Hi,First of all, sorry, if this has already been covered, but I have searched Premiere Pro help and the forums without finding any answer.I record in s-log3 and import the clips to Premiere Pro, which nicely convert it automatically to wide gamut Acescct and I can make adjustments to the individual clips using lumetri color, using the full "color information" from the s-log3 clip. The clips are converted/output to rec 709 using tone mapping.But what if I want to apply the same lumetri adjustments on multiple clips? (in the same sequence).Will using an adjustment layer covering multiple clips, use the full color information from the s-log3 clip?Or should i copy/paste the lumetri color effects to individual clips in order the use the full color information?Hope someone can clarify the above.Thank you very much in advance.

Hardware encoding disappeared as an option on all exports from Premiere. I updated to the latest (25.0.4 Build 84) to try and solve it and no luck. Windows 10Nvidia 4080 I've been editing for 20 years. I'm not a newbie. I tried all the troubleshooting steps: Updated driversUpdated PremiereCleared cacheTrashed prefsCreated new project, imported one of the sample media, tried to export at Adaptive High presetTested a million different settings All the same result: software encoding is either greyed out or if it's changeable, I get the "Hardware encoding is not available with these settings" error. I have hours and hours of footage I need to export. What am I missing? And why does this seem to happen every couple of years with this application?

Tengo mogrts creados por mi en after effects y exportados para ser usados en premiere pro. Hasta la version 24 de premiere funcionaban correctamente pero desde que se actualizó a la versión 25 ya no los levanta bien.El lower third que habia creado se veía de esta manera:Y desde su actualización no importa que ajuste haga se ve asi:Si bien el panel de propiedades  indica que tiene efectivamente los colores que antes si aparecian.He intentado reexportar mis lower thirds habiendo actualizado tambien el after effects a su última versión pero nada parece funcionar. Los colores de mi lower third los manejo con expresiones:Se deberá a esto? Cualquier ayuda es bienvenida

I've noticed this problem with a few projects now. When I playback a project, no audio is sent to the mix channel, and no mix effects are being applied. I haven't been able to find anything online that has solved it, and was wondering if there were any other things I could try. I'll attach a picture of my audio track mixer. Thanks! (on latest 2025 update)

Good day, after the last update I'm getting the same error and I can't start the program. Has this happened to anyone else or is it just me?

Hey, i wanted to. rename the track and the context menu shows the rename menu item gray. I cannot select it. Is there something wrong with it in the newest version of premiere?

Hi All,Im having issue whereby my Adobe Premiere 4K-NLE fast forward 3xx generated jumped frame,before this was fine,suddenly it happened.Any ideas how I want to fix this?

There's Something wrong with the Turbulent Displace, when I imput it into one of my Videos it was showing some kind of glich in it. Could someone please help me out? 

Hi, I am trying to render a file of resolution 562px x 875 px from Adobe Premiere Pro however a black line continues to appear in the mp4 format. The line isnt visible in the project file. Any solutions to this.

The UI is all scrunched up into the top left corner. It's been like this for months, including surviving an upgrade between versions. I'm scared to mess with the window size too much, because once when I adjusted it and relinked a file it got even smaller (current state pictured here; it was similar but not quite as bad before).  Thoughts on how to reset this?

How can I solve this?  

When working with keyframes in the Effect Controls panel, hitting "end" on my keyboard hides the playhead to the extreme right. If I add a keyframe at that point, it makes it difficult to grab and move back if needed. In previous versions, the interface allowed for at least one extra frame of space when hitting "end," making it easier to grab and move an endpoint keyframe. The old interface also allowed me to do a right arrow at the end and advance to the next clip. That functionality seems to be gone as well.  This isn't a major deal, but an annoyance that popped up a few updates ago.

Hello can i ask how to install premiere pro 2015 in the latest creative cloud? the available is only the 2020 up version and my laptop is not capable of running that version. thanks

Hi everyone, Can anyone help me please. When exporting an AAF I get multiple error messages saying aafresult_duplicate_mobid. What does this mean and how do I fix it? The AAF is also not importing into protools and gives a error message say some OMF parsing errors occured. PLease let me know.Thanks 🙂  

I have tried everything uninstalling, turning it off and turning it back but nothing is working. I saw somebody had the same issue last year and was able to fix it. I am unable to fix it. When I go to security and privacy preferences it is greyed out. I attached screen shot. It shows that I have full access to the disk but still can't open up premiere pro.

This is a continuation of a thread that was closed, but this issue is not answered or resolved. (LINK)I'm experiencing a consistent issue when attempting to replace footage by Right-clicking on the clip in the Project Bin and selecting "Replace Footage". I get the dialog box to select the replacement and then I get one of three outcomes: 1. Premiere crashes suddenly and completely. (45% of the time) 2. The Dialog box goes GREY and remains on screen. You cannot close that box. No replacement took place. (45% of the time) 3. The replacement completes successfully. (10% of the time.)This started on upgrading to CC 2017 in January.I'm replacing footage several times an hour, so this has a huge impact on my workflow. A fix would be welcome!

HelloI'm having an issue with Premiere 2025 - and I think with After Effects 2025 too.- My Pc: Windows 11 last up - Intel Ultra Core 9 - 96GB RAM. (2 days of use only)When I start a encoding - Premiere starts ok - very fast - but - 10s to finish (10, 11s - always the same to finish) - the encoding stops. (I hear the pc fan stopping and the cpu going to idle) - and freeze..After Effects I had a similar issue too. At 30% of the process (same % every time too) - the encoding freezes too.. But in After Effects if I wait some seconds, 1 minute - After Effects continues to encoding and finishes ok.Premiere - doesn't. I need to cancel. BUT after this. the program is freeze too. I need to End the process in Task Manager.This issue occours every 25% of times - with the same project. (yes, I can encoding and finish ok sometimes).any idea?

With the latest release (Premiere Pro 25.3.0), `qe.project.getActiveSequence().exportFramePNG` exports frames with an extra .png in the filename, breaking any functionality where we are later looking for the expected filename with `fs.existsSync` but don't find it     "QE is not supported, recommended, documented": Yes but we don't have a way of getting a frame from the video through the main API, and UXP is not in GA yet.   This will break functionality for any plugins relying on analysing frames from the user's sequence so.... worth fixing IMHO 🙂   Also seeing this popup in Premiere in the bottom-right which we didn't used to see before but it doesn't break any functionality:  

I'm a new user of Adobe Creative Cloud and I want to convert an Apple log footage to Rec. 709 and when I searched online on "How to do so", I was made aware to check an box which says "Auto Detect Log Video Color Space" but I don't really see it anywhere. Would be of great help if anyone can let me know do I convert my footage.Thanks in advance ❤️

hello community, I hope someone can help me fix this problem because it's been driving me crazy. My video is 26 secs long but only a second of the video shows on the timeline and the remaining is blue but the complete video plays. The audio repeats the first 3 seconds 3 times, so at the end they're not synced. Below I have attached how the timeline looks once I import the video. The camera that took it is a Canon Vixia HF R400 

I'm trying to export an edited clip (originally a .mov file) and am etting this warning: "Source Color Space (Rec. Rec. HLG ) cannot be exported with current export settings of the selected format. Export color space (Rec. 709) will be used instead. Update the video encode settings to export in source color space." I'm not sure how to update the video encode settings per their suggestion. When I export anyway the results are overexposed video with an underexposed .png logo in the upper third and what seem to be the right shade of captions that were created in Premiere. The previews I see during editing are all underexposed. For example, our white logo w/ transparent background registers as gray (with the one splash of color intact but muted). Lumetri basic correction is toggled on. Toggling it off had no effect. I've never encountered this issue before. Exporting using the Adobe Media Encoder didn't make a difference either.

It's been a while since I've had to check audio on any channels above channel 2, however I've noticed that I'm nolonger able to monitor any channels that are greater than channel 2.For context, we deal with files which contain an array of audio channels, e.g. 1+5 Surround Final Mix3+4 Stereo Final Mix5-10 Surround Music & Effects11-16 Stereo Music & Effects Previously, I used to be able to solol channels when previewing the media in Premiere without the need for a sequence. Is there anything that now needs enabling to allow this or is Premiere expecting that source channel 5 for example will output on channel 5 rather than route to the configured output.  My team tend to use sequences but I'm not a fan of this as if the sequence settings are incorrect, they can route the channels incorrectly. 

My long list of problems (this all happens after several minutes of working): - Videos in the media panel no longer gain a thumbnail and remain grey - The program won't play and is stuck on whatever frame it stopped working on -  If I click on a video in my timeline, the thumbnail dissappears - The yellow line at the top of the timeline no longer works - If I exit the program, half the time it will say 'not responding'. I close it again and it says 'wait' or 'exit program'. I select the latter, and then when it says something like 'backing up and reporting to microsoft', I just select cancel and it closes because I have left it for an hour and nothing happened.   Things I've done: - Cleared cache - Uninstall and reinstall - Turn of GPU UI rendering - Change audio output in audio hardware - Restarted my laptop 5 times   Notes: I am using Premiere Pro 25 and am on a Probook Laptop with 65 free gigabytes.   Please help!
