Hola a todos, mi nombre es Lolitengo un tema con "guardar" en la v 29.7.1 de Aitermino de trabajar un archivo, vamos a llamarlo archivo A, le doy guardar y cuando quiero cerrar me pregunta infinitamente si quiero guardar los cambios. Aunque de ok sigue preguntando y no me permite cerrar.Intento con "guardar como" sobre el mismo archivo A y automáticamente cambia el nombre del archivo B de la ventana contigua.Vuelvo sobre el archivo B doy a "guardar como" coloco su nombre original (B) y lo toma.Peero ... si cierro el archivo B automáticamente cierra también el archivo A.cuando abro el archivo B automáticamente abre el A también.y si quiero cerrar el programa me pregunta nuevamente si quiero guardar los cambios en el archivo A. Doy a "Sí" y lógicamente me dice q no se puede completar la operación porque no hay archivos abiertos y pues sí no había archivos abiertos pero me sigue preguntando si quiero guardar los cambios en A.

Good afternoon, I'm now searching this support forum for the fourth time wondering if there are any answers for the recovery problem. This has been happening since I started as a professional designer in 2023, and the fact that I see it still as a problem is insane to me. The answers I see most often as remedies aren't actually fixes in any way. .aishm files still don't open on Mac and I've seen reports that they don't work on Windows either. Many users have suggested downgrading to an older version so it saves as .aid instead is simply silly. This is a program that we pay $500/year or more to use, and not being able to use the features that we pay for are absolutely unacceptable. Many people chide users with this problem for "not saving enough," and even though it is best practice, again, they're telling us not to use a feature that WE PAY FOR because it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong? I have a load of lines that I want to distibute evenly but the button doesn't seem to be doing anything. They're all the same apart from the colour & they're all in the same group. I know Illustrator can be quite fussy about some things, but I can't figure out which thing it's being fussy about now. Is it that I am selecting via the group node & illustator sees this as a single object & it has nothing to distribute it with? Surely it's not expecting me to select each of the lines separately? What if there were ten thousand? That would be very silly. But obviously I'm not getting it so can anyone help?

i work eight days a week, and trying finish some project during the labor day weekend, any agent availble? The font Interstate used to work, then now doesnt show properly in Illustraotr Need to understand why  

When I draw a path with a calligraphy-brush (Wacom Cintiq Pro), sometimes the path jumps to a new position at the moment when I finish drawing. I have tried changing the brush settings. This will only help when I apply the new settings to existing paths. But the new ones will still have the same symptom. The brush size is set to "pressure", the angle and roundness are "fixed". Does anyone have an idea how to solve this? 

Ctrl+Shift+Z is assigned as REDO in Illlustrator (latest) however it doesn't work, but if I use the menu, then it does.I tried reassigning they shortcut key by clearing, and redoing it manually, but it won't take, if I try any other Ctrl Shift Key combo, it works, whether conflics arise or not, but I can't set it back to Ctrl+Shift+Z unless I reset to defaults, and even still it won't work unless I use the menu. SPECSIntel Core i9-14900HXNVIDIA GeForce RTX 406064GB DDR5 RAM1TB SSDAll latest Adobe/Win11Pro/and video driversDELL SE2419HR 24"

Es ist traurig was Adobe mittlerweile abliefert.Ich habe tägliche Abstürze im Illustrator und eine miese Performance. Es wird auch nicht besser.So viel Geld für ein mangelhaftes Produkt?Indesign ist bereits aus meinem Portfolio verschwunden. Wirklich schade was aus Adobe geworden ist.    Hi, I need to get this gradient printed for  booth wall design including the ribbed glass texture, working on a CMYK file is not bringing out the colour vibrancy for this, how do I make sure the gradient looks bright?And what is the case here if I use spot colours, do printers needs to have special printers for spot colours ?Stuck on getting the right bright colour range, help out!!

What is the link between specify object number in expand & final result? If I selected 2 final result has 4 separate images. Video also uploaded.   

Hi In the previous version of illustrator when I open preference dialog its help me to change the keyboard Increment fast as showing in the image below but the last update bad because it has a search bar In my openion the previous is the best because its fast to change the keyboard Increment and not change the general unit as the last one  

While printing (ai to PDF) new lines are getting generated which is not showing in During creation of circuits/lines in Adobe illustrator CS5. Even before printing, those unwanted lines are not in visible but after printing we can able to see the extra lines in phocopy. Please support to reslove this issue

Hola!Soy ilustrador y he visto que en la beta Illustrator 29.9.14 ya está disponible la opción de Turntable. He instalado la beta que tengo en español (29.9) y no me aparece la opcion. ¿es por el idioma o es porque aún no me ha llegado la opcion de probar esta beta? Sea como sea en el panel de aplicaciones beta de Crative Cloud no indica nunca la version completa que te instalas hasta que ya lo has hecho ¿hay alguna manera de comprobar esto antes de instalarlo? Gracias

I saved my Illustrator presentation on the cloud a few days ago. Now, when I tried to reopen that document from the cloud, it appears that any text (English & Arabic) in the document had disappeared suddenly, with their groups in the layer panel having empty layers as shown in the screenshot (it's not a white text) and [recovered] beside the document name from the cloudI'm using the latest Illustrator version 29.7.1  

Dear Adbobe experts,  I have been running into an issue which I have attacked from many different angels and cannot see to solve it. I have an opacity mask grain effect that is applied to a graphic. The grain looks amazing on a large scale but when scaling down the whole image the grain becomes distorted and rigid. I understand this is just because the scale is so small that I cannot achieve a smooth grain effect but is there any work arounds or ways grain can be applied to small scales? Best, Seb

Hi there everyone! I have managed to write a script to create a rectangle the size of whatever the artboard is, but I also need to create additional rectangles that are 6mm less wide and tall than the artboard, and then 12mm less wide and tall than the artboard. My current script to do this is:function createRectOnArtboard() { var doc = app.activeDocument; var artboard = doc.artboards[ doc.artboards.getActiveArtboardIndex() ]; var bounds = artboard.artboardRect; var rect = doc.pathItems.rectangle( bounds[0], bounds[1], bounds[2], bounds[3] * -1 ); rect.name = artboard.name; }; createRectOnArtboard();I am not bothered if the solution is an addition/amendment to the above script, or completely entirely new code... just as long as I end up with 3 separate rectangles at artboard size, artboard size -6x-6, artboard size -12x-12.Thank you so much in advance, and have a lovely week!

When I try to save a file this dialog window keeps popping up, it says "The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder." I'm using windows 10 with the latest version of Illustrator CC

Our graphics department for our custom printing business uses several javascript programs for Illustrator to help automate and process files to create proofs, send acknowledgments, etc. We had a consultant we used previously but they have discontinued their consulting business and are not able to help us anymore. Hi! we found to move our data from one server to another.The ending of the path will stay the same. But the servername will change and there is nothing we can do about it. Ive looked up the internet and found a script for InDesign. With this script it is possible to Re-Link links to a new path. It works a treat and is great!
