Hello, I would like to buy access to a single application for my employee to use. I would prefer it if the employee didn't use my account credentials to log in and use the app. Do I get access to the Admin Console if I only buy one application for businesses? Can I relegate access to that application to my employee or do I need to buy the whole creative cloud bundle?

Is there a way to buy the programs and separate it from this constant updating to worse versions of the programs. I just want the program to function and be left alone. I can't download fonts without waiting forever and is locked to the adobe as you have to buy them and place them yourself otherwise, the new updates are ruining 3D effects and UI for several aspects. I am using this for school and the constant updates to each version changes the dumbest things and makes things unuseable sometimes. I just want the programs to be off this service and stop testing features that don't work on people rather than just updates fixing problems with the version I purchase.

Hello!Now we have an organization account with "for teams" licenses and automatically for our users available Adobe Storage, so they store their files on them.But we have a question, it is possible to disable Adobe Storage for all of our users?Also, in the future, we plan to migrate to "for enterprise" licenses to be possible to active Federal Identity with SSO. In the "for enterprise" licenses types also we will be able to disable/enable using Adobe Storage for our users? Thanks in advance!

It should be possible for administrators to access all users cloud storage files and folders.  Currently we can only get reports for how much data the users have in the cloud. Please add the ability for administrators to view, download and delete users cloud storage data.  Separately, I posted a request for the ability to fully disable cloud storage....

Creative Cloud started crashing and wouldn't let me sign back in, so I tried uninstalling it then reinstalling it. However every time I try to reinstall it, I'm given a notification that I can't connect to the Adobe servers or it won't stop loading the page that says I'm signed in and can now close the window and go back to the application. I need Creative Cloud for school so I'd be really grateful if anyone could help me with this.

I am an Adobe Admin. Why are our Acrobat users being asked for their dates of birth? From what I have read, Adobe collects this data for Creative Cloud accounts to ensure that users are over the age of 18. That makes sense. However, users in our organization who only have Acrobat licenses are being asked for their DOBs. Why? As pointed out Date of Birth is required for COPPA, GDPR and age verification by certain Adobe Services, using a _personal_ account (Adobe ID & Business ID profile). Signing into our Adobe enterprise with our adobe admin account, constantly gives error of Access Denied. You do not have access to this service. Contact your IT administrator to gain access, or sign in with an Adobe ID. We have not changed anything within the environment, everything is allowed through our filters/firewalls, and this is the only admin account we have, so there is nothing that should stop this. Have checked service status and everything is operational. Any help is appreciated.

Just had a really lame chat with someone at Adobe who took twenty minutes to even respond with huge delays between each question and then who just ended the chat. Over an hour wasted and I found nothing out that wasn't on the website. So can anyone here help? I'm an individual who works with SEND kids on creative projects and I was looking at how to get an educational licence for CC so I can use it in my sessions for design, video and web work. As I work for myself I have no educational email address or any paperwork. The sessions with the students are 1:1 and can sometimes only be for a few days and at different locations and organisations. The best they could offer me was two CC licences for myself on the usual business rate which is almost £150 per month (which is just the standard option that's on the website anyway), which would be completely unaffordable for me. Hi all Is it possible to turn of users being able to save to cloud? We use the CC client and users install the programs they have a license for, usually all.But they deal in sensitive data and we do not want them to be able to accidently save it to the cloud. Only local is allowed.Is there a way to turn it off?

Hi! I run a small business in Denmark and currently have 12 Creative Cloud licences. However we need to adjust this to 8 licences due to people om maternity leave and a bit of down scaling. I can see, that Adobe have chosen to remove the "Manage plan" button in the admin console. So I have to call them to make the adjustment. But I have called them three times now, get through to an agent pretty fast, but get transferred to the team dealing with licences for business's. I have now been on hold in a total of almost two hours and have given up. I have work to do.  I start getting the feeling that this is a deliberate strategy, to make it difficult. This does obviously not comply with the EU laws of subscription termination, adjustment and support, so I have taken the first steps in starting an appeal case with the Danish Consumer Ombudsman. But do you guys got an advice for me on how to either get through to them, to adjust the number of licences?&

I can't get Creative Cloud or Adobe Premiere installers to work on Windows10. 1. I have to use an admin account to run the installer. (Either run as admin or just authenticate to allow installer to run)2. It runs and says "We'll open a browser window to authenticate your account:3. Click continue4. Chrome launches even though it isn't the default browser.5. Adobe page loads and says "You're all set. You've successfully signed in. Feel free to close this browser tab  andreturn to where you previously left off."6. ..nothing happens... Installer still says "Check your browser. We've opened a new browser tab for you to sign in. (Once you've been authenticated, you will automatically continue here.) at the bottom it says "if your browser is not repsonding, sign in here"if I click sign in here it does nothing. So I'm stuck.

We have a client who started up and we didn't think ahead to get control over the admin panel. We can't login to it because there is an adobe administrator, but all the high ups in the company do not who it is. I have been through testing accounts with people and checking the company accounts but have found no trace of who administrators the acccount. We usually would use a generic one such as adobe@ Is there anyway to recover access to the admin panel or to find out who is the admin? I have check but it doesn't appear anyone has been added to the team so they do not appear under My Plans in the normal adobe sign in. 

Hello everyone.I have some bug with Creative Cloud All Apps. I registered for Teams Trial. My employees need to test a lof of products for their job. But some "System" removes Creative Cloud access from emails. It can be randomly when nobody using programs (even at night). And very often it happens when somebody opens a program (photoshop, premier, lightroom etc - it doesn't matter). Did someone have this situation? What should I do? I wrote to support, but they opend a ticket and told me to wait...Thanks.

Hi, I am working for an org which has a certain amount of licences used in two locations. I am expected to manage the licences for one of the 2 locations.  Is there away to create independant "sites" directly on the admin console? If not, can I create a new admin console under a different email, even though the domain would be the same than the one actually used in the actual console? For clarity, say I have this main account: **email address removed** which is the actual main account. and I'd like to get a different admin console under I************* which manages a different set of licences for different users under the same domain name. Is this supported? Anyone had a similar situation? If so, how did you resolve this? Regards,

Hello,  I am very new to managing Adobe and the Remote Update Manager. I am currently working on getting the update manager back in working order (since it has not been working in quite some time). I am running into a few issues. I know how to generate the Override file, but I notice it is pointing to this specific location in my updates folder "webfeed": <Overrides> <Application appID="webfeed"> <Domain>http://MYDOMAIN.MYDOMAIN.edu</Domain> <URL>/updates/webfeed/oobe/aam10/mac/</URL> <Port>80</Port>  I do not see that folder in my updates folder on the server. I did a fresh update, hoping I could start new and then ran incremental to get the updates into that folder. Not sure if that was wrong, all the videos I watch end up having more folders in their updates folder than I have. Did these articles help you? I'm having the same issue with one of my co-workers. She's getting the same exact thing. We can't use a different authentication method. And she's not receiving the emails. We didn't realize that a few automated verification emails she received immediately went to her deleted items. But when she tried using one, it gave her an error.

Our company has fairly strict policies regarding information being stored online or in cloud type environments, and while there are exceptions that allow for it, I need to document the details for our record.We have a number of users who have "Creative Cloud All Apps" licenses and while the intention of this is to provide these users with the range of Apps offered by Adobe, I do not fully understand if this simply allows the users access to download and install an app, or if it automatically sets up a cloud based drive where their work is stored. If anyone can help point me towards an article that covers this or can share based on their own knowledge that would be greatly appriciated.Thanks!

I need to cancel my Adobe Plan, I try to go for help, and the application constantly informs me to "contact your administrator for help." Supposedly, according to Adobe, "a member of [my] organization is a designated contact for issues with [my] Adobe products, and I should reach out to [my] administrator or IT contact for help." How do I cancel my Adobe plan? Surely Adobe can be larger than that of a University and can delete my account for me, yes? I really need to delete this account.
