I do a lot of proofing and when my designers send back corrections, I like to flip back and forth between the PDFs to see if the corrections were made or if anyting on the page shifts etc.... Just recently, when I am on one PDF tab and select another PDF tab, the whole page "jumps" (like it reloads the page each time) and it is really hard to tell if things are shifting on the page. I have checked all my setting to make sure each PDF is viewed the same way but I can't figure out why this is happening now.

I have tried multiple times to import a single page Adobe PDF file into a 20-page document. I used to be able to use (on a macOS) the short cut of Command + Shift + “I”. That was SO EASY. Now, with this horrible upgrade, I have to use this cumbersome "Combine files" tool which doesn't work. I tried to combine one single-page PDF file with a 20-page PDF file. That should have been easy, right? After I uploaded the two files, hit "Combine" it makes a "binder" and it will not allow me to "Save" nor "Save As." I am extraordinarily frustrated. Thank you in advance if you can help.

Is there a way to back up the reuse files list for the combine files function.

Good day! How can I ask for refund? I was charged with monthly subscription although I already cancelled my free trial. I entered my gcash account to avail the trial. Then, upon checking my adobe account, the plan that was paid was not reflected on my account. I was charged last October 7, 2025 yet nothing reflects on my account. 

Hi, I am creating a PDF mileage expenses form, and as HMRC's approved mileage rates already include VAT, I need to back calculate this to get it to display VAT reclaimable in a dedicated field, can anyone help? I know the calculation its just working it out in Adobe Pro without a division option: As an example:Mileage rate: 16p per mile​The 16p is VAT inclusive so you need to work backwards to find out the VAT claimable. So 16p represents 120% (100% plus 20% VAT).  So the VAT element is 16/120*20 = 2.67p.  So for every business mile you claim 16p for, you can reclaim 2.67p VAT. Thanks in advance for any support with this.

I am having issues with users having repeated issues with Acrobat Pro PDFs that contain drawings not loading the content or very very slow The docs are stored locally on the user's laptops Have tried a complete re-install, repair and installed latest updates but the same issues persist! Does anyone have any possible solution at all?

I purchased Adobe Acrobat 2020 Pro in 2022. I recently had to purchase a new computer so I followd the steps given to me by Adobe on how to deactivate my old computer then reinstall on the new computer and then activate. Everything went somoothly except now Acrobat says my subscription has expired. How can this be? I'm logged in to the program so it should know that I have a perpetual license. On my account dashboard when I try to reenter the serial number it says it's already in use, but it not as it says my subscription has expired? Adobe does say I can transfer my license to a new computer. Can anyone please help resolve this issue.

All of a sudden whenever I want to print a PDF it only brints in black and white!  I have no idea how this happened.  I've uninstalled the app several times, and I've even updated it. As you can see in the picture.. the print in greyscale option is blacked out, and there is no other place for me to select print in color option.  Trust me I've looked everywhere.  Really hoping somewhere on here can help!  I'm using a MacBook Pro by the way.  TIA for any help!!  I'm a teacher as you can see from the picture below, so I'm getting ready to print tons of things, and they are all in color!  

Good Afternoon,I am trying to edit a PDF document that was converted to a fillable form but when I click on Edit PDF, it does not allow me to edit the boxes in blue below.  Does anyone else have this problem?  It only allows the bounding boxes on the left to be edited.  It does not open up the right.Thank you, I am not an expert in adobe and any help will be much appreciated.

All, I'm opening a PDF created by someone else in Acrobat Pro. The form has fillable fields which I want filled out. After filling them out, there's area that I need to edit, so I choose the edit button on the right and edit by adding text or modifying existing text. After finishing, I want to go back and alter or add to some of the existing fields, but can't do it (it wants to still edit them, which I don't want).How do I get back the option to fill in the fields like I had before? Yes, I want to keep my edits. I'm so frustrated with Adobes support after paying huge amounts of money for a subscription, only to get totally inadequate support from India where there's a huge language barrier, so if you're from India, don't answer this. LarryCreative Cloud Subscriber

I needed to download one file on cell phone and was forced to open it in Adobe. Forgot to cancel the trial version and tonight they charged me a whole 1-year subscription. This is how to make very people dissatisfied and hate your product. I hope to still find a solution to keep the name of Adobe free of this type of business practices.

I have inherited a slew of PDFs to check and fix accessibility. For some of the fixes, such as form tag problems or really fouled up reading order, the prescribed fix is to autotag. However, autotag deletes the alt texts for all the images. (It also messes up document headings, usually reasigning the top level to H3.) That's not so bad for short documents with a couple images but for our larger documents with hundreds that is no bueno. Why does it do this and how do I fix it? Thank you, --Allen .

I'm not able to edit some of the text in my pdf: test - service order - flat Not sure if it has something to do with the original - Service Order Editable or if this is a common problem in Acrobat.  When I hit edit it allows me to edit the generic text: Name, Address, phone number. But not the text that was typed into the form fields. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you!

Hi all. I'm working on updating an informal assessment for my work (special education teacher here) and trying to make it digital-friendly. It's fairly simple, with a consistent format: 4 sections, each with 11 either/or questions that need to be tallied. I've got the Raido Buttons setup already, but I'd like to see if there's a way to automatically add up which of the 2 options for each question has more selections, and then display that option (not the total) - I.E., if option 1 is chosen more, then that column's name will be returned. Is this possible?

Hello - I am in need of URGENT help with editing font text size within Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack or Adobe Acrobat Pro on a fillable claim form document, specifically a CMS-1500 claim form. This particular form requires specific font size/style throughout the fillable fields. I tried to edit to change front size, but error message popped up “unable to make the page editable due to an error in image processing.” Please, I need help with changing the font size, so it is consistent throughout the form. Unfortunately, trying to get support from Adobe on the actual website / app has proven IMPOSSIBLE. Thank you in advance. I am using windows 11 and my printer is an HP. But, it is not within the printer, it has to do with the Adobe.

There is a similar discussion to this issue on the Photoshop Elements board. I'm having a user who is unable to print from adobe acrobat on her mac with the error "adobe_licutil quit unexpectedly" coming up. This issue started after she had updated her macbook to Sequoia. I have tried running the adobe acrobat uninstaller and reinstalling but the same issue comes up. I also had her update to 15.0.1 to see if that would help but no dice.  Im not really sure what else to try other than attempting to revert her macbook back over to Sonoma. Has anyone else experienced this recently in acrobat?

Started having this issue today and have unchecked the protected mode and enhanced security as well as disabled new acrobat, but has not made a difference.  Any help would be appreciated.

A user reported that he could not change fonts in Acrobat when editing PDF documents. The system used: Macbook Pro Intel + Adobe Acrobat 2020How we edit PDF documents: - Click on the Edit PDF button- Select the text- Change the font by selecting the fonts available in the dropdown box. Odd behavior noticed: - When hovering over the available text the selection is not highlighted- When a font is selected, the font changes once but reverts to the font Helvetica. - After this, other fonts can not be selected. - When we try to select another font it reverts to Helvetica. Issue confirmedI was able to confirm the issue on a brand-new laptop with a fresh install of Acrobat 2020.I did update Acrobat by going to About-->Update. Workaround: At this point, our only sure fix is to downgrade to the previous macOS release.  ADOBE HELP! I have a fleet of 20+ laptops that by company policy I must update soon.

I have a PDF with 5 appendices that need to be inserted. All appendices were remediated separately and when it comes time to insert the into the main PDF, the tags go missing in the combined file. I double checked that the tags are in each indvidual file but when combined they disappear for some of the appendix files.  I have tried to combined the appendices separate from the main body and still no tags. I have tried to use the organize page panel and insert a few pages at a time to see if that works and still no tags. I was told to insert the appedix file at the very end of the file and then move it up to it's correct version and that still isn't working. Not sure what else to do and I'm running out of time and ideas to meet my deadline.

I opened a PDF from a website in Acrobat Pro. I did not save or download this PDF, but left it open on my MAC book Pro.Several days later a new version of the PDF was uploaded to the website.  I wanted to retain the original version so I saved it to my documents, however this saved as the new version. How can I access the original version I opened? ThanksLiz
