps updated automatically? Is there a way to enable it via reg key or system file?  Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you. 

Adobe Support,   Receiving the "Something went wrong when saving "error  id" when attempting to add a new user. I’ve tested by attempting to add several users with the same result.   I can log in as an admin and of course can verify that I have a Business admin account.    Went through chat who advised that I send a ticket to (removed by moderator) but that email keeps getting blocked by Adobe   Please assist.   Thank You ILC/KSE Desktop Support Technician   [Edited by moderator: please refrain from sharing your details here, as this is a public forum accessible to all.]

Trying to get help with a user creation.  I entered their email in, then filled in the optional First and Last name fields. The resulting user appeared with a different last name.  I tried without filling in the optional field and it still occurred with the same last name. Help

Ive been using adobe for 2 years now but had no idea that my school offered a free version. I made the new free account but won't be able to access my projects if I deactivate the old one. Is there a way to transfer the projects or do I have to keep paying the old subscription?

I've had Creative Cloud for some time but maybe a month ago it said no im not going to let you sign in no matter what you do. I've tried every way youtube, forums, reddit, and adobe support said would fix it and here i am now writing my last effort before investing in a lightroom, photoshop, and premiere pro replacement. I hope somethings comes from this as using adobe tools is awesome just their surpport and creative cloud are completely terrible.

I need to install Adobe XD but the creative cloud desktop app won't let me install because apparently I don't have the access to manage applications. This is so weird because this is my personal laptop. How can I not have the access on my own laptop. The error further states "Permission from your IT Administrator may be required to enable app management".Attaching the screenshot for proof. Hello, maybe you can help me.We have level 4 in the VIP program and have a 3-year commitment (extended term with annual payments).We have 12 licenses for All Apps and 14 licenses for All Apps Pro (now apparently Edition 4). Not all of our licenses require access to the stock content. Similarly, we have 62 normal InCopy licenses and 14 InCopy Pro (now Edition 4). Other licenses are not listed here.My account manager says there is only Edition 4 and there is no option to choose other licenses. So now I have to pay for 26 All Apps and 76 InCopy licenses in Edition 4. That's a price increase of several thousand dollars. I thought with the 3 year commitment I would always pay the same price? Because even the normal license prices are no longer the ones I paid in 2023. Do any of you know or can explain this?

I am trying to edit the users of a company team that I have created that have access to the company libraries. Basically when I (admin) create a new library I can assign a group that I have created to that library. This works like clockwork, no issues. However I ant to edit the users of that group but I cannot find out where to do that. I have spoken to Adobe support who just went round and round in circles and then clicked off the chat, twice, so it seems that they don't know how to do it either. Anyone else know how to do this? I've checked user groups and it's not that. I've checked anythign to do with groups in the cc cloud library, assets library, main admin console etc etc. I just can't find where to make this change and it's frustrating the hell out of me!

My middle school students share ipads to use Adobe Express and a couple devices have maxed out with the amount of accounts allowed on a device and a new student can not sign in to AE on the device. How do I remove student emails/accounts from these shared devices so new students can use AE on them?

Hi,We manage the IT for several municipalities. The users for these different municipalities are located in 1 Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), the difference being that the users have their own domain name per municipality.Is it possible to link different Adobe admin consoles (one admin console per municipality) to one and the same Entra ID?
