I’m trying to open a flat 2D texture from an older Photoshop PSB with a 3D model. Photoshop 2026 doesn’t show the old 3D texture options. Do I need an older Photoshop version, and how can I get it if Creative Cloud only shows 26.0?

I have the latest update to Photoshop, version 27.0.0 and I still do not have the Harmonize button on the contextual task bar. It's not in any menu. Where the heck did they HIDE it? When I open the CC Desktop App and view Updates, then click on "View More" beside Photoshop, it shows it to be in the update. Yet it IS NOT THERE...  I view youtube videos by Photoshop Cafe and Jesus Remirez and they are using the shipping version of Photoshop, one is using a Mac, the other is using Windows machine, and they both have the Harmonize button on the contextual task bar. WHY DO I NOT HAVE IT? I have the latest version and there are no more updates, I checked with the CC App for new updates, and there are none. You can see that it is not in the toolbar like it is supposed to be in the screenshot of a picture I'm working on of my great neice. None of the layers are smart objects. Why do I not have this feature? 

Last year, my company switched everyone to PC laptops and it’s been trouble ever since. Latest issue: Photoshop printing. If we can even get the list of printer profiles to appear, they all appear to be video settings.  Doing what investigation and experimentation I can (they have these machines locked down to an insane degree), looks like Photoshop is ignoring the system profile folder C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color in favor of its own folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Color\MPProfiles. This seems to be filled with profiles After Effects and Premiere need.  I tried (on my personal PC) moving all the video profiles into a Video folder but PS still displays them. I don’t want to remove them entirely as I figure AE and PP are using them for something. But I also can’t add the actual printer drivers to this folder due to the aforementioned locked-down nature of the work computer. So my question is two-fold: do I need all these video profiles, and can I point Photos

After update to 27.5 i’m close PS but process stay in windows 10. Canvas keeps jumping off screen every time I’m using the text tool and switch switch from one text layer to another.First time I select a text layer it’s fine. It’s when I move to the next text layer to edit is when it happens. Have to zoom out and drag the canvas back down to where I can see it. Makes the app basically unusable. I have videos of this happening but unable to post here. Working on an iPad Pro 12.9” 5th Generation. OS 26.4.2 

I am having this issue currently and I noticed when I am working in photoshop my laptop keeps crashing. I have a  Intel(R) Arc(TM) 140T GPU (16GB) display driver on Windows 11Version 25H2 (OS Build 26200.8039). I also already have Photoshop v27.4 installed. Is there a fix for this it is driving me crazy. 

Hi there,When I open my photos in Photoshop (26.3), Tiff or Jpegs that I exported from Hasselblad Phocus software, I notice they are darker than they are in Lightroom or in Hasselblad Phocus. In Lightroom and Phocus they look the same, but look darker in Photoshop, and if have Phocus open, I can see my photos in Phocus get darker when I open same photo in Photoshop. Same happen in Lightroom, I can see my photos getting darker in LR, when I open in Photoshop at same time, and back to normal when close Photoshop. I tried to export from Phocus software in different color profiles (sRGB, Prophoto and Adobe RGB) and same thing occur. Tried different color profile in my monitor (one that I created with calibrator, tried with sRGB IEC61966-2.1 and others) and same thing happens. As Photoshop support colour management, is this some incompatibility in Photoshop 26.3 and my MacOS Ventura 13.7.4, or any other software?(My equipment: iMac 27” with Ventura 13.7.4, Photoshop 26.3, and Ligh

Ps 27,5 Windows 11 pro H2Bugg 1Contextual Task Bar does not follow the Workspace the you use multiscreen, it pin to the screen like you move a panel outside the workspace. That is not correct it shall pin to the workspace and mow along then you change the size of the window, as now it is pinned to lates place in the screen you used.As now if you open Photoshop in screen 1and pin the bar for example upper left corn workspace and then you move the app to open in screen 2 the Contextual Task Bar stay pinned in screen 1.If you power of screen 1 you can’t open Contextual Task Bar in Photshop in screen 2.Bugg 2 Contextual Task Bar will not stay in fokus then you click with the mouse it flickers in same pace as you click the mouse. 

So i used to work with PS22 and i have to separate image colors for industrial printing, usually into CMYK+Pantones. I had an accurate visualization of the way the colors mix and overlay. Or, you know, as accurate as it can be - just a good standard measure norm for different clients.A while ago, my boss got me PS24, and since then i’ve been having trouble with the visualization of spot colors mixing/overlay/solidity. As shown in these captures:→ Here’s the image with only CMYK channels enabled, displays alright:→ Here’s the same image, where the Yellow channel has been made into a spot color (that will print with Pantone). It nearly blocks everything, like it lays over the other channels.→ My coworker suggested i leave the Yellow channel as visible, which for us is a common troubleshooting when the image doesn’t load/print correctly on Illustrator, but that doesn’t work either :(I have obviously tried to change the solidity to different levels, but it doesn’t match the final printing

I use the xNormal plugin alot while working on assets. converting black and white information into normal maps.  Since i updated photoshop. I dont have a plugins folder anymore and I can't use the plugin.  Everytime I try, it sends me to the app store for plugins and its not in there.  Is there anything I can do? I have tried the chat help but i dont think the message was translating well. I just want to be able to use my old plugin which is a 8BF file format.

Hi,I´m using Photshop CC and I'm rendering a video for a client. The document was created with Artboards ON, and now that I'm exporting the video it adds a lot of blank space around the visible area.The Artboard is 800x800 px but when I'm exporting the video it says the document size is 1600x1600, effectively adding a black space on the resulting video.This is super annoying. I tried Disabling the Auto-Size canvas on the Artboards Gear Icon, tried using the slice tool, and even cropping the image, but when the video is rendered, even tho I set the size as 800x800, it keeps adding the black space around the video.Is there a way to fix this? !

Hi everyone, I am currently in a panic. I need photoshop for work almost every day and after updating my Mac Studio 2023 Apple M2 Max to TAHOE 26.4 (I wasn't running Tahoe before this) I cannot run ANY version of photoshop.It runs sort of in the background but I can't see or access the interface, and when I open a file it seems to be there but again I cannot see the interface at all. I’ve been able to run other Adobe apps without a problem but not photoshop. My computer has 64 GB of RAM and 130GB of storage available. I’ve searched over and over again and I cannot find a solution and I am getting very desperate about this.I also ran ETRE CHECK and it doesn't report any issues.Thanks in advance for any help. I’ve been trying to solve this for hours.

Running a action more than once. I had this working prior to upgrading windows 11 home to pro and had to reload all apps. I redone this action of image size and run it more than once but now it will only play once. I set a size 110% then press the play until I am happy with the size but now it plays once only. So what I missed I am unsure. 

I did something and all of a sudden the only line tool I have available is an arrow. Can someone please help me find the line again? Or maybe there's a website where I can download a new TPL file?Thanks!

I've seen similar posts on this issue, but it also seems the folks weren't providing key details until later in the post, so I'm posting my version of this issue.Photoshop randomly on open (many times) will reset the keyboard shortcut preferences.  I have various menu functions set to FKeys on the keyboard.  For instance, menu functions like Save or Save As, Image Size, Gaussian Blur, etc.  Two times this year this reset has also reset the Actions to defaults, which (very angrily) caused me to lose a whole new set of actions I created.  My fault for not backing them up every week, but in fairness I shouldn't have to do this. These resets do not directly follow an update to the program - they are truly random as it just happened at the time of this posting.Appreciate any insight! 

Suddenly my object selection tool has gone haywire.When selecting people a warning advises there are no people although there are people as attachment shows.When removing something from the image, instead of removing it, it replaces . Attachment shows I removed persons head and it replaced it with another head from goodness knows where..P/S has worked perfectly upto today..I have uninstalled and re-installed but have the same problem. Graphics driver is upto date and I have touched nothing.. Six months old PC everything upto date. Windows 11 system

CMD+C stops working intermittently when copying layers in Photoshop — keyboard focus lossThe problem: CMD+C randomly fails to copy selected layers. The failure is immediately noticeable by audio feedback — Photoshop plays a different sound when the copy fails compared to a successful copy. When copy fails, subsequent CMD+V produces no result. The issue happens very frequently and is reliably reproducible.The problem appears to be directly related to keyboard focus loss. Switching focus to another application and returning to Photoshop usually fixes it temporarily. Hello,I am experiencing a known bug with Photoshop 2026 (v27.5.0) on my Mac Mini M4 running macOS 26.3.1, where the entire Plugins menu becomes greyed out as soon as any plugin is installed.My setup:- Mac Mini M4, macOS Tahoe 26.3.1- Booting from external SSD (my home directory ~/Library is located on the external SSD)- System/Applications are on the internal NAND- Photoshop 27.5.0, installed via Creative CloudThe problem:- After a fresh Photoshop installation, the Plugins menu works correctly on first launch- As soon as I install any plugin via Creative Cloud (e.g. PiXimperfect Compositing), the Plugins menu becomes permanently greyed out- This happens regardless of whether Photoshop runs natively (ARM) or via Rosetta- The root cause appears to be that Photoshop registers plugins in ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP/PluginsInfo/v1/PS.json with the path "$localPlugins/External/...", but cannot load them correctly when the home directory is on an external volume- Emptying PS.json

Estou com um bug no Photoshop relacionado às pranchetas. Ao criar, duplicar ou editar pranchetas, passam a aparecer áreas brancas/transparente fora delas, como se o canvas estivesse sendo exibido/renderizado de forma incorreta. Antes isso não acontecia no mesmo arquivo e fluxo de trabalho. Já testei reinstalação, reset de preferências, atualização do Photoshop e do macOS, e o problema continua, sem mensagem de erro.  

I have a recurring issue when using the brush or lasso tools, or any removal tool (spot healing brush, path tool etc) where a simple initial click on an image results in a crazy selection being made.This strange selection occurs after I’ve zoomed in to, or moved the image, or when I change tools to one of those mentioned above.  Things I’ve tried with no success:I’ve deselected “Use Graphics Processor”I’ve changed my mouseI’ve used a different mouse bluetooth receiverI’ve rolled back to previous versions of PSI’ve completed a fresh instal of PSI’ve reset all tooks and preferences Currently running PS 27.5.0 through Adobe CC. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Can you change or make the space bar the hand tool again please?  I’ve been using Photoshop since nice the very beginning almost every day and it’s super annoying to lose this.thank you. 

I can use this Neural filter once or twice and then I start getting this error message. Works again a few hours later for one or two images. This question has been asked before and one poster said it was because the user didn't have enough ram. I have enough ram (64gb) and also an 8 gb gpu (but maybe that's the problem?) Any other ideas here. The other thread I found about this didn't help.Thank you    

Using the pen tool, I have created a path.  It will not fill, despite the fact that it is a positive “Combine” shape and is a completely closed path.  If I copy and paste it to a new document, it fills just fine.  Paste it back into my working document, and it won't fill.  I have another path near it, on the same layer, which is filled.  I've tried using "Combine Shapes" to make sure it's a positive shape, I've made sure it is on my top layer, I've made sure the fill color doesn't match the color behind it.  This has happened before.  Windows 11 Pro, updated; all drivers up to date; Photoshop 27.5.0. 

This morning when I started Photoshop all my actions were suddenly gone. In the action panel there is only a group called “default actions”. I used it yesterday and my actions were all there. When checking in Creative Cloud Desktop it says I updated to Photoshop v27.5 21 days ago - so that cannot be the explanation. I have searched my desktop and there are no atn-files later than the backup I created a week ago (and I have made important changes since then).Can anyone explain what may have happened and if there is anything I can do in order to get my Actions back (as they were per yesterday, not the older backup)?Yesterday I installed Premiere and worked a bit with it (it crashed), but cannot see how that would affect my Photoshop actions.
