Hello, I get my Adobe Creative subscription through a 3rd party (Surfspot) and as of yesterday there's been changes that force me to leave the profile I've been using, to a new business profile. I'm having trouble migrating my settings, cloudfiles and libraries to the new designated profile. For one, there's no simple way to do this in one click, all of this has to be done manually. My old profile with all of the stuff I need is basically locked because it doesn't have licenses anymore. Seeing I have an assignment due and no solution seemed to work I decided to manually dowload some of the most important photoshop files from my old profile to my computer, in order to access the files from the computer through the new profile. When I try this I first get errors, then they download but sadly it's empty (0 bytes) files - once opened it's blank.  The 3rd party handling my adobe subscription says there's nothing they can do, and it's in the hands of Adobe themselves. Hello! I hope you are doing well and can help me. This problem has not been solved by adobe chat, I've been communicating for days now.I have an account with my agency, and we all share client libraries with each other. Four Libraries havealreadydisappearedfor no reason.Two of these libraries were created by me.We already reviewed all the deleted items and ther are not there. Also I did a test to create a library, place elements and delete it and it does not appear in my deleted elements. These libraries are very important to us because they contain vectors, logos, textures, color palettes, images, character styles, templates, etc. all from our clients and we are using them every day.

Over the weekend some of our machines stopped synching with Creative Clound Storage. Have done all of the listed fixes from previous threads and looks like an update that ran over weekend has broken the Cloud Storage synching and just say 'Getting Storage Information' As usual Adobe Support provide zero help and provide no timeline on a fix and promise callbacks and never call back. Some local Australian support would be good as it is very difficult to get across the Adobe Service Centre.

As an administrator, is there a way of seeing who the original creator of a CC Libary was, after the Library has been shared to the organisation in Adobe for Teams or Enterprise? 

Good evening, This is the first time I am writing a post in the Adobe community. Excuse-me if I should have posted elsewhere. I have two profiles :- one personal profile. In this profile, I had personally purchased photoshop, but now, it is expired. - I have another profile "Academic Software FNEP as Student". In this profile, I have paid for at least a year in April or in May. I have been intensely using Photoshop for more than a year but since this evening, when I start Photoshop, I get a screen where I am asked to say whether I am a student, a company etc and, if I got it well, it is expecting me to pay to access photoshop. I don't know whether it has taken my personal profile by default, but at any rate, that won't do. I have already paid as a student and I won't pay again. Could you tell me how I should proceed to make photoshop understand what profile I am using ? Or could you tell me whether there is a specific place to discuss this subject ?Thank you in advance for your he

I have a storage limitiation in my software management server and therefore cannot store adobe packaged files to be able to run it silently off deployment server. is there an installer for adobe creative cloud alone that I can run without prompting for user account info until after the install?  Thanks. 

I have Adobe Account ,but user management API is not available to my account.For Authentication it requires System Admin permission , which my account don't have. How can we test the working of user management API if that is not available. Because before moving to production we should have trial versions using which we can play around the API. Appreciate any help.

How to make user as admin support only to be able to user adobe support and not work on licenses

Is there a way to create just 1 msi file that would install the Adobe Creative Cloud app?  Here's the issue I am running into: when I create my install package in the Adobe Admin Console, it is a zip file, that once extracted has numerous directories and subdirectories that apparently the msi file depends on; however, I am looking to deploy this via enterprise-level deployment software and I can only upload an .msi file -- there is no way to include several other folders, subdirecotries to reference to, etc. along with it. How would I accomplish this?--this has got to be common as the prior 2 insitituions/companies I have worked for had deployed creative cloud to 100's of workstations, accounts, etc and I do not recall having to bring folders along with the install file.

Using SCCM 2010 and enabled Third Party Updates.  Added custom catalog: https://armmf.adobe.com/arm-manifests/win/SCUP/ReaderCatalog-DC.cab    When I sync the customer catalog I get this error in the SMS_ISVUPDATES_SYNCAGENT.LOG file: SyncUpdateCatalog: **** Warning: Catalog is old format, no content certificates are included and updates will not be deployable until certificates are trusted. **** I have seen several posts concerning the catalogs but can't find a definitive asnwer on which catalog to use.  Is there a new catalog I can use for my updates? 

Hi all ... seems like it should be a pretty easy answer but we used an MSP several years ago and they purchased our software at that time. I created a new Adobe account for someone and their email shows up fine but their name shows up as the previous MSP. More than likely because they used her email to register the accounta at the time. How do I get her name changed to her actual name?

So I have two ways I have our Adobe Express connected to our PK-8 teachers currently and am looking for some help. I want the users to be created when they are added into one of our OUs in Google. It looks like that can be achieved through SAML by selecting the Adobe SAML in Google Workspace Admin. However, that gives an error on logging in from the Google Waffle. I selected Adobe Express and set up OIDC and that let's the users click from the Google Waffle and verify against Google for access. However, this method does not sync the users. It can only be set up to allow auto-creation, meaning that the users have to click on it first before they can be assigned into Adobe Express. My goal is to have the users synced, so I can add them into the user group ahead of time in the Adobe Console, instead of having them click first then going back to add them after they were denied access into Adobe Express. I know I can upload the CSV file, but that kind of takes the automation out o

Hello all, we have a 5 person team and as of about two days ago our sync is completely messed up. First we noticed that two of our systems were getting sync errors on a handful of files. Then, we noticed that our trash bins were full of still active cloud folders that nobody deleted. After digging in, we all noticed that our online assets folder at assets.adobe.com no longer match our synced file folders on our systems and that all of our permissions were totally jacked up in there.  Any ideas?

I'm curious if the discontinuation of Creative Cloud synced files will affect Team Projects in After Effects (and Premiere).  Not that team projects has ever worked as cleanly and as seamlessly as I would have liked but it's definitely a great feature to have. It may be that I don't quite know what Creative Cloud synced files are, but it would seem like these would be the team projects that are saved somewhere in the cloud? 

Is there an option to generate inventory report on Adobe Products installed in our corporate client machine from Adobe Admin Console?From Admin Console, it only appears total license usage from insight. In the past few days, I encountered an issue while using Adobe Creative Cloud. My partner was uploading a file in a folder opened by me. Before the upload was complete, I moved the folder to the enterprise storage space. As a result, the file that my partner was uploading earlier disappeared, and it did not get uploaded to the "new folder" simultaneously. Even though my partner's application still displayed the file as "uploading," clicking on the Photoshop link resulted in a 404 error, and the link became invalid. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation?

Hello I got an issue with Adobe Acrobat Pro license, I got 30 users with Adobe Pro on my Admin Console Interface and every of them got the Pro tools on Adobe Reader when they sign in with their account. But yesterday I added a new user and when he connect to its account on Adobe Reader he does not have the pro tools. I tried to update Adobe, reboot, disconnect reconnect etc nothing worked, even tried to connect to its account on my Adobe Reader (on my computer) and still got the same issue, no pro tools, just the free one. I tried to modify its mail account to another mail, modify its password, name, lastname and every information about the accoun, then remove the license for this account and delete the user. So that I can add its mail again like a brand new user, to get the first mail where you receive a code and then setting your name lastname password age etc But it's still the same when he connect he doesnt have access to any of the pro tools, they are not even showing, w

I just bought the 199$ team plan Adobe Stock for my design team, but when I try to assign product to my members, all the users appear like this 

Has anyone had an issue getting a license? I have been trying to get our VIP account license renewed since March. The renewal ran out and I had to add a new license to the account so that we can use Adobe products. I have called and been in email contact with our Adobe account rep and still not resolved. It runs out again tomorrow and guess I will just have to add new licenses again to the account. Any help or thoughts?

How can I go about removeing the Adobe Update manager from users computers? What does the install do as I cant find it in the Registry or Programs and Features?
