Hello, I am currently working on a team project, and whenever I attach the proxies, I will be able to edit and do my work for around 15-20 mintutes and the media goes offline. This means I have been constantly reattaching the proxies again and again in order to do work for my team project and I'm not sure why it keeps doing that. I have other footage I attached the proxies to and it the media seems to stay online. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
HIMy team start using Team Project in Premiere Pro a few months ago, today when I try to open this team project and going do some change, it stuck at the loading for 2 hours and still can't open it, it happened on Mac & PC, we already tried to updated to latest version and remove Team Projects Cache and Team Projects Local Hub but still can't open the team project, anyone can help us and what can we do??We got few weeks work inside this project.....Thanks so muchHenry
While I was working in a premiere team project, the administrator deactivated the adobe account of the owner of the project from the enterprise administrator account, making sure to transfer all cloud libraries and data to my account, as I was previously the assistant editor and "collaborator." But it appears that not only was "ownership" not transferred - the project does not appear in the list of projects to open in the File > Open Team Project... dialogue. We do have an autosave, but I can't find a way to open it. Any advice?
This is an often occurring bug ... It's a nightmare! Too many times I get a warning "the current auto-save operation of your changes to the team project "xx" has not completed in xx minutes. Please consider closing and opening the team project before making further changes." When this warning appears for the first time, all changes made since last auto-save are lost! Last changes in Auto-Saves timeline are the ones before the error.Team project can't be converted to local project, because it must be saved first (and guess what ... there's no way to save).Changes can't be shared, because it must be saved first (and guess what #2 ... there's no way to save). The only thing you can do is close the project without saving and sharing. Well done. It doesn't matter what size the project is, which Premiere version, how many assets, how many collaborators, it's been happening since Team projects were introduced! I was really hoping that this would be fixed in
I've been working on this Team project for the last few days, but today it says the project has failed to auto-save for the last 20 minutes that I've been working on it. I'm not sure how to resolve the issue or what's causing it. It also won't let me close the project and open it again.
I received an invite for a project in my creative cloud for a Team Project which I accepted, but when I go the the Manage Team Projects in premiere, that project is not populated as an option. Any thoughts?
Hi Is it possible in the Team Project file to download after complete the project, or we can upload my project file in Team Project?
"Login to the team projects service failed due to a network...error"I get this message when I go to open team projects, I have a fairly good wi-fi connection - one in which I'm able to watch/stream video on.I've tried all the standard fixes, any other advice?
I am unable to remove inactive collaborator account from Team ProjectThe user has clips that are shown as being edited by them (see screen shot)But we can not remove the user from the team project. The email account no longer exists and has no CC account associated to it, and I suspect this is why.Is there some kind of admin force remove a user from the Team Project?
I am on a Teams project for the first time. I am logging the clips, and we have two custom metadata fields. I create the fields using the Metadata Display Menu, save it as a preset, then save it as a New View Preset in the bin, and finally save the workspace. When I reopen the project, the custom fields have dissappeared. If I recreate them the data is still there, but it's a major annoyance and I don't want to have my teammates need to recreate them every time we open the project. Thoughts? Thanks!
All - I'm painfully aware of the Error code: -1609629695 issues with Teams Projects. Previously, I've been able to restore projects that have been corrupted through some combination of reverting to Versions/Auto-Saves. Yesterday, a massive project became corrupted. No versions/auto-saves will restore for me or my team members - we keep being asked to revert to a previous auto-save. Another issue was that even if we were able to resore the project in Premiere, After Effects crashes for all Team Members trying to open restored versions. We're trying to salvage the project by making a local version. In the Teams project that we're able to opne in Premiere, all After Effects files show offline and we're not able to "Edit Original" to try to salvage either. This is a massive project and months of work. I've recommended to my team that we no longer use Team Projects - these are issues that have been going on since 2016. Any insights would be welcomed.
We have a Team Project, and when I go to Preferences>Collaboration, and under Project Locking, "Enable project locking" is greyed out. How can change this? We want to enable it. This happens even when only one of us has the project open / premiere open. This is on Adobe Premiere Pro 2020.
I have been working on a team project in After Effects since last week. Yesterday the file stopped giving me the option to share my changes. I have not closed the file, for fear of losing all my work, and I had been able to render out fine - just not able to save/share changes. In my team project settings it says that I am disconnected from Team Projects. How do I reconnect?
Hi Adobe community, We're working with 4 computers (2 MacOS Catalina, 1 Mojave, 1PC) all with Premiere Pro 15.4.1 working on the same Team project. Yesterday one of us shared changes that made the others crash upon accepting. Now everyone is locked out with the message "Unsupported Project Version - This project was edited in a newer version. Please update to the latest version and try again." We're at 85% completion of editing a 50 minute documentary... All updating to Premiere Pro 22 seems tricky! Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks a million!Arnie
I work as a video editor, and I have been using Team Projects every day to work on several projects on two computers (at home and another computer at the company to render outputs/exports). However, I noticed on my home computer that the folder "Library / Application Support / Adobe / Common / Team Projects Local Hub" has 40GB of size. At the moment I have only 2 projects on my Team Projects list, and I archived the other ones to make space, however, it didn't seem to do the trick. Is there any way to clean this folder? NOTE: I love the idea of Team Projects, but it has so many bugs. It crashes all the time, it misses files and recovers them as blank icons. It still has a long way to go for this to be considered a professional way to edit remotely. The Head of Post-Production try to access my Team Projects and it crashes his computer immediately, it went on safe mode. None of the other editors want to try it, because they consider it a Beta Experimental thing, and no goo
As above - I was working locally on a team project. It crashed on auto save and now im left with a .rope file which I have never even heard of before. is it possible to recover this? the file is 800mb so seems like there is a bunch of data there
When working in my Team Project, I am trying to locate files from my collaborator's computer using Media Management. When I create a folder for the media to go to, it does not seem to actually work. All the files are still offline and the folder is empty. How long do I have to wait or am I doing it wrong?
Hola. GraciasUn saludo
Hello! I'm new here, but I've been using Adobe for a really long time. First of all, sorry for my broken English 😕😕Recently, my friend and I decided to connect using a team project and together we would synchronize one project where we would edit. However, when he publishes something, I do not receive any notification about it, nor am I able to click the update button, as if it were him alone, only when I add something, publish it, and only then, we sync together. Together we have the same version of Windows and Adobe Premiere Pro (24.1). It is worth noting that he receives notifications and has the option of updating, as if he were constantly synchronized, but I am not.We don't know what could be causing this, please help me quickly.Igor.
Hey everyone! Our team was previously using the creative cloud synced files to work on team project without having to download/link new files every time one of us was importing a file to the project. We were doing that by enabling the ingest settings and choosing Copy, destination: Creative cloud files. That way every time one of us imported a new file into the project, it would make a copy to the creative cloud files that were shared and synced in real time with other team members (we had to share a creative cloud files folder with everyone at the beginning of the project). Now that Adobe has cancelled the synced files for individual accounts, we are looking for a new way to do the exact same thing! We were looking at Frame IO but I cannot find a way as easy as adobe synced files to automatically share new files with other collaborators.Do you have a suggestion for me?Thank you
I'm currently using a team project, but today, suddenly, I received a message like the one in the image, and I haven't been able to open the team project all day. Other people who started the team project before me are still able to use it, but since this morning, I've been getting the same message and can't open the project. When I click to confirm that I want to load the auto-save, it tells me to try again because of a network error, but there haven't been any network errors on my Max Studio, and none of the computers in our office are experiencing network issues. first messagewhen i click open button next message **Please understand that I am Korean and am conveying my words through translation. Thanks
While working on a Team Project I suddenly got logged out from my Adobe account and AE closed on me with no warning. When I logged back and tried to open my Team Project I got this message: I already had similar situations in the past and Adobe staff said it shouldn't happen again. It keeps on happening and really makes working with Team Projects really annoying and unreliable. Can you guys please fix this.
I turned my premiere pro project into Team Project. But, it says that any after effects dynamic links are not supported by Team Project. Then, when I click "OK" to continue it does not show any of my after effects elements. I read here that all I need is to have the same versions of everything. Work in the same computer. Ok, great. I have all these ok. So, how to fix this? Thank you for your support.
My Team Project crashed on me today and when I reopened it I discovered I lost my entire morning's work. Using the history slider in the media browser is of no help because the last version available is from last night. How can Team Projects users ensure that our work is being periodically saved? Is there no auto save function built in? If you want to go back to a previous version, and recover work how do you do it? Do you need to obsessively "share changes" every 10 minutes? Is "sharing changes" synonymous with saving?
