Good morning,I created last nigh some files in ipad Illustrator app, they were atomatically saved to my Creative cloud. Today I want to open them on my Desktop Illustrator on PC. I see the files in invitation screen of Illustrator incluing the prewie of the file, but it's immpossible to open due to "owner permision". In Creative Cloud Desktop application there are any of saved files, only blue circle running,  same when I open link to my files in browser - no saved files. https://www.adobe.com/filesHow can I get back to synchronised files? 

Hi, I’m trying to create a particular curved 3D form and then generate a clean wireframe from it, but I’m having trouble getting the exact shape. The first image (attached) is my ideal result—a smooth, volumetric arc-like structure with continuous curvature and evenly spaced wireframe subdivisions. I tried recreating it in Illustrator by drawing the 2D curved path first (second image), then attempting a 3D extrusion and mesh/wireframe conversion (third image), but it never becomes as smooth or evenly subdivided as the example. The edges become irregular, the mesh density varies, and the topology doesn’t flow correctly around the curve. What I need help with:How can I correctly model this kind of continuous, ribbon-like curved volume?Should I be creating this shape in Illustrator, or do I need to start in another tool (Blender, Cinema 4D, Rhino, etc.)?After creating the form, how do I export it in a clean wireframe style (vector-friendly if possible)?Is there a workflow t

I have used illustrator for over 20 years and in that time there has been a few annoying issues but nothing as bad as the latest release. The problem is mainly the cloud file manager, its terrible. Its slow and spends most of it's time with a spinning wheel. I'll be using illustrator without any issues, then I'll go to open another file and it locks up and I have to force close illustrator. This is on top of the really bad UI/UX changes adobe has introduced. Not everyone wants the default to be latest opened file, I order my files so I can find things but now when I go to open a file, I have to faff around changing the view so I see it ordered by name. Then there's the aweful way it now saves new files with a horrible list only view where you if you select the directroy where you want to save and then go back to the name field to edit it, it loses the selected directory. This is bad Adobe, please just change it back to how it was, it wasn't perfect but it was a 100x better than what we

Hi, I am trying to use the Pantone Connect extension in Illustrator but it will not load. I use it on a daily basis and have never had this issue.I have already restarted my computer, updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried to access it in my web brower and it still will not load. Is anyone else currently having this issue? Any ideas how to get it to load? Thanks! 

ello, im almost done with my project but running into where the outer glow on my torso shows around the whole torso instead of just the edge or outline as the rest of the head and bodyalso when trying to move the eyes mouth and face and hood into the correct file structure i lose the face completely not sure what else i can do besides starting completely over from scratch again and i truly do not want to do that 

(30.0) The new Illustrator's tools (pen, brushes, pencil) can't remember the style of an object. It's forcing me to assign a style to each object I draw. No sticky preferences?? Jobs are now taking me twice as long. What happened? Can I revert to an earlier version of AI?

When I move planet it bocomes invisible beyond the boder of the canves. Is it possible to make planet visible beyond the boder of the canves? Video was uploaded as well.   

Is there a way to avoid having the color from bottom layers show through around the edges of a top layer? Ex: If I have two identical & precisely overlapping shapes with different fills on top of each other, the color of the bottom filled shape is visible around the edges of the top shape. This unintentional "outline" is visible when I export and print. I was able to get around the issue in the attached screenshots by using pathfinder to create new shapes, but wondered if I was missing something that might save me extra steps.

I've been having this consistent issue when I save an SVG from an existing Illustrator document, there is always a shift in the image somewhere.        Notice the bottom of the S on the right side (the SVG), there's a shift in the outline.     Here I've zoomed into show the issue. In the AI document, this is a single point on a curve, but in the SVG it's two points and there's a dramatic shift.   Elsewhere there are issues with shifting points, on this D, you can see another example:   If I use Export for Screens instead of "Save As" or "Save a copy", there is no corruption.   Has anyone else encountered this?  

I am having severe lagging / beach balling issues on new Illustrator versions.I have a new Mac Book Pro, M3 with 36gb memory. All other programs work fine.It seems to be a problem with memory, it doesn't matter what I am working on, it just happens after 200 or so clicks/moves.If I quit and reopen the document, all back to normal. Then 200 or so clicks it happens again.It must be a cache/memory problem but would be lovely to fix rather than having to save, quit, reopen every 10 minutes. I have tried turning off GPU Performance & Real Time DrawingAny ideas?

Hi,After switching to a new computer, I'm having an issue with laggy zooming in Illustrator; moving objects or the canvas also lags quite heavily. The problem occurs when Overprint Preview is enabled. The complexity of the files doesn’t matter—the issue occurs even when the file is empty and has no objects at all. On my previous computer, using the same version of AI, everything worked fine. I’ve read tons of threads related to this issue and tried all the suggested methods (reinstalling, deleting preferences, GPU preview, etc.), unfortunately nothing helps. Every version of AI lags; currently I’m on v29.6. My computer:Ryzen 9 9950XRTX 506032 GB RAMWin 11 I’ve made an interesting observation. I currently have two monitors connected: an old Eizo with a resolution of 1920×1200 and a BenQ with a resolution of 2560×1440. Hi. I have a critical UI issue in Adobe Illustrator on Windows. The text in the drop-down menus is completely garbled and unreadable (character encoding fail).I am using the Ukrainian language version. Steps I've already tried: restarting the PC and reinstalling the app – didn't help.Please look at the attached screenshot. Is this a known bug with the locale or a font conflict? waiting for a solution. 

Hoping to gain a little clarity on the Pen tool in Ai. I have created a Rectangle using the Rectangle tool. I want to set an anchor point on the side of the rectangle and move the line towards center. In other words a "V" shape. In using the Pen tool to insert an anchor point I would expect the line (path) to move in towards center. However only the anchor point moves and not the path. The information shows me it is an anchor point created using the Pen tool. Only when I apply an anchor point using the Add Anchor can I move the path. Trying to get a better understanding of the Pen tool.Thanks

Left side one org file. But right side one open file. why showing blend issue?

Suddenly in the newest version of Illustrator, art that bleeds past the artboard will hide the name/number of the artboard. Very problematic for exporting. Does anyone know of a way to change this or is it a glitch with the new artboard format they rolled out?

The actual size of a new RGB file doesn't match 100%. A new file of 1024 px is displayed much larger. When I measure it with Command-Shift-4, it measures 1326 px on the screen. Copying/pasting a screenshot also produces a much larger image of the screenshot in Illustrator.I'm using version 30.

How to import Pantone.acb in Illustrator Color Swatches

So, we cant undo selections any more. clearly most people do not work with DWG files with lots of overlaped shapes... to create floorplans and siteplans in illustrator, selecting existing shapes is so time consuming and if I press Ctrl-Z all selected shapes stopped being selected and all the selection needs to be done again. Terrible idea to use undo for actions only.And before anyone comments on the "Select by" options, that only works if the DWGs I am working on, actually have different colours and line thikness, and that is not the case quite often!

I am trying to make a pattern brush with 1/8" circles. The circles need to be approximately 2 ft apart. So if I draw a rectangle that is approximately 48" x 96", but will place three circles along the bottom and 5 circles along the sides.    I got it to work fairly well, but the dots in the corners aren't always aligned. Using the eye dropper on Adobe Illustrator causes it to crash, something as simple as a tool we've used for decades and know it just crashes the app, its it fair for us to pay for an absolutely useless software that only makes you lose time... please update it, I beg you guys, im not doing anything out of this world just trying to adjust some vectors 3 simple vectors, nothing else... just 3... 

HalloIk heb recent een Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Edge aangeschaft en probeer Adobe Illustrator te downloaden via Creative Cloud. Tot mijn grote teleurstelling merk ik dat er voorlopig enkel een heel beperkte webversie beschikbaar is en dat de volledige desktopversie niet kan worden geïnstalleerd op dit toestel. De Galaxy Book 4 Edge draait op Windows 11 ARM met de Snapdragon X Elite chip. Hierdoor zijn veel populaire apps, waaronder Illustrator, nog niet compatibel. Volgens Adobe is er momenteel geen native versie van Illustrator voor ARM beschikbaar. Ze raden aan om feedback te geven via hun UserVoice-platform zodat dit sneller opgepikt wordt door hun ontwikkelteam.Voor mij is dit een groot probleem, omdat ik Illustrator nodig heb voor mijn examen in januari. Het is zelfs doorslaggevend of ik deze laptop zal behouden of niet. Mijn vraag is dan:- Zijn er concrete plannen of een tijdlijn wanneer Illustrator beschikbaar zal zijn voor de Galaxy Book 4 Edge?- Zijn er tijdelijke oplos

I upgraded to Illustrator 2026 yesterday, and today it's telling me it can't open many of my files because "the account you signed in with doesn't have access to this file. Contact the owner for more info." What?? I'm the owner....I didn't create a new account...what is going on?? Somebody please help, I'm locked out of so many important files. 😭
