Hi everyone,for whatever reason I am now missing the dropdown calendar widget that I could previously use in a form.Did I miss something? (v25.001.21265, fresh update) 

I am working in Organize Pages, highlight the pages that I need to extract and all of a sudden Adobe duplicates those selected pages.  How can I stop that from happening?

I've been using adobe acrobat pro on a windows pc for a few months now and the highlight tool had been working fine, and I assume, how it was intended. The properties have been set at 100% opacity the entire time but the text was still clearly visible behind the bright green color I use. However, recently I have been very frustrated because I did not change any settings and now my highlighter just covers up the text so it is unreadable. When I change the opactiy, the words become more visible as the opacity is lowered, but when the opacity is lowered, the color becomes very dull and almost unnoticable. This is clearly not how the highlight tool is supposed to work, since highlighters are obviously used to make certain text pop and attract eyes to that point. I do not want to lower the opacity because it was working fine at 100% opacity previously. I have Acrobat Pro on 2 Mac computers. Documents on one of them have font display problems. Same documents on other computer is fine. Was not a problem in the past. Looking at the list of embedded fonts, they are identical on both machines.

Ever since the new update/release came out of Adobe Acrobat Pro, when I click "edit," none of the properties show up in the panel where they are supposed to be displayed. Ugh.

Hello community! This is my first time posting here so I don't really know too much about posting, but I need some help. I was trying to install Acrobat Reader on my Windows 7 laptop and when I ran the installer it said it was successful, however it didn't create any shortcuts on my desktop, nor my Start menu. I tried checking in program files for an Adobe folder but there was nothing. I even checked the program files x86 folder but there was no adobe folder there either. The installer never said there was an issue and since running that the laptop has gotten slower. The laptop I have is a Dell Latitude E6440 (and for anybody asking, no this is not my main computer). Please help! And in case anyone thinks I downloaded a fake installer, I went to the official Adobe.com website to download it.

I have a form that automatically maps a Loan payment due date as MM/DD/YYYY.  There is another field (we’ll call that field LOAN_DAY) on the form that requires that DD field, but my core system doesn’t have it as a mappable field so I’m trying to figure out not only how to extract it from the loan payment due date field (we’ll call that field LOAN_PAYMENT) but also how to add the suffix (i.e. DD = 20 but needs to become 20th).I’ve played around with extracting the DD to a separate field and then trying to build a validation in the LOAN_DAY to add that suffix but I’m just completely stumped.  I haven’t found anything similar asked in this forum so hoping someone can help!Example: mapped field LOAN_PAYMENT = 03/20/2026.  unmappable field LOAN_DAY needs to show 20th. Thank you all in adavance!

I’ve tried two ways. These are scanned documents. The entire purpose is to not have to manually enter the data. We can scan it in with the header or without. Either way they both come out a mess. Nothing is lined up and handwritten text is not converted properly. There are other programs out there that are able to convert the document without the header and it looks great. We pay for Adobe. Sure don’t want to pay for two programs to do what the first one should do.Am I doing something wrong?I read somewhere that the only way this works is if the document is not scanned in. If it was already in the system, I wouldn’t have to convert it this way. Saying the document cannot be scanned defeats the entire purpose.From this...To this...Thanks,Jessica

We are tying to use Adobe Acrobat DC across our organization in a VDI environment. We have many users that do not have a account and would just use Acrobat DC for viewing/printing PDF's. We will like to disable the pop up screen every time Acrobat is opened since the users can login manually if they have an account.

Not sure why the billing history is not accessible when you are in the Admin console?  It would be more convenient.

Hi there, hope everyone’s well. I’ve got quite a complex issue on my hands, so any support is appreciated.I’m trying to create a pdf document that I can use as a template, have the ability to cut and paste unique text into the document. All with the hope of making this as efficient as possible for large scale file producing. There have been a few issues I’ve run into because of this:My acrobat is incredibly slow, significantly more so compared to photoshop and illustrator. When in acrobat I can’t seem to edit the copied and pasted text format i.e bold, italic etc. I have these drop down option boxes (1-5 answers), however when I enter the answers and go to print, it clears the answers. (Acrobat online works if I share the document to my self and access through the link, but that’s quite time consuming.)  Due to it being unique text I’ve been trying to figure out how I can have text box reflow. So if there’s too much text, a “new” text box is made on the next page in order to fit all th

Not unlike an app running off screen in a way but it is not off screen.  It is on one of their monitors just extremely small about 1 pixel in size and only looks like a ‘dot’ or perhaps a ‘hole punch’ icon.  If you click on it,  it closes.  You cannot manipulate it easy enough to maximize the icon and there is no rhyme or reason for it to open this way.  Nothing the user seems to have done other than launch Adobe Pro.

When I open a file in Adobe Acrobat - or even just the program and look at all tools - and select Edit PDF, I get an error message: Acrobat has encountered a problem. Some features may not work as expected. Try repair to fix the issue." So I click repair. It does its thing. And nothing is repaired. If I click cancel, the Edit Panel does not display, severely limiting any tools to actually edit. I'm at a loss how to fix this problem. Any suggestions? HELP?

Hi, in January I started a 5-day free trial for Adobe Acrobat which I cancelled within the free trial. I even got a cancelling confirmation. Now I see that I still got charged 7,98 €/month twice. I saw my account had AI for Adobe Acrobat subscribed, even though I never subscribed to it. I cancelled the subscription but I also want a refund over those 15,96 €.Thank you!

Context:I’m working with dynamic IRS PDF forms. When I open these forms in Edge, Chrome, or Firefox, I can populate fields and save the PDF. The typed values are visible in the browser.  We’re a small accounting firm. However, when I open the same saved PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro, all the fields appear blank, even though they were populated in the browser.Questions:Why does Acrobat Pro not display field values that were typed and saved in browser PDF viewers? Is there a supported way to save a browser-edited PDF so that Acrobat Pro recognizes the field values? Are there recommended workarounds to preserve editable fields and their data when switching from browser editing to Acrobat Pro?I’d appreciate guidance or best practices for ensuring that form field data populated in a browser remains visible and editable in Acrobat Pro. 

I can have acrobat open fullscreen but when I try to downsize it to have to windows side by side it keeps minimizing the window. When I click the restore down button it does this (see attached image) I am losing my mind trying to resize this window! I have tried everything I can possibly think of

I have a Creative Cloud Pro plan and a separate Acrobat AI assistant plan running. Strangely I cannot see any AI assistant option in the desktop application for Acrobat, and it is only working in its Web version. How can I fix this?

I am actually design and creating pages in adobe illustrator and saving as pdf. This PDF I am trying to make it accessibility. I am using auto tag to make the tagging all the images and text. I have given alt text to the images and expansion text to any of the abbreviations. for example I have set expansion text as carbon dioxide wherever my text is in CO2. Old Acrobat is reading properly but New Adobe Acrobat is not reading the text properly as per tag order and skip reading link text and expansion text of any text while activate Read Out Loud. 

In Adobe Acrobat I select Prepare a Form and I add a "Submit Button" to my PDF form and set the form action for "mailto:myemail@email.com I get this dialogue box saying "One of the specified recipients is not resolvable" when I test the form online and hover over the button I don't get the finger pointer. How can I fix this?

I am lodging a formal complaint regarding my inability to use my Acrobat Pro 2020 perpetual licence for MacOS, purchased in 2020 and registered on 2 November 2020.I used this product successfully on two MacOS devices since purchasing. In November 2025, I replaced my primary work computer. Before transferring the software, the old computer was reset and wiped for the new owner. As a result, I no longer have access to that device and cannot sign out/deactivate Acrobat Pro 2020 on it.When attempting to install and activate Acrobat Pro 2020 on my replacement computer, activation fails with an error indicating the maximum number of activations/devices has been reached. I understand the two-device limit.The issue is that I cannot deactivate the previous computer because it is no longer accessible, and uninstalling/resetting has not released the activation (as Adobe’s own guidance notes that uninstalling does not necessarily deactivate a licence).I contacted Adobe support via online chat in D

Downloaded brokerage statements  (on my iMac running Tahoe 26.3) fonts are changed when file is opened. When file is printed everything is correct. File also open correctly on MacBookPro running Sequoia. Is this a mac problem or Acrobat problem?

Adobe's PDFMaker Macro for Microsoft 365 [Office] applications displays error messages in my Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Classic applications. I hate it. Only way I can remove it is to (1) run each app as an Administrator,(2) go to Options, (3) Manage COM Add-ins, and (4) select PDF Maker Macro and remove it. But every time my computer runs updates for Microsoft Windows 11 or Microsoft 365 [Office], the PDF Maker Macro reinstalls itself, and I get error messages when I open those apps. I also don't like the space its commands take on Microsoft 365 apps' Ribbon.  Have learned a better way to make Adobe PDFs out of Office applications (use the F12 command and check the appropriate options), so I have no use for the PDF Maker Macro. How can I get it to stop reinstalling itself?

 There is a lag in the digital signature when opening the PDF, signed by engineers or other professionals with licenses in the state of FL. When we try to upload to city or county municipalities for permitting purposes, the signatures cannot be verified. The error message is that the file failed to publish correctly. This only became an issue in the last year.
