I'm trying to get a drop-down list item and a text field to be the same. The issue I'm running into is that instead of the drop-down list choice, I'm getting the export value of the drop-down list in my text field. drop-down list name: BuyerInfotext field name: Text1  

Best Buy wont refund as it was a digital download from them. I can't download with the Adobe link and password as I don't have a teacher/ student ID as it requires. I tried to make one up, that didn't work.  Am I out of luck?  Any suggestions? 

Hello, I know that in Mocha Pro it still works correctly but since various versions of AE the playhead inside the dope sheet editor of Mocha AE is stuck at the beginning and is not moving with the "timeline"-playhead.  A colleague tested it on his machine in a new project file and it was the same. Mocha AE (Version 12.2.0 build 48.g4474bf13e586Build Date May 20 2025) I could only find one instance of this mentioned online with no answers. I guess nobody uses dope sheet in Mocha AE? I guess this is a bug? Please fix this.....thanks in advance!

Why does adobe crash so easily?It is highly annoying and wastes a lot of time.

SIgned up for Pro, downloaded installer, double clicked. Nothing happens. Downloaded again. Nothing happens.Looking in Task Manager, I can see the process is running, but there's nothing I can interact with except to kill the process.

Adobe Pro Online will not let me download my files in the cloud in one fell swoop. I have a problem with my computer and I need to do this. I own the files right? Anyone have someone to contact? I've tried privacy to get them downloaded. Download is not an option once they are all checked, only upload and then it doesn't let me tell them a destination. 

Since the deprecation of TechSoup for Adobe licensing, my company (which supports multiple nonprofits) has been trying to transition to Goodstack — and it has been nothing but headaches.Every single attempt we’ve made to submit an Adobe licensing request through Goodstack has been rejected with no clear explanation. Even worse, there seems to be no direct way to contact Goodstack support to understand what’s going wrong or how to move forward. No phone number, no support email, no ticketing system… nothing.We’ve double-checked all nonprofit documentation, EIN info, eligibility details — everything looks correct on our end. Yet the rejections keep coming, and we’re left stuck without any real guidance while our clients are waiting for licensing.Is anyone else running into this?Have you found a workaround, or a way to actually reach a human at Goodstack?This transition has been incredibly frustrating, and I’m hoping someone has insight before we consider alternative (and more expensive)

I have a text box (name) and date field (saledate). My goal is to have Text1 say "E-Signed by JOHN SMITH December 4, 2025""E-Signed by (NAME) (SALEDATE)" This is what I have so far, but I'm unsure how to bring the two fields into this. I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance! 

I'm unable to edit or create a form without it crashing.  While editing my existing forms and select properties for the fields it will automatically crash.  This is the same way when I create a new form and try to add any form component whether its text, radio checkbox and I select properties it crashes. I have version 25.1.  Any else having this issue and know how to fix it?  Thank you.

I have a lot of calculations fields, is there a way to export calculation order field names to text editor so I can create right order more easily and keep track?

Hello,  I have a logo that is high quality and shows as high quality in PowerPoint (M365). When converted to Adobe PDF, the logo is distorted and pixeleated along the edges.  I have played with the compression settings, but this has not changed anything. However, when viewing the PDF in other viewers, for example, on the iPhone, Microsoft Edge, and Adobe Express, the logo once again appears to be more high quality than what is shown in Adobe Acrobat.  I believe Acrobat is distorting my logo. Please help me fix this. Files attached. 

This has been happening recently and is making my work very difficult because I have to open every document, whereas before I could just click on it in the folder and see its contents in the preview window. Is there a solution to eliminate this?

Version 2025.001.20937 Very recently the ability to resize a stamp from the clipboard is not working. This is something I do regularly, and have noticed in about the last two weeks being an issue. Anyone have this issue and been able to fix it? Thanks.

Hello, first post for quite some time.Wondering if it's possible to create a custom stamp (dynamic?) that consists of two element:imagehyperlink.I'd like to be able to create an object that I can insert into PDFs when marking them up that opens a weblink when clicked. I'm looking for the quickest way to do this as it is a regular part of my workflow. I have looked into dynamic links, and have created a text box when editing a custom stamp but can't get the link to work. I think it may have to do with the javascript being incorrect, or it may not be possible at all.Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I am trying to make a stamp that will save the users input as a .txt file. I am using the exportAsText function within a trusted function and it mostly works until I try and save the output to different folders. With the following code the output saves correctly however I don't want to save the result within the DC folder. I have changed my username to [username] in the code snippets for privacy reasons. exportDataTotxt = app.trustedFunction( function(filename){ app.beginPriv(); savepath = "C:\\Users\\[username]\\AppData\\Roaming\\Adobe\\Acrobat\\DC\\"+filename; this.exportAsText(false,null,savepath); app.endPriv(); });When I change the savepath variable to the folllowing:savepath = "C:\\Users\\[usermane]\\"+filename;I get this error: GeneralError: Operation failed.Doc.exportAsText:5:App Script:Calculate I have tried with a number of different folder locations including in different drives but it only works within the DC folder.&nbs

I have a user with a new laptop who is trying to install Adobe Acrobat, is notified to wait to be prompted for account authentication, but no prompt ever comes.Anyone else have this issue? Screenshot attached.

Has AI assistant now moved into PDF Spaces?For somereason, whilst still being able to access the AI features, has it now moved in PDF Spaces?We was able to get documents analysed and it permored better side by side with the pdf document.Is there a way we can revert the change as it how used to be?

I'm downloading a Invoice PDF from NetSuite where we have generated URLs. When I view the PDF in a browser's pdf viewer (Chrome and Edge), the links work just fine! However, when I open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat and I try to access the link in the file I get a Security Warning that I'm about to open a link from my C drive! file:///C|/Users/name/downloads/etc.../https://ACTUALLINK.COM  Why is my Adobe Acrobat application trying to open a file from my C drive when if I open the PDF in a browser PDF viewer, I have no problems? Thanks in advance.
