¡Hola comunidad de Adobe! Recientemente, me aventuré en el emocionante mundo de la fotogrametría utilizando Adobe Substance Sampler 3D. Siguiendo cuidadosamente los tutoriales proporcionados por Adobe, he utilizado una Nikon D5300 DSLR en un entorno controlado, con un fondo croma y puntos de referencia para facilitar la alineación. Además, he adaptado tres flexos domésticos para una iluminación adecuada y he capturado 249 fotografías en 5 niveles diferentes, utilizando un plato giratorio para capturar todos los ángulos del objeto. Mi objetivo es llevar esta malla al siguiente nivel utilizando Adobe Painter. Sin embargo, he encontrado un pequeño obstáculo en el camino. When I use the AI powered image to material feature, the output is a total mess. It adds extra detail, saturation, and pretty much looks nothing like the scan. This is a new issue which I had not previously encountered on my computer. Please let me know if this may be a computer issue or a bug within the program. I have reloaded the software a number of times and redownloaded it too.
When trying to use 3D objects (beta), the plus sign can't be clicked and instead says "Your configuration doesn't meet the requirements. Check the documentation for more information." How do I check the documentation? Or are there any other ways I can use this tool? I am using a macbook (Monterey), and version 4.3.0 of 3D Sampler.
Hello can anyone help me please. We've followed all the steps to convert photo's into a 3D model but the model looks like a meltet model. Poor quality. We shoot professinal high quality pictures in a controlled studio. What do i wrong?
Hi All,1. I want to re color the texture but once i do in sampler its pixlate and loss the deatails. any solution for the same (must need fabric details). I used COLOR VARIATION filter in layer stack top. (See ref image)3. How to edit auto generated height map and normal map inside sampler it look all gray when I import scanned image?

Hi,I am trying to use the dirt filter in the latest version. I was testing it on top of the Suede material in the starter assets.When the dirt filter is applied it looks nothing like the filter did in previous versions... a lot of the options are no longer available and I am having trouble getting it to look good. It also seems to just take over the normal map. I have tried adding the dirt texture generator as the custom grunge input... which gives more control... but it still completely takes over the suede normal map... even in places there shouldnt beany dirt.Can you please confirm I am using this correctly... or suggest how to overcome this (without rolling back the version of Sampler).Thanks.
The Floor Tiles filter now seems to have a baked in surface relief that is seemingly impossible to change or remove regardless of what texture generator is used. Am I missing something here?
Hello, I am new to this software and i have a few questions to ask here :-May i know is there a Inspire function(alchemist) in Sampler?and the second question is, i had created my own material (sbsar) so i can adjust accordingly in Painter.I want to ask, how do i add "option" for my present just like in this picture shown?
Blending mode not changes in real time when I try too change Blending Mode for "Fill" filter with keyboard arrows. But it works if we are choosing new blend mode from the list via mouse. Is this by default or a bug?

I work in a big studio and wish to set up our in-house material library as a connected folder. I want to do this through script, that way our art team won't have to mannually set things up themselves, and it'll be easy for future updates. However, my colleague and I are not able to locate how the connect folders are saved. We tried to use process monitor to find a config file or registery item but nothing shows up. I create a boot model as you will see on the attached screenshot, but when I went to do another model using the same photos, both seems to come out as one, but different outputs (hopefully that makes sense). You'll see what I mean in the attached screenshot.
how do i merge top and bottom 3d photogrammetry models of an object in Substance 3d Sampler?
Hi everyone, just wondering if someone can help on some problems I have been having trying to use Sampler. I have posted quite a few on here but below are some of the problems. 1. During the post processing screen the program randomly closes. I have had task manager running in the background and sometimes my RAM usage was at nearly 100% and then the program closes, which I thought was the program, but the past few times it has closed my RAM was only about 47 - 50%. 2. Recently when changing my asset resolution from 2048 x 2048 to 4096 x 4096 actually reduces my texture resolution (attached is a couple of screen shots).I have also attached a photo of the position when taking the picture and the resolution seems ok on the actual photo. Is there a limit to how high the megapixel count can be on photos, as some photos were about 9MP on other files but these photos are 12MP (which is my phones maximum resolution). Could the photos be too large (file size) due to the higher re
Can anyone tell me why I have so many parts to my image on the right hand view. Would this cause my program to close without doing anything. For the past week or so I have been experiencing the program just closing on its own when I go to post processing screen. I have attached a screenshot.
Hello,I saw a guy making a pattern with the stitch effect and when he moved it to photoshop it had the 3D effect.When i try to download it, it only comes in 2D and looks terrible does anybody know how that works ? there are some examples how the stitch should look like.
Hi, just wondering if you can help. Everytime I try to export a Substance 3D Sampler file in the export window under general settings, the mesh settings section is selectable but the material settings isn't ticked and I cant select anything (this seems to happen everytime, and I have watched videos on YouTube and it works with everyone else). I have included two screenshots Also when i use the image to material (AI powered) option it either makes the textures completely different or put weird dark shapes, makes it darker and seems to lower the resolution on the face of the object. I'm sure there must be settings, but as you will see on the sample to the right there seems to be artifacts and I can't remove them. Thank you for your help in advanced

Is there a way of erasing some parts of a 3D model once its been generated. No material options (material settings option not ticked/available) when trying to export to Painter. Is it because I dont have another program installed. Is there a way of showing my 3D models on another computer or my mobile phone to show people what I have made.
