Mouse cursor suddenly and randomly dissapeared/became invisible while using Premiere Pro but hovering over elements and clicking still worked.Cursor is visible on the task bar or any other Program outside of Premiere, but dissapears the second the mouse is inside the program window again.The problem only dissappeared when I restarted Premiere and I was not able to replicate this error.

I have a question. There are two shortkey commands:Shift + O which is Go to out.End - which is Go to sequence\\clip end. They do the same, well, they should - go to the end of all the media in your timeline. With one exception.This is what happens when you hit Shift + O:This is what happens when you hit End:It's easy to explain why one would need to go to the end of a sequence or a clip - to cut off everything after the playhead or place there another clip. But what are the exact scenarios of using Shift + O and End?Because when you mark it out after using shift + o you get this:And when you use End and mark it all out, you get this:Share your thoughts, please. 

Im just trying to export a video in the Media Encoder, but somehow it just doesn't work at all. All I get is the Error Code 3. There is nothing special in my video that could cause issues. I removed two images before and then all of a sudden it exported properly, but now I'm wondering what the issue was. I'm always exporting with the same settings and I never had any issues before. Help would be really appreciated. 🙂

Hey! I hope someone can help me as I am having issue with exporting.  Iv spent all week working on a big video, its an hour and 15 mins long with a lot of editing work in it, its part of a series on youtube.  This level of work isn't new to me or my pc but for some reason iv faced the following issues with exporting this video.1.  The 1st attempt to export was taking 4 times longer than the video duration and then eventually just stopped, didn't crash or hang, just stopped.After this issue I restarted my pc and rolled my Nvidia drivers to the Studio version, as a sense of false hope I guess.2. The 2nd attempt went through just fine and when I went to watch the video and test the quality before uploading I noticed the visuals stopped at a certain point.  The audio kept going just fine but the the visuals stopped.  It would show the last frame that worked.  I tried on VLC and on the Windows Media player. 3.  I decided to clear out the temp files et

Hey guys just wanted to post to help anyone who is having mouse lag + playhead timeline lag/freezing + just lag in general with the new update to Premiere/windows 11 update.  My mouse was super laggy when not even in a project and just in the preference settings and bad lag when playing in the timeline and the playhead just stopping but the video playing normal.Things I tried:Set Audio Hardware input to: no inputDisabled mouse acceleration (Enhance pointer precision)Clear Media CacheResetting workspace layoutUpdate Nvidea Drivers/reinstallunistall and reinstall Premiere Proand finally what did it for me was checking enable Gsync for full screen mode only and not for windowed mode and fullscreen in the nvidea control panel.Should look like this photo belowHope this helps     

When I sync a shot using the Auto sync feature, either the A1 audio (which is embedded with the video in v1) shifts to a different position or in some cases, the A2 adjusts itself, but I do not know the cases. How does Premier Pro decide which will go where/when, or is there a way to choose which audio (either a1 or a2) should move?

Jeez Premiere Pro playback is like a snail v the race horse that is Davinci resolve. Recent upgrades seemed to have made it even slower. Sony AVCHD .MTS AC-3 audio doesn't work on Premiere Pro?I needed to use it as .mp4 was going to be too big for the 64GB I have on it.VLC player works perfectly, but Windows Media Player doesn't. Adobe Premiere doesn't see the Audio. Even converting to Adobe ProRes 422 doesn't work the audio either and neither does .mp4 with AAC Audio Format Export. 😔

how come you cant use "hold" as a type of keyframe when you draw a mask path? its all grayed out. but you can use that type of keyframe on crop. Can this be fixed?

Hi,I have NewBlue FX Titler Pro 6 on my system, and it is integrated with Avid MC.  How to integrate with PP? Asking the Help service at New Blue they said that if it's on my system then PP should know, but if you look at the two attached screengrabs you can see that it doesn't.Please advise,DC

      I am experiencing a critical issue where the LottieFiles plugin panel displays a persistent black screen in Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 on Windows. Nothing loads on the panel interface. Symptoms: Initially, the panel flickered between navy and black screens. Currently, it stays as a static black screen (Blank). Other Adobe extensions and plugins work perfectly fine. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps, but none of them worked: Reinstallation: Uninstalled and reinstalled the LottieFiles plugin multiple times. Reinstalled Premiere Pro (Tested on both v2025 and downgraded to v24.6.8). Rendering Settings: Changed Project Settings > General > Renderer to "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only". Close Gap would work for me in a test environment, as usual with Premiere tools. But when you really need the tools to work, in a real life situation, they often don't work.I tried to remove the gaps on audio 2.I understand how other gapless tracks might block this tool.But it's crazy that you can't tell the sequence not to look at all these other tracks.As you can see, I tried locking, unsyncing, etcetera in almost every conceivable combination.Is this tool just obsolete crap or what is going on? It work fine one single tracks edits. But why can't it handle isolated material?  

Just recently upgraded edit machine from 2017 Imac Intel to Apple Stufio ULtra 3. I have a massive Premiere Pro project that will not open and work. Tried dumping prefs, cache, plugins in addition to doing complete clean re-install of Creative Suite. I am devasted right now. I've tried creating a new project and importing individual sequences, import as project shortcut , I am at my wit's end as this a a project that I've been working on for over 2 years . I absolutely hate Adobe now and do plan on migrating to Resolve eventually but I have to get this project open . I have been using premier since the beginning and with each update the software get's worse.  If there is anyone from Adobe that can figure this out I would relaly appreciate it.

I hate premiere pro so much, it is absolutely dog water in stability, I had to re export the video 10+ times today for it to FAIL each time, wanna know why?? Because of one effect, I had to cut it out in 10 places because it decided to be dumb and not render :). What used to take 30 minutes now takes hours. And the time keeps rising. 4 hours 5 hours 12 hours. It's so frustrating isn't it now.

I've been editing a project ( a multicam wedding) that was started weeks ago.Btw I have 25 years NLE experience - 14 years on Premiere. Im on a Mac Studio near maxed out with dozens of gigs available on my boot drive, and lots of HDD and SSD drives attached with about 2Tb of storage.As I often do when I start a new edition of an existing project, I renamed the project file and saved it. That was yesterday morning.Today after about 10-14 hours of editing and being about 92% finished, I decided to connect some other drives. I (believe) I saved my project, but its possible I didnt. I didnt think much of it as I was tired and my auto-save is set to make saves every 15 minutes.After quitting Premiere I ejected my drives and connected a new one. Then I finding what I was looking for, I reconnected the drives and booted up Premiere.It didnt show me any previous versions of the edit except for the one initial made weeks ago. I know that this problem was discussed in another thread already but I post it here anyway. I am currently on PP 25.6.3 on a Windows 11 PCWhen I am importing a .m2ts file with Dolby Digital audio there is no sound in PP. When I double click on the .m2ts file OUTSIDE PP the video plays back perfectly with picture and sound in Windows Mediaplayer. Any solution?

Hi.. I have a series of keyframes I'd like to add... about 40.. I've computed in a spreadsheet the frame numbers where I want each of them created.In this case, I'd like to add them all to Opacity... but may want to add to others as well.Is there a way to read a .csv or other import file, and do this in some automated way.
