My PC works stably, there are no problems anywhere. And only PP reboots my PC. There are no effects in the project, there are no third -party plugins.  All software, all games on the ultra settings work stably!Everything is updated and improved! And only one program to kill my PC.

Sometimes, no problem renders fine..other times I get the above error.  Yes, I am on the latest nVidia drivers. They were clean installed and do not have issues. Bonjour,J'ai un soucis lorsque j'exporte ma vidéo en "Automatic" ou "4K Match Framerate" la vidéo sort beaucoup plus lumineuse et avec un différent contraste. J'utilise un iPhone 14 pro autant pour filmer (en 4k 60 fps) que pour utiliser première rush. Si j'exporte en "4k 30 fps la couleur est bonne mais je souhaiterais exporter en 60fps.Pouvez vous m'aider ?Merci. Je joins 3 photos : 1. La vidéo de base. 2. La video exporté en "Automatic / 4k Match Framerate" et 3. la vidéo exportée en "4K 30fps".

Hi, The audio drops out randomly in the timeline during playback. Additionally, the video is choppy in random places, just before or just after the audio drops out. It’s almost as if Premiere is running out of memory, yet when I checked settings, it’s got 26GB allocated. After speaking with Adobe support, with the only solution that seemed to work was to open Premiere in Intel mode and change the rendering engine to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only, rather than Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (Metal). This worked once, but the problem has since returned. I was told that the issue is “Apple’s drivers are not able to cooperate with the latest version” of Premiere,(direct quote) and to contact Apple, but that doesn’t make sense.  Is anyone else having the same issues? I’m running a Mac Studio, macOS Ventura, with an M1 Max and 32 GB of RAM. Thanks!Michael

I don't see the cursor. Verion 25.3. I work in multicamera mode. I have to reboot the program. This is not convenient!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 I am pulling my hair out here... please help me. I have a client job I need to do and I literally can't even open the app I'm paying for to start working on it. Specs:Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 (25.2.3)Mac MiniMac OS Sequoia 15.4.1 What is happening: I open Premiere Pro and the splash screen shows up. It does not show any loading text of different parts of the app, etc. It just shows what you see here: 2. Then, after a while, I get a screen that says an error occured. If I click on the view report, it gives me a dmp file with jibberish (can't attach here because its not supported - go figure.)  Steps I've Taken so far (that have NOT worked):Held Option+Shift when opening app and cleared all caches, preferences, and disabled pluginsManually deleted all associated Premiere files in Application Support and restarted computerUninstalled all 3rd party plugins and restarted computerUsed Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner to clean all Premiere files and restart

 I am currently using film from my Iphone 13 pro and iMac. Everything looks fine in the edits but when I export the footage it comes over saturated or over exposure. I tried multiple solutions and still having the same issue. Can someone help me?  

My project is not saving if make some changes and screen pauses with saving project tab and i cant even cancel it. It seems like crashed.   

Working in trim mode in the Program panel, the time code overlay is WAY too big. I can't even see the frame count. Can this be adjusted?

Hello, I am having an issue I had on PC now on my Macbook Pro M1 14 inch. When I add the first clip to my timeline, I cannot add any other video clip to the timeline now. When I drag another video clip to the timeline, it will show its audio source and will not add the video portion of the clip.  My current work around is to make a new sequence for each video then copy and pasting the videos to the main timeline which is slow, annoying, and just insane. This recently started happening within the last two weeks and is frustrating.  Does anyone have a solve for this issue? 

Hi everyone,First things first : I work for a fairly big venue and shoot in S-Log3 but I believe that's not the question since my problem applies to every kind of Log workflow and every kind of venue.My editing process is quite simple : import footage, trim A-Roll, trim B-Roll, edit, color grade, export... you know the drill. Once done , my movie isn't really important anymore, it can be stored as is. My A and B-roll on the other side are a different story : the will be re-used heavily.Using the project manager (copy only used files) isn't cutting it so I'd like to transcode my trimmed clips... but I don't want to bake in color, I need to keep my Log files as is.Do you guys have a solution other than keeping your whole project ?Thanks for your input,Cheers,N. 

So the question is, is there a way to set it so I can move one clip on top of another without overwriting it but rather moving it further in the timeline by default without the need of holding down modifier keys?    

Exporting a video from Premiere Pro CC is EXTREMELY frustrating!  I have tried 10 times now with different settings and get the same frustrating results:ACC File = 26,465 KBM4V File = 1,098,640,KBMP4 File = 0 KBscp8.tmp = 355,812 KB(Every thing except the file I actually need came out just fine and each time exporting is supposedly complete, Premiere Pro locks up, freezes and the only way to turn it off is to go through Task Manager - End Task)I've read multiple forum topics covering this subject, watches several YouTube videos and carefully selected the minuscule settings differences that each person offers and STILL I end up with no video after all is said and done. WHY IS THIS NEW VERSION OF PREMIER PRO SO DIFFICULT????!!!Hey Adobe developers - here's a tip, instead of spending months coming up with ingenious ways of putting control buttons, levels and windows in different places to make them harder to find with the latest release, why not make several fully established presets

Basically the title, I clicked "M" with all clips shown selected and this is how premiere placed the markers Help?

I have a two camera set-up, both on one sitting subject. Light is the same source. Cameras are set up the same for V-log capture. Same exposure, albeit with two slightly different lenses. Project setting is to auto detect log and apply tonemapping correction. One camera shows a more yellow skin tone, the other, more red. Is this a function of lens coatings or something else? Is there a way to further correct all clips from one camera in the Lumetri panel, or do I need to copy/paste settings via Lumetri effects controls? I like the tonemapping results in general, and it's definitely a learning curve and not the RGB kind 😉Thanks.

Hi there, I'm pretty new to Adobe premiere pro and was trying to make an edit. I have a few different effects on my video right now, and during one of my shots, when i'm on a still frame the text sits in the middle how it's supposed to. However, when i look at the video in playback, it changes size, and teleports to my upper left corner. I used a youtube tutorial on how to add transparent inverted text to my shot, but i think my bug has something to do with the track matte key effect. I am kinda lost here and was wondering if there was any advice on how to fix this. Thanks in advance for any tips.

I've tried clearing the cache and rendering with OpenCL  - the only other render option. It fixes that glitch but makes another artifact elsewhere. Intel Core i9-14900HXNVIDIA GeForce RTX 406064GB DDR5 RAM1TB SSDAll latest Adobe/Win11Pro/and video drivers  Tried changing 25p/24/23.976 too. Rendering out h.264 high quality 1080p HDAlso tried Adaptive High Bitrate

I am rerquired to export captions in this format, but there is no option in export to do this.

Hi,We are running PP 2025.3 on Mac 14.7.6 with Desktop Video driver 14.5 on two different iMacs, same spec.  We have Blackmagic playback on one but not the other.  Oddly we see the Black Magic option in the Audio Hardware section.  We've also played video back in Blackmagic Media Express with out issue.  Desktop Video has been uninstalled and reinstalled as have PP.  Is there something that we're missing?  Thank you,Rory
