When I use iPAD app and try to save pictures (export), the metadata of original picture (location) is not saved to new picture  (exported). It works well on iPhone iOS but not working on iPAD. Any idea what to do?

I have been away from Lightroom for a few years and just returned. I went to the Adobe website and downloaded the only LR trial that I found and it turned out to be LR, not LRC, so I have a few questions. If it is important I work on a Mac running Sequoia. I did not even find a link for a LRC trial. All of the links I found for individuals were for LR. Where can I find a LRC trial link? And I did not see any plans for LRC either. Only LR plans. The LR version I have (9.0) is much cleaner and simpler than the LRC that I remember but I can not find some stuff that I thought would be in it. Perhaps LR does not have some of the funcitonality of LRC. In particular I was looking for upscaling and all of the Google instructions on how to do it fail with the version of LR that I have because the links are just not there. Does LR itself support upscaling? If so, do I have to add some specific functionality to it to find it? Or is that LRC only functionality? I do have to admit th

My adobe account shows I use 3.7 GB from online storage, however I don't see any files neither in Lightroom or Creative Cloud storage.How can I find out what files consume my storage? I already clear my lighroom folder under lightroom account settings and check all folders in creative cloud app. 

I am currently on a Lightroom subscription with 2 TB Adobe cloud storage. Since I've subscribed to similar 2TB cloud storage on iCloud, I am thinking of changing my Lightroom subscription to the basic 20 GB storage and I want to migrate the entirety of my Lightroom photos, folders & albums, and the catalog to iCloud instead. How can I do this from Lightroom? Thank you.  

The photos I take on my i-phone is copied via the cloud to LR both on my i-phone and on my PC. Recently I have been on a holiday to Colombia (I live in Denmark). But none og the photos I took there is copied to LR? Is copying to the cloud not working when I travel far away?Best regardsKim

Lors de l’utilisation de l’outil d’effacement (Healing/Erase) dans Lightroom, un problème survient : Après avoir tracé une zone, le texte “Sélection de la zone” s’affiche. Ensuite, aucune action ne se produit : la correction n’est pas appliquée, la zone reste inactive. Il est impossible de finaliser l’effacement ou d’ajuster la zone, ce qui bloque complètement l’outil.   Merci de vérifier ce comportement et de confirmer s’il s’agit d’un bug connu. Hi everyone. I can't figure out how it works and how to make the display of raw+jpeg files work. If I set the option to not import raw and jpeg separately on LR Classic I see a single photo without the settings I had changed on the camera, a raw file precisely. If I enable the option "Treat JPEG files next to raw files as separate photos" then I initially see the 2 versions of the photo (the raw without presets and the jpeg with presets). When I go into the development module for a single photo as soon as I go back to the library I see both the raw and jpegs the same, meaning I no longer see the jpegs with the presets I had made when shooting. Can someone explain to me what I'm doing wrong or what I didn't understand and how to fix it? Thanks!

This is a last-ditch effort to fix my sync issue which two remote access sessions with Adobe customer service and advice from another forum has failed to resolve.When I travel, I import my RAW files into LR Mobile on my iPad to do minor sorting, editing and sharing. When I get home, my original RAW files automatically download to LRC on my PC. This leaves the original files in the Cloud where they take are taking up 70% of my 1TB space.What I want to do is free up space by removing the original raws from the Cloud and substituting previews which do not count against the storage space but keep them available in LR Mobile and Web. This should be a simple matter of unsyncing the files from the Cloud and then resyncing them. Unfortunately, whatever I do (or whatever Adobe customer service did), results in the resyncing photos getting stuck in the sync queue. LRC has been so glitchy, it's painful to use. I'm truly questioning WHY I pay for this... I have a Windows computer. When I export an image, it takes FOREVER. Then, (if the program actually allows me to export), I am told there were errors when I attempt to export the image, and the AI needs to be updated. Sometimes it doesn't save the image appropriately, and I lose EVERYTHING I've done.  I am currently only using JPEGS. I'm sure the issues will be even worse if I attempt to use a RAW file.  I also do not have a "LIBRARY" or "DEVELOP" module.  This is unacceptable. 

All I want is to increase the font size of items in the menu bar.   NOT ALL TEXT. JUST THE MENU BAR. The one at the top of the page. They are things like FILE, EDIT, HELP, etc. I do NOT need to know how to enlarge type on the screen. I can do that. I simply cannot see the menu bar well even with glasses. Does anybody know how to do this? Thanks.

I’m really frustrated and need some advice. I signed up for the annual Lightroom subscription, but it doesn’t work on my Pixel phone because of a bug that’s clearly still not fixed. I’ve waited for updates, but nothing seems to work, and I can’t use the app at all. I’m paying Adobe not just for the software, but for the developers and support to keep it working properly. Yet here I am, paying for something that doesn’t work on my device, and they still haven’t managed to fix a bug that’s been reported for a long time. Honestly, it’s disappointing that this hasn’t been resolved yet. Has anyone successfully gotten a refund in situations like this? Any guidance would be really appreciated.

I am trying to export my images as normal. beofre doing so the systems needs to "update AI settings" but it's not progressing past 0% which means I cannot export my images

First of all, the import preference for LightroomCC is 'Camera Settings'. When importing photos from Leica M11, the default profile is 'Adobe Standard' instead of 'PROFILE M11'..Be like..EACH TIME I NEED TO MANUALLY SELECT THE PROFILE AS 'PROFILE M11'Be like..I am sure that this is a problem with my account, and when logging in to lightroomCC with other accounts, it can normally match the camera's configuration file 'PROFILE M11. 

While using Lightroom (cloud-based) on my Windows machines, I’ve been experiencing a strange issue: after some time, when adjusting the lighting settings, the photo suddenly turns completely black or completely white. I can only see the actual effect of my adjustment after I stop moving the slider. You can see this issue clearly in the video I attached. This only happens on my Windows devices — both on my desktop and laptop. I have never encountered this problem on my Mac Pro or iPad Pro. My systems: Desktop: Ryzen 9 9950X3D, 128 GB Corsair 6000 MHz RAM, GeForce RTX 5070 TiLaptop: i7-14700HX, 32 GB RAM, GeForce RTX 4070

sometimes when i crop a image , all the settings and presest for that image gone , gone back to original !!!

Tenho um mac de 2014 com um sistema operativo Big Sur. Anteriormente tinha, neste mesmo computador, o High Sierra (que é anterior ao Big Sur ) e conseguia trabalhar com o LR. Tive de fazer agora o upgrade para o Big Sur e agora nao consigo fazer o download do LR.  Please help. 

Adobe team, i have no words to say how extremely dissapointed i am in the services you offer. Why did you increased the price for LR subscription if it works teribly? how is it possible not to be able to copy paste a damn setting from one photo to another??? i am not able to add here a screenshot because it is a person in my photo and i don't wish for everyone here to see it. but your AI does terrible work, absolutely terrible. I cannot copy paste settings to a series of photos, and if i take them one by one not all the settings selected are pasted successfully. This being said, why me and lots of other users are paying you for? Are you doing experiments on our work as photographers? do you know that because of your incompetence we have to work more than usual and you are causing delays for us delivering our gallery to our customers? Working with a shared Lightroom album on lightroom v9 on mac. Set up the shared album and things seemed to be working fine. Tried adding some more and nothing seems to be adding. Added a second album and shared it to same email but the new share isn't being recieved so can't test a new album. Any ideas? 

I'm trying to figure out if we can use AI natively, within LR, do analyze and assign keywords from a list to a group of images.Can this be done?If so, will the keywords "stick" with the photos if moved out of LR or over to LR Classic?Thanks!Note: none of the topics we have to choose from make sense for this question, so I'm just choosing "web".

Having a bit of a brain cramp. Took 1600 or so images at a Motocross race today. Imported them all, started my first culling process, flagging them. Got to about 400 and had to stop for dinner. Want to go back and do a bit of a finer cull on the flagged photos...can't remember how to just see the flagged photos in a grid formation.....

Lightroom has become incredibly slow. despite having storage or updates. I saw a whole thread of photographers also talking about this too. So I know it's not just me. I feel like this needs to be addressed as my lively hood is photography and this is taking wayyyyyy too long. 

The UI text, such as Album names, is not appearing in Lightroom. I have restored default fonts in the OS, uninstalled and reinstalled the software, cleared the font cache – nothing works. Any ideas? It seems like a system issue, but Lightroom is the only app that has this problem.
