When utilizing Adobe Acrobat Pro to read PDFs, there's a blue overlay coating all pages of all documents. Opening the very same document on any other pdf reader doesn't present the blue tint. It popped up out of nowhere yesterday and it's quite infuriating. I would like to know how to remove it, if possible. Thanks.

Hi everyone,I’ve been working with Adobe software for a while and recently noticed an issue when converting documents to PDF. Whenever I convert a file containing images (whether from Word, InDesign, or another format), the image resolution drops noticeably. The images look crisp and clear in the original file, but once converted to PDF, they appear pixelated or blurry. I’ve already tried adjusting different export and conversion settings, but the problem persists. Could I be missing a particular setting or step that ensures the images retain their original quality in the PDF?I’ve attached a sample PDF for reference. Hi Community, Over the last month or so my Adobe Professional print keeps resetting the print preferences back to default. This can happen many times a day, even in the middle of printing. Specifically the defaut page size, which I set to A4 (based in Australia). I can print one or two files to PDF, then next minute the thrid job has printed to Letter.  Is anyone else experiencing this and found a fix?Our IT department cannot find a fix. 

I changed my laptop and the view of Acrobat changed from Old new View. How can I go back to Old View. New ViewOld View 

I cannot make redactions because the files have signatures.  However, I have literally hundreds of files to make redactions to, so I can't just print them out and scan them back in.  What is quickest way for me to turn the signed PDF into a redactable PDF?

I am a lawyer and I have to often save court documents. Many times the PDF file cannot be saved, since the PDF shows the following error message "The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (18)." This happens only sometimes, e.g. when I want to add some more orders to a compilation. I think this may have to do with the digital certification/signatures on court orders, but that does not explain why the file cannot be saved all the time. Can anyone help me with this?

I'm having an issue with my fillable form.  The form works perfectly on my desktop computer but when I email it or save it to drop box and download it to my laptop or .. it no longer works correctly.  One of the calculation fields (and there are a lot) aren't calculating correctly. I have it open on my laptop and my desktop and it's working completely differently on the 2 different machines.  What could cause this? 

Hi.We have recently adopted the font 'Lora-Regular' for use on all company documents. When printing documents via 'Adobe PDF' we receive the following error message. I recently download the Adobe Acrobat Pro 2024 Classic. I would like to put my tool bar on top instaed of on the left of my screen, however I don't see any option to do this. How do I accomplish this?  

I have a Brother Printer/Scanner. I'm trying to scan documents onto my computer and save as PDFs. The documents I'm scanning are standard letter size but once a document opens into Adobe, it changes my page size to 10.76 by 8.26. I have been in touch with Brother support and they assure me it is not on their end. I'm tired of wasting ink and paper trying to find a solution to this problem. Any ideas would be appreciated.  Jon

Hi wonderful Adobe community. I am creating checklist for Inspections and want to add images to different texts. I want an image pop up when hovered over certain text or by clicking the text in tablets. In connection with a customer assignment, I ran into a strange problem when checking PDF files in Acrobat exported from Indesign:The customer created a banner layout in Indesign with the dimensions 5220 x 1500 mm, which can easily be done in Indesign. It was exported to a PDF file with the correct settings.When I received the PDF file, I could see when checking the file in Acrobat that the dimensions did not fit and the graphics seemed to be cropped on the right side. At first I thought the customer had made a mistake, so it was corrected (with some surprise from the customer) and sent again. Same problem...Therefore, I tested myself and created a new layout with the same correct dimensions and exported it as PDF - with the same result as the customer's. It turns out that the dimensions of the banner can be set up in InDesign just fine, but it apparently exceeds a maximum dimension in Acrobat, which obviously does not match the maximum dimension in Indesign. Hi smart people. Need some help with writing a JavaScript if/then for a pdf form. if the selection in dropdown11 is "No" than the selection in dropdown12 is "N/A" and  if the selection in dropdown11 is "Yes" than selection in dropdown12 cannot be "N/A"

When I try to get a pdf signed I get this message in Adobe Acrobat:Action required to request e-signaturesYou can no longer request e-signatures with this user profile linked to xx@xxx.xxxPlease contact your administrator or renew your subscription to restore access.I have contacted my admin and I have adobe sign in my licence. I have also tried to log out, restart and also uninstall and restart my computer. Noting works. I have also tried the mobile app and it's not working there either.Anyone got a solution?

I added form fields to a PDF file, but I can't move, resize or copy fields using mouse actions. I've checked field properties and document settings to confirm the fields aren't locked, and the options I've found for editing restrictions are unchecked. I've attached the file to this post.

Voy a "utilizar un certificado" > "firmar digitalmente" > marco el lugar donde quiero firmar > hago clic en el ID digital correspondiente > doy a "continuar" y aparece la previsualización, pero al clicar en "firmar" no ocurre nada más. La ventana parpadea un momento y sigue apareciendo la misma ventana. Hace tiempo que me ocurre con Adobe Acrobat Reader para Mac. En mi otro ordenador con Windows no ocurre esto. El certificado es válido y funciona con otros programas. He desinstalado e instalado de nuevo varias veces. No consigo solucionarlo.

Thumbnail previews are enabled in acrobat pro preferences. Somehow in the recents list, the thumbnail previews are not showing up. I'm using the latest version on Windows 11 - 64 bit.What to do to fix this issue?They used to show up earlier for a long time. I didn't install any adobe software or updated anything. The thumbnails just stopped showing suddenly.   

There are 10 screens full of messages back and forth about the above subject WITH NO ACTUAL SOLUTION (I use a Mac). Please will someone of credibility from Adobe either verify that "It cannot be done" or else give an actual, working solution.Thx

By default when I click the Save button Adobe Acrobat performs a Save As, I assume this is some sort of dark pattern to trick users into buying their cloud storage.If I disable protected mode, Save works as expected (no folder explorer appears), but what if I want to keep protected mode?Has anyone worked out how to have protected mode and still have Save work as expected?

Not easy, the clicking area is too narrow and small, is not the star but above.

Using the right click feature is convenient, but not when I have to keep resetting the file save location, when it should always be in the same location as the original document. Is there a way to set this as the default? Running Windows 11 enterprise.
