I'm sorry, I know this has been asked before, but I have never found a succesful solution. Desperatly want to import videos from a GoPro, but recordings at 4K (H.265) won't import as video. Also videos recorded at 240 frames per second give the same result. Other videos from the GoPro are H.264, and work fine, but not the H.265 ones. Does anyone have a solution for this? I can't download a video converter, unless I can find one that isn't a big download. (Very limited internet)Thank you. 

Using my Nero 11 I could add an intro video, a video that plays when the DVD is inserted but before the main menu. Is that possible in Elements 2022?

I purchased Premiere Elements 2022 and installed it, however i could not find where to put in the serial number, so I cant use it. What did I do wrong ???

Hallo zusammen ich habe ein kleines problem..ich habe die software auf meinem alten notebok gehabt jetzt habe ich einen neuen das problem ist der neue hat kein laufwerk um es zu instalieren... woher bekomme ich die intal datei um es zu benutzen ... habe nur die aktuellen versionen gefunden 2022 usw.. aber ältere versionen gibts nix...kann mir einer helfen für windows 64bit.  danke

I am using Primiere Elements 2022.  Sussenly when I import a file to the project assets list, it shows up in a separate folder in the assets list, not simply as a file..  What Have I done wrong?  How can I reset my assets to accept these additions as simply files, not as folders?

Hey guys and gals, I've been using Premier Elements 2018 now for a few years now and I'm just now realizing that the videos audio isnt working "like it used to".So I make videos for my youtube channel and I always have a backing music track (mp3 in the bottom Music bar).I sometimes do Time Remapping and then that tracks audio is deleted. During playback...my backing audio would increase in volume to fill the void. I thought this was slick!!! but it's not doing that anymore and I guess I havent really paid much attention as to when that stopped.My configuration is that I would always turn down the Music track volume to -21.0 as to not drown out my voice...and like I said, it would automatically increase during segments were there was no audio in my other tracks. I'm now experimenting with the AudioGain button but I'm not noticing any different during playback while still editing in Premier.What am I not understanding?Thanks.

When I listen to the narration in a project of mine, it sounds fine to my ear, but when I export it as an mp4, the narration audio sounds almost distorted and tinny-ish.   I tend to export using a "high" quality, but also tried "medium" quality -- the same result both times.  I am using the software's preset of MP4 - H.264 (export to my computer).  Elements is the 2022 version, and I'm on a fairly new MacBook Pro. Not sure if this is fixable?  Any advice?   Thanks.

 

Your Adobe serial number has expired or is invalidYour serial number has expired or was illegally distributed.  No, it was not illegaly distributed, and when I purchased it, there was no expiry. The online support just goes through a circular help system that leads nowhere. I literally ran the software 1 hour ago, it crashed, and when I reloaded it, it said serial number expired. I have only owned 1 computer in the past 4 years, and I never gave the code to anyone. Please fix this for me.

Can I convert the premiere pro file to the premiere element file?

I'm using Premiere Elements 2021. Can anyone provide insight as to why whenever I use the Auto Smart Tone feature to touch up a clip the quality of the clip is degraded? Take a look at this screenshot from a video. The image on the left is the orginal. The image on the right is after Auto Smart Tone has been applied. This is occuring during the editing process and not during the export process so I don't think I'm dealing with an export issue per se. Rendering doesn't make any difference. There's something about Auto Smart Tone that is affecting video quality. This has been a long time issue for me. Thoughts? Thank you.

When I add new menu markers to my timeline it creates a new menu for each one, instead of just adding it to menu 1. Is there a way to manually move/add the marker to menu 1? When there are multiple menus1. the system adds a navigation arrow, a black one, which gets lost in the background.2. if you move the buttons on main menu 1, then subsequent main menu marker buttons and navigation arrows are not only hard to see, they don't line up with the other menus3. font sizes in subsequent menus don't match main menu 1. They can be off by 40 pts or moreMaybe I should open a ticket???

I have been searching for a solution to this one for awhile.  Using Premiere Elements.  Creating fitness videos and just started using music.  My tracks are MP3 format, and in Itunes they are completely gapless in playback/no breaks/smooth transitions.  I need that for choreography to work on my videos.  But when I bring these tracks into Elements, they butt right up against each other (e.g., one song ends at 5:13:02 and the next one starts at 5:13:03).  There is a teeny but noticable gap.  And I need to keep the seamless transition that I have in Itunes.  Any ideas?  MUCH THANKS!!

Bought the package Premiere Photo and Video.Photo works well no problems.But Premiere Elements just will not start.Tried to uninstall and reinstall with no effect.The start up screen freezes with the graphics attached.Running Windows 10 (64bit) on a Intel I7 with 16Bg ram. 

Problems with my Adobe software, Adobe Premiere Elements 2020. There are two issues as follows: 1. When I open PE it tells me that there is an update available. When I choose to install it, I'm prompted to update my browser. It makes reference to Internet Explorer, which is obsolete. I have the current version of both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, but PE does not recognize them as compatible browsers, so it won't update. What am I to do if Adobe software doesn't recognize the two most popular browsers? 2. PE does not recognize my 1440 X 1080 video footage produced by the Wolverine MovieMaker Pro, a device that digitizes 8mm and Super 8 film. When I load my project PE defaults to 1920 X 1080. As a result I can't use features like Shake Stabilizer. When I attempt to, I get the message that my video clip sizes and the project settings must match and to start a new project. It is a never ending sequence, as PE simply won't recognize the size of my video clips. What am I to do

Hi Everyone, I have been using Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 for the past year, and I booted it up this week to find that one of the Music Scores I regularly use does not appear in my library anymore. The Music Score is Particle. It still exists as an Audio Track. I have already tried re-installing Adobe Premiere Elements. I am on Windows 11. Q1: Does anyone else have access to the Music Score Particle? I contact Adobe via their online support and received this cryptic answer: I see. I'm trying to Pan and Zoom but no matter what clip I select, the Pan and Zoom menu brings me to the start of my entire video, not the clip I select. This makes it incredibly hard to zoom in on the spot I want to in the clip because I cannot actually see where I am zooming into.I've created a video showing what's going on. In this video, I want to zoom in on the Google clip, which is at the end of my video. The video starts on a red screen then changes over to Google. On Google, I want to zoom in so I select the Google clip and then Pan and Zoom. The Pan and Zoom menu starts me off on the red screen. The frames that I place will be applied to the clip I selected, but that's really not that great since I don't know what I am actually selecting.Please help....https://youtu.be/FXZHHZLiHdk

I'm ugrading to a new/better/faster laptop so my editing/rendering in PE won't be so slow.  The specs here seem overly simplistic/generic: https://www.adobe.com/products/premiere-elements/tech-specs.html Can someone recommend some general guidelines for the optimal laptop hardware specs for PE (minimum processor speed, graphics, etc.)?

PE 2021 on a Windows 10 PC. I'm trying to follow the instructions "Create cool Time Remapping effects"as described on page #108 onwards of Steve's book for PE 2021. I get as far as step 5 "Select a Time Remapping speed using the big slider".Where the ***** is that big slider?  I just don't see it (unfortunately the book showspictures of every stage EXCEPT this big slider)... The online Users Guide is similar (no picture of the slider).

Hello all. I have an NVIDIA GTX 1660 SUPER display adapter (which is one of the supported graphics cards) but in Adobe Premiere settings it says GPU acceleration is not supported. I am running Windows 10 Home, Premiere Elements 2021, NVIDIA GTX 1660 SUPER with driver version 30.0.14.9709 dated 11/26/2021. I deliberatley chose this computer because it came with a GPU card that was listed by Adobe as supporting GPU acceleration. Any ideas? Thank you.

Hello! Everything I can find online says that NVENC support was added to Premiere in 2020, but it's very possible I missed something and it actually isn't supported by Premiere Elements. Please let me know if this is the case. I have an i7-9700k and an RTX 3080, on Windows 11, but hardware encoding is not an option when I go to export (File -> Export & Share -> Devices -> Custom -> Advanced Settings -> H.264). My GPU is specifically listed in the supported GPU lists by Adobe, my NVIDIA drivers are up to date, and this is a fresh install of Elements 2022, so I don't see any reason why the software/hardware encoding dropdown would be greyed out. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, as I would like to not have to wait 20 minutes for a 4 minute video to encode lol. Thanks!

Despues de desinstalar en dos ocasiones el programa adobe premiere elements, porque me daba problemas el ordenador, he inetentado instalarlo en varias ocasiones y me da, error 199. No encuentro la forma de instalarlo ni de abrirlo por ninguna parte.La batería del ordenador no carga correctamente. La voy a cambiar en estos días.Hay alguna forma de instalarlo correctamente o de abrirlo.Gracias.

On part of my movie, my subject is situated too close to the left border. And when she sways her head to her left (my right), part of her just gets blocked off. The green screened border background pic behind her is not blocked out. So, when I try to move her to her right (my left), the borders stay the same, so that she is still close to that blue border. Is there any way to move my subject within the borders so that only the subject moves and not the blue border. And other times when I try to move the border, it creates a zoom effect, which I don't want either. Hope that's clear. I just want to move her more toward the center so that when we sways 1 way or another, she doesn't get cut off. I should add that the way I filmed her, I did have to rotate her 90 degrees to the left in order to have her appear upright in my movie frames.Thanks.LNovik
