Okay so I've been searching everywhere and the most common solution I've seen is render and replace - however, the exported clip is 5 times the size of the original.    We have a client where we shoot on a regular basis and collect dozens of short 'clips' for them to use on social and their own on the fly edits. We give it our first pass doing any necessary clipping, coloring, reframining, retiming etc then export. Sometimes cutting out numerous individual pieces from the same clip.    Creating individual sequences - extremely time consuming. Rendering and replacing - takes up tons of space. Using the project manager - no combination of settings I can seem to figure out export the clips with respective in and out points within the timeline and color effects and warp applied.    There has to be a way to export dozens of individual clips with edits quickly without needing to go by individual sequences. Right? Any guidance would be appreciated

I've been using the new Adobe social-style captions in our Instagram Reels, and it seems pretty straightforward. However, I recently was working on a web project where the client decided late that they wanted some social cut-downs, and when I went to add the social-style captions (Bold Captions with White Background), there are no caption "styles" available. It would appear that these styles only appear when you start your project using the Social template.  I know that I can start another project, assign the social template, then individually copy-and-paste each social cutdown into that new project, but does anyone know if there is a way to manually assign caption track styles to a standard project where you didn't start with the Social template?

Update:This question is no longer relivant because I based my initial test off of a prerendered clip. I am using a 5 year old build that I recently upgraded to Win 11 and Adobe CC 2025.Issue is timeline scrubbing/playback.specs:Threadripper 2950X (usage is 50% during playback)64GB DDR4 3000Samsung Pro NVMe 2TB (scratch)WD NVMe C: (program install)Old GPU: 1080TiNew GPU: 5070Ti (usage is 40% during playback) I started using MOGRT's for automated effects like light leaks, motion, blur etc...  My old GPU would peg at 100% trying to review/scrub in the timeline and I was getting 1 frame per 5 seconds... unusable.  So I bought a 5070Ti.  When I installed it and the drivers, that day I found that my timeline scrubbing (same project) was SO SMOOTH I could scrub super fast.  No lag at all!  Zero.  And I never ever do any prerendering like render and replace or anything.  When I encoded this 5 minute sequence, what used to take 4.5 hours now took 5 m

Hello, Editing is my full time job and since the v25 it's becoming a hell, i'm even seriously considering moving to Davinci because it's simply starting to be very annoying.The problem is happening on Playback and can occur in many tasks (randomly but very often), for example i'm about to to extend my text block, the software litteraly freezes, and it freeze all my windows not only PR. It takes around 5 to 10 secs and then i get a black screen, no more playback image  when i hit space, only sound playing, so i'm forced to restart PR.It also happens when i'm just scrolling/hovering or when i simply hit space to play my timeline. - I have on Windows 11 24h2,  i9 14900k, 64gb DDR5, RTX 3060ti. Everything is up to date.- I work on 1080x1920 videos mostly, but also 2k & 4k.- I use proxy (Proress) but it's even worse sometimes because there's a delay of around 2secs everytime i hit Space.- I also playback on 1/8 , 1/4 still get the freezes. When I go to rename a bin, I can't see the text or cursor, and when I hit "return" Premiere crashes. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, is there a fix?

Hello!  I recently upgraded (I hoped!) an older machine with spinny disks to an Acer Nitro with the following specs.  When I use Handbrake, I get about 50% GPU usage on a straight export.  With PP as you can see it's less than 10%. I'm editing an interview with a main camera shot and then some shorter 10-20sec alternate angle shots.I have about 20 of these alternate angles I want to drop in but I don't know how to synchronise them with the main timeline.The interview is edited down on the main camera and I used a Zoom recorder to get nice audio, so I have the two camera channels (A/V) and the 2nd audio channel. I can easily synch the Zoom video to the smaller clips I want to drop in so they have clean audio too...but I can't figure out how to synchronise those b-roll clips into the main timeline...(some of my efforts synchronised the main sound with the b roll...but moving it out of synch with the overall interview main sequence)?I know from other research that I should have probably shot the b-roll continuosly for the whole interview and synched it all once for a multicam set up ....but I didn't do that and now seems like it's complicated to sych up the small clips!Appreciate any help you can offer!Thanks,Alan.

Is there a way for PP to automatically create a sequence matching the TC of a bunch of clips and then place in that sequence at the corresponding TC?  Like "Auto-Sequence" in Avid.

This is what the Locate File browser looks like in macOS since the last update. The same window under the same project looks perfect on a PC. Having 5 lines of documents makes browsing and relocating files a difficult task.Using macOS Monterey in a 2021 MacBook Pro.

Estou tentando automatizar uma ação simples no Adobe Premiere Pro e gostaria de ajuda com isso.Quero criar um atalho de teclado que execute o seguinte nos clipes selecionados da timeline:1. Rotacione o clipe em -90 graus2. Altere o Blend Mode para "Lighten" (modo de mesclagem)Pesquisando, encontrei que seria possível fazer isso criando um Effect Preset com esses parâmetros e usando os atalhos Apply Preset 1, 2, 3... para aplicar rapidamente. No entanto, não encontrei esses atalhos nas opções do painel "Keyboard Shortcuts". I have reset the preferences, uninstalled the latest version of Premiere, tried an older version and even an older version, but nothing works. Hi,I'm jumping over to Adobe premiere pro from Avid and most recently EDIUS.How do you toggle Channel 1 and channel 2 audio on in the timeline in Adobe premiere pro? I've tried adding it as a shortcut on the keyboard, I've been pouring through tutorials, etc. I've even tried remapping the channels as mono. No luck. --In my source monitor I have a clip with video and audio on channel 2. But in the timeline, only audio one is on, how do I turn on Channel 2 so I can drop Channel 2 from the source window, to the channel 2 channel on my timeline?! It's making me  crazy. In EDIUS, It's simply clicking a hotkey on and off to toggle the audio channels on and off. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks

How can I duplicate a shape layer in a Premiere Pro extension?I know that Track.overwriteClip() can "duplicate" a new clip for source-linked media, but how can I duplicate a graphic clip?

Hi Caroline, We stumbled upon an old post about QT Gamma Compensation where your files were being referenced. That was this link: https://web.archive.org/web/20240524125853/https://community.adobe.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-... (this is web archive). Since the recent Cloud Files change in Adobe (I thought from May) these files are not accessible anymore. I have managed to find the original QT Gamma file that adds the correction, but I am missing the 'undo' file still. Is there a way for you to retrieve these files? We would be thrilled if it's possible to still get the undo file. Kind regards,Joost Adams
