I've tried doing it from a saved swatch but it does not give me the library option in the swatch panel when I highlight that swatch. thx

It's exactly as the subject says. 90% of the swatches in my CC library have this same behavior. I want to edit the swatch in my CC library, so I double click on it in the Libraries panel. No color well pop up opens, but when I look at my Colors panel, there's a brand new magenta swatch.If I double click the swatch again, same thing happens. Anybody else noticing this behavior? It's one more straw breaking this camel's back.

When I created the artboard I created it as 4000x4000 px and 300 dpi but now that i am exporting, it either exports as 1667x1667 and 300 dpi or 4000 px and 72 dpi.... 1. How do I export this in the right size?2. also my client would like it to be a smaller file size but still 4000 px and 3000 dpi. how do I make the file size smaller without changing these settings? 

Hello- I have both Adobe InDesign and Illustrator. I have a font called Philosopher that I purchased and is available in InDesign but I cannot find the font file anywhere and I want to add it to Creative Cloud so that I can use it in Illustrator as well. Any tips. Thank you!

Illustrator is marked as uncompatible with Windows 11 23Р22. How to fix? 

My illustrator auto updated and is just saying there is an error when I try to open my DXF files.  I need this resolved for work.  Any help is appreciated.Thanks!

I can only use the Width Tool *once*, then it locks itself out from any further use on the same line. There's no brush stroke applied to any line other than basic stroke. I can adjust it exactly once, then donezo. I've tried on several dozen objects. I haven't changed any preferences. I've restarted. Force closed. Reinstalled. Nothing. The tool is de facto useless 

Using Illustrator:  21.0.0Note that Asset Export feature ignores clipping masks. Here is an image clearly demonstrating the issue:

I use the same image file for a book cover, made in Illustrator, and in the book interior, made in Indesign. They look the same in the Illustrator and Indesign files. However, producing a pdf from either results in a much darker image in the Illustrator pdf. The image is greyscale. What could be the cause of this?

over the last few days when i open a black and white tiff file in illustrator i see vertical lines, how can this be corrected??? 

I have this weird grey outline around all my 3D shapes. I have turned stroke off for all these objects, and I have turned ray tracing on with quality set to high, I also turned off Anti-alised network in preferences since I read that could be a potential cause, but the outline is still there.  All I did was create a shape like for example using the rectangle tool, then click it and press effect -> 3D and materials and then I have some shapes that use extrude, and another which uses revolve and they all have the outline.   

In the png output I get with "export as" in illustrator, I can never export out the size of the artboard, I always get 4 times the size. how can I solve this.

My DTF machine accepts only tiff images. I have staffs name in illustrator. DTF demands to create on channels of the file-one for varnish and another for printing white. So when I keep two spot colours of the file and select over print then export to tiff, i am not getting spot colours as extra chanels. I am getting only CMYK. how to save, so that I get spot colours as extra chanels in tiff format

Unable to completely uninstall Adobe Illustrator on Windows. Uninstall process stalls at 1% and abruptly finishes without removing the program. Suggest solution to unistall.

I open my Adobe Illustartor file, but when I open this message box appear. But the file is corrupted. I use macbook, and how recover this file?

I mean that I modify the size of a circle with round text, and after that, placed is moved around the baseline. And I have to move text back to original place to look good. How to avoid it??

I work doing alot of repetative file creation an exporting. I've created an action to save both PDF's and SVG's out automatically but the thing that slows everyhting down in having to accept the 'replace file' pop up that comesup everytime, is there a way to turn off these pop ups? or even better way to get around having to click this replace button. Thanks ❤️

I have an end user whose telling me her and her team have the issue with the cursor sticking to objects;  she has also stated she does not have the Magnet app installed on her macbook. What she states in her ticket:I have an end user with this complaint - however - she says she does do not have the Magnet app installed on her macbook.   I pointed her to the Magnet issue and she followed up saying it's not installed.  I check JAMF and I do not see the app on her macbook. "Hello, My full team is having the issue noted in this article that sounds like it is because of another app on our computers.
