When I open Edit >> Preferences, this is how it looks. Despite the task bar being unlocked and hidden, I can't see Ok and Cancel button. Can't resize the preferences window, hence can't save the changes I made.OS: Windows 10 Pro - 64bitLightroom Classic Version 11.4 Can somebody help me with this please? Thank you! 

I'm using a powerful Epyc 9575F+RTX5090 workstation, but I find that Lightroom classic's performance is way underwhelming. The example is doing a batch enhance detail for 500 images. This is AI based so it should run under GPU and yes it run under GPU on my old computer and Mac. But I find that in here it runs on CPU, and more disappointingly not fully saturating the CPU. I enabled CCD as virtual NUMA node so task manager will show 8 graphs, and each graph present 8 cores. You can see that only one CCD is used (likely to because of Windows's scheduler trying to bin on one NUMA node aka CCD, which is the reason of enabling virtual NUMA to enhance L3 cache hitrate), and only half is saturated. There's VRAM allocated but GPU not computing. Except for AI functionality speed the overall performance is even worse than my M4 Pro, which is so disappointing. Salve, ho davvero bisogno di aiuto sulla mia versione di lightroom classic. Premetto che ogni volta che esco da lightroom faccio sempre il backup, che viene salvato in una cartella nominata: cataloghi ligntroom con data di salvataggio. Lavoro sempre con un unico catalogo su cui ho salvato migliaia di foto rinominate e con vari tag e informazioni inserite. Il problema è che dall'ultima volta che ho salvato con il bakup, riaccendendo il giorno dopo, apro lightroom e è VUOTO dalle fotografie!!! Ma coem è possibile. Non ci posso credere avevo catalogato migliaia di foto. Fatto sempre il backup. Qualcuno mi può aiutare?

I have recently updated to Lightroom Classic version 15.5 and am having problems opening the app on my M3 Pro MacBook Pro, running MacOS 15.6.  When I first try to start a session it either fails to open and I have to force quit and try again, or takes a very long time to open.  When I do eventually get it to open if I close it down and reopen it does so with no problem. I have tried uninstalling reinstalling the app, but this makes no difference. 

I'm seeingt a bug in LR Classic Print Module's Identity Plate. Now that I've upgraded to Big Sur (11.5.2), I can no longer select the text to edit in a text box. The text shows up when I add it in the Idendity Plate panel window, but then I cannot select it on the image, so I can't move it. Useless this way, since it just shows up over the middle of the photo.  Is anyone else having this problem?    This is the second, and probably more serious of the Big Sur Print Module bugs. The other one is that the image has a color shift and desaturates when viewing in the Print Module.    I'm on an M1 iMac, MacOS 11.5.2, v10.4 LR Classic.

I just installed Lightroom CC on my Windows 11 PC, when I apply Denoise AI, my picture turns blue/purple. Any help please!

Hi everybody, I hope somebody can provide me with the right hint. I would like to view/play my slideshows with a stroke border, black or white, on the edge of each file/photo. However, when the file is cropped, very often the desired border does appear correctly in the preview but does not show at the edge— but rather at a distance from it—when the slideshow is played; the larger the crop, the more distant it shows. Why is this? I've tried with several combinations of Crop & Straighten settings (custom, original, locked/unlocked, etc.) but could not find the correct way out. Can anybody help? Thank you in advance.

In LrC I click on the Mask icon ... when I click on the brush and go to paint everythings seems fine.  When I want to lighten/darken that area there is no eposure (etc) slider ... I know it's somewhere!  An easy fix for sure but I've tried all I know ... Thanks for your help!

I am nearly finished making a photobook, but now I need to add an extra picture. I import it to the library and it sits there, I can use Develop on it,  but I cannot get it to appear in the photobook - even if I designate it a cover page in the Library!Deleting is easy but how do I add an extra picture to a photobook in progress? There are hours of work involved already, so I don't want to just clear the book and start again as each page always needs a lot of manual adjustment and captioning!

I use a hierarchical style of managing keywords. Today I noticed I had two redundant keywords, Bird and birds. I selected all photos in the catalog, clicked the arrow next to the number by birds to select all photos containing that keyword. Next I clicked on the left side of Bird to add the Bird keyword to those images. Then I unchecked on the left next to birds. Now no images have the birds keyword. But wait. It shows a 1. I selected Metadata, Purge unused keywords, and that didn't fix it. Next I exited LR and deleted the Helper.lrdata file since I read that can fix cache issues. Opening LR Classic again (Mac version), the keyword is still there. Is there any other way to fix this?

In LR 11.0, MacOS 11.6.   I select several images in the grid view. Edit the location info in the Image section. The metadata is only set on the 'most" selected image. It used to correctly set the data on all selected images.   This is a real problem for me. If I go out and shoot a few hundred images, now I have to edit each one individually. Unacceptable.   I did not check to see if any other fields exhibit the same behavior. This was enough for me.   Is there another (reasonable) way to set the location os a set of images?

Je pensais que la dernière mise à jour allait permettre de résoudre ce problème. Raté. Il m'est toujours impossible de copier/coller les paramètres...Suis-je seul à vivre ce désagrément ? RAW files I edited years ago with old heal and clone tools are considered as AI remove edits by the AI edit status tool. This behaviour, that I suppose being a bug, makes it unclear if AI has been used in the editing of a specific RAW file, while I think we should all be aware of what technologies we are using and when. Also, this is relevant because if we use Content Credentials, some photos will be marked as using AI while they are not. This behaviour is common to Camera Raw 17.5 and Lightroom Classic 14.5.1, I do not know about cloud-based Lightroom as I don't use it. I would like Adobe to state very clearly what technologies are being used in all the object-removing tools, and correct this AI edit status tool behaviour if it is a bug. Thanks in advance

It appears DNG photos taken on the recently released Pixel 10 mobile phone are being treated as JPEGs by Lightroom Classic in the Develop module.  In  the profile section, the full range of profiles are not available, ie Landscape, Portrait,  Adobe Colour, Standard, Vivid etc. What's available is Adaptive Colour, B&W and  Google Pixel Monochrome.Is this correct? The same thing happened on DNG photos taken on the Pixel 9, that was soon corrected, I'm not sure whether Adobe solved it or Google.  I have tried to attach a DNG photo, but the uploader says the DNG is not a supported file type!

After using Lightroom classic without significant problems for 15-20 years,today when I started the app, the Folder panel was empty. I am currently on a photography subscription and always keep my apps up to date. Apps are running on Mac mini M4 MacOS 15 Sequoia. LRC version 14.5.1. My pictures and catalog files are stored on an external ssd. All of the files and folders are findable using Mac Finder, and when I am in the Catalog panel, viewing All photographs, I can select any photograph and right-click and choose Show in Finder and there is no problem, the photos are present and in the correct folders and subfolders.However, if I right click on a photo and choose Go to Photo in Library, I get a message "No Photos in selected Folder".I also attempted to import some recent photos from my camera and got an error message:"An Internal error has occured.AgPathUtils.getStandardFilePath: can't create directory at: /Users/kenberean/Pictures. Curious is anyone else is having issue with Lightroom freezing since the last update. It currently happens when I select an image, make a right click and then it freezes. I am not able to change screens or apps. I have to CTRL+ALT+Delete to exit the program. Is there another option besides un-installing at this point? 

Hi all, after returing from a trip, I ran into an issue with the updated AI Denoise. In multiple of my images, the denoise tool will turn a dark area green, even though not green color is present in the raw file. This has not happened previously to me. I'm using Fujifilm GFX 100S II Raws. Has anyone else experienced this? Any workarounds?

Beim Abmelden aus LRC sichere ich für gewöhnlich immer den Katalog. Nach dem neuesten Update auf LRC 14.5.1 erhalten ich nun plötzlich die Meldung, dass der Katalog nicht mehr gesichert werden kann. Folgender zusätzliche Hinweis erscheint "Überprüfe deine Ordnerberechtigungen und stelle sicher, dass du ausreichend Speicherplatz auf Deinem Datensicherungslaufwerk und im Laufwerk des Hauptkataloges hast." Ich habe keine Änderungen vorgenommen, d. h. keine Änderungen von Ordnerberechtigungen. Ich habe mal versucht, den Speicherort für die Sicherung zu ändern und auf eine externe Festplatte zu lagen die noch 3 TB freien Speicher hat. Aber leider, auch das klappt nicht, es kommt der selbe Fehler. Wer kann helfen? Danke!!!

Recently my LrC was frequently freezing for a few seconds because I haven't updated my previews and scrolling through them was a pain.After recreating standard previews for all my pictures, I realized that I haven't update the people's list for a while. I updated the proposed suggestions but when all proposed faces were confirmed, not all had a preview.So then I tried to "Find Faces Again", folder by folder (each folder contains pictures for 1 year). I worked quite well for all folder with less than 500 pictures. But now after finding faces again in a folder with 1200 pictures, once the fetching is completed, I go into the People's view and not all images show a preview but mostly LrC hangs / freezes and I can't complete the work. I'm running LrC 14.4 with Camera Raw 17.4 on a Windows 11 PC with 32 Gb RAM and an NVidia GeForce GTX 1660 GPU and a RYZEN 7 3800X CPU.  Please help, I'm getting desperate
