I purchased Adobe Premier Elements 2022 for Dell with my new PC. When I open the program, I see a button entitled "Photo Editor". Click on that button opens a sub-window that says "Try Photoshop Elements for Free" with 2 choices, either "install from DVD" or "Download trial" Contacted Dell support and they said that they don't support Adobe software. Can't get an answer from Abode via their computerize support.What the heck did I pay $99.00 for????? Got any suggestions? Thanks for your support.

Hi,  I've just purchased Premiere Elements 2022 and learning the basics already. However there's one thing for now that I cant seem to find.In " Whats New"  it says you should be able to create and crop movies in a social media size 16:9.However I cant find it anywhere...I've tried to make a new project with Project Preset - Portrait. If I then add a video in landscape to my project assets, it seems it's still in landscape mode. I cant seem to crop it and frame it into a portrait size, only resize it but then it remains in landscape. Based on the tips I saw on this forum I thought I did it right. I've googled too and there i found something about the interpret footage, but no luck either.Based on the whats new, it should also be possible, but I can't seem to find how.Can anyone help me? When elements open up, a popup comes up showing you your previous work to import to Organizer, I closed that window, can I recover my work, or do I have to do all that work all over again

I'm new to Premeiere Elements and just started making family movies with the program.  Would I be able to make a video of about 2 hours length using 40 or 50 clips?  Is there stated capacity of this program?  I'm using it on Windows 10 with 16gb of ram if that matters. Thanks.   

Hello, I'm working on an editing project in Premiere Elements 8, and I got an error message: "Audio Filter missing: Internal Volume Stereo." Whatever the problem is, the file cannot be played. I saved an earlier draft of my project, so all is not lost. But I really would like to continue working on this one with the error message. Does anyone have any advice on how I can fix this?

Hi All, I use Premiere Elements 15.I have been trying to burn a blu-ray disc, or ISO file for a week without success. I have had success in the past with short projects, but this particular project is 1hour and 40 minutes long. I suspect that the length of the project may be the culprit, but why would that fail? Is the software only designed to build short projects? The timeline consists of gopro HD footage, canon HD footage, and some still images along with a music track. There are normal basic dissolve transistions, some slo-mo, a basic title,  rolling credits, and menu markers. No audio was used in menu creation. When burning to Blu-ray disc, there is a failure at disc burn after 98%. When trying to burn an ISO file the error occurs 3% into the burn process of the ISO. I cannot create either. I have tried turning hardware accelerator both on and off, with the same errors. I have tried removing menu markers, there are ZERO gaps in the timeline, no other programs a

Hi,I moved from version 2020 to 2022.Opening of my project in with Premiere Elements 2020 took less than 30 seconds.Opening the same project in with Premiere Elements 2022 takes about 5 minutes.I am sure I have proper hardware (processor , RAM, SSD). OS is Windows 10I would be happy if someone has an idea how to improve the loading performance.Thank you.

I've got a video playing, then I want to transition to a side by side screen with a second vide playing the same footage but zoomed in from a second camera. What's the best way to transition the main screen to move to the side while the other one comes in? I used dissolve for both and it looks ok but theres a black line at the start of the transition when I move the main screen to the side. Is there a better and cleaner way to do this?Thanks!!

Purchased newWindows  laptop to replace my W10 laptopI was able to install my  PS Elements 21 by downloading from Adobe and entering my serial number  with no problem.My  PS Premiere Elements 21is not installingIm downloading the installer but its showing progress only up to 5% and suddenly shows installation complete 100% with a red triangle and an exclamation point inside of itWhen I click on the installer zip file I get a circlewith a spinning  arrow  that never stopsAny ideas what the problem may be??

Hello all! I have a computer that's on Windows 10 21H2 trying to install Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 and I get the below error. I have other people in my office that installed the upgrade on Windows 10 1909 and recently upgraded to 21H2 and are still able to launch this version (have not tested installing though). Is this version of Premiere/Photoshop not compatible with Windows 10 21H2? Also just an FYI, I do not have Creative Cloud installed either (not sure if this is required or the root cause of my issue)   Thanks for any input!

Hi,  I am unable to open H.265 files recorded with Geforce Experience. I've bought the hevc codec from MS store and tried to fix the windows permissions, disable hdr etc suggested on another threads without any success.  Those files can watched on windows  media player or vlc without any issues though.  H.264 files recorded with older Nvidia drivers can be imported without any problems.   Anyone knows what is causing this issue or how it can be fixed?   br

So I've got a stock image of a toy and I'm looking to get rid of the white area in the top right and left corners so that it's transparent and not blocky on the video clip. I'm super new to this program and am not having any luck with the crop feature. I've been trying to draw a border around it and everything, does anyone know how exactly to do this? Any help would be MUCH appreciated as I'm wasting a ton of time. I want to adjust the brightness on several clips. Selected them all and adjusted brightness, but only the first one selected adjusted. Is this an option at all?

Audio continues, but video stops. I have cleared cache, closed program and restarted my PC several times, but keeps freezing in same spot. Shooting video with my Pixel 6...I'm pretty sure I've used it for video before, but not 100%. Had been using Pixel 4.  Any suggestions?

Hello tout le monde,  Je vous explique le topo : Sous Adobe Premiere ElementAvant j'encodais en MP4 avec un laptop i5 8Go et je mettais 1h environ pour une vidéo de 12Go 1080p Codec H264 Audio AAC Débit 15Mbps en 30FPS. Mais avec mon nouveau pc qui est beacuoup plus puissant : AMD 5900X 32Go de RAM je met à peu près le même temps avec les même paramètres. Est-ce normal?...PS: Le test a été fait avec le même fichier .prel pour exclure la question des effets appliqués etc...Merci d'avance.

In early 2020, I purchased Premiere Elements via download, I believe directly from Adobe.  I cannot find a related email, but I installed it on my old PC and newer work laptop.  My old PC never had enough horsepower to run this.  I've been using it on my newer work laptop.  I'd like to transfer the license to my new personal laptop and get it off my work laptop, but my Adobe account does not show this as ordered, I can't find a serial number, and I cannot see/verify which computers it's on.  I can log into my account. I cannot find a phone number nor chat for help.  Anyone have ideas?  Or do I just have to purchase the new version?  Thanks, Steve

Hallo,ich möchte hochformatige Videos mit Premiere Elements 2020 bearbeiten.Ein 3k-Video sieht aber leider nach dem Export aus wie auf dem angehängten Screenshot. Wie kann ich verhindern, dass so stark aus dem Video herausgezoomt wird?Auf dem zweiten Screenshot sieht man auch, dass mir gar keine Hochformat-Vorlagen angeboten werden. Ich musste das Format bisher immer manuell (benutzerdefiniert) eingeben. Ich habe aber gesehen, dass auf der Adobe Support Seite Hochformate angezeigt werden. Kommen die bei Elements 2021, 2022 hinzu oder kann ich die noch auf einem anderen Wege aktivieren?Vielen Dank und GrüßeJonathan

I recently ran into a problem while using Adobe Premiere Elements 14 where nothing would render, this hasn't ever happened over the many years I've been using it. After some looking I haven't been able to solve the problem, and noticed that in some projects it renders and in others it doesn't. This didn't make any sense to me so I wanted to try reinstalling the software to see if it would fix itself since I had to when I got a new PC quite a while ago. If you could fix my rendering problem then that's always welcome but TLDR: at the moment I just want to know how to safely uninstall Adobe Premiere Elements 14 and reinstall it without losing my projects, if possible.

Premiere Elements 22 erkennt die i.Link Schnittstelle von meiner Sony Digital8 (DCR-TR7000E) nicht. Bei meinem Premiere Elements 10 war das kein Problem.
