I am attempting to create a document where the person can select 1 or more options in the ListBox feature  (or drop down menu if easier?) and this would autofill different text fields based on the selection – each selection would have a corresponding phrase that would autofill a in a text field. Then, each text field can only be used once, so once the first text field has a phrase in it, the next phrase (corresponding to listbox selection) would auto-insert into the next text field, etc.I had a similar question to this regarding check boxes, so will use the same examples here but instead of each check box specific to each item, it would be a list box (or drop down menu) that would have all possible selections (ex: blood work, xrays, follow up appointment, etc.) in the one listbox/drop down menu and each selection inside of the box would autofill a specific phrase. If this is too complex or complicated, please let me know I’m more than happy to stick with check boxes. Also, here is

I can not create a single pdf from multiple files. When I drop jpegs to create a pdf, I get an error. It tells me no PDF was created because Adobe Acrobat encountered an unidentified error. Even when I try to open a PDF I get the operation could not be completed as Adobe Acrobat doesn't have permission to access.  But I do have and I have given Acrobat full access to my drive and I still continue to get both these errors. I'v unistalled and reinstalled. Enabled persmissions for all files and applications but still I'm getting both of these errors. Please help because I need to use Acrobat for work and don't know how to fix....

I am using Adobe Pro Web and I would like to redact a PDF. I see instructions for redacting in the App but I can't figure out how to redact on the web. I've tried Adobe Web and Adobe Chrome extension.Any advice greatly appreaciated!

Hello everyone, I have Adobe Acrobat, Version 25.1 on a PC (Windows 11). Sometime I have to split the window of a PDF to see two different pages of the same PDF at the same time. Moreover, sometimes I have to do this while I'm adding comments. For example: I have a page with a plate and another page with a description of this plate. In such cases, I split the window so that I can see both the plate and the text, and I put the window with the plate in the upper half, and the text I'm reading (and commenting) in the lower half.And then it happens very often, that I click in an already existing comment (to add something or for whatever reason), and the upper window suddenly jumps to the page where this comment can be found, although I'm already on this page in the lower window. How can I stop this behaviour? It is driving me crazy! I there a way to lock the position of the upper window when I split the PDF view? Thanks in advanceBest wishes,Lutz

Hello, I have really reduced the amount I use Adobe Acrobat because (in my view since the AI tools were added) the programme has become unreasonably slow for reviewing documents. I still have to use Adobe for the measuring tools and other functions but I know loath using it because of how much it lags.  Please is someone able to advise if the AI tools in Acrobat can be disabled?

I have a form with several required fields, all circled below.  On all of them, the red border is removed upon signature, except the one circled in orange.  Maybe it has something to do with the fact that it has a script in it.  Thoughts? 

I have Dutch Language Acrobat latest version (part of Creative Cloud) and alsoo a Acrobat AI Assistent subscription. I have tried to activate AI Assistent but I did'nt succeed. In the menu Preferences I did'nt find an option "Generative AI" (in Dutch: "Generatieve AI" I presume. Please help me. 

Regularly when i try and close adobe, i am unable to fully close the program in the task bar.I just shows a grey pop up from the app, it cant be opened or closed using the X button.When i right click the app on the taskbar, there is no option to close - it acts like nothing is open.When i click the app on the taskbar, a new adobe opens.I have nothing Adobe running on my task manager If I open a PDF, it opens as a new app running.

Hello, we are a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP). Our latest CA certificates were published on the European Trusted List on 12/12/2024, but they are still not recognized on acrobat.adobe.com. The Adobe Reader desktop version works fine.Due to the outdated EU Trust List on acrobat.adobe.com, we and our customers are experiencing the following error:  Could you please provide us with the right contact for this kind of issue?Thanks in advance.

I'm having two issues that are preventing me from making a PDF accessible. Can anyone help out with either of these two issues?For Font not embedded, I can open preflight, and I've found the line that reads "font not embedded," however my only option is to "analyze" which doesn't fix the non embed issue.  So all I can do is generate a report.  Anyone have a similar issue?  For Invalid "CIDToGIDMap" entry in Type 2 CID font, I don't even know where to begin. I've never seen this issue before.

I don't see the settings  

I'm used to edit images embeded in PDF with Photoshop (PDF-Edit-Edit Using...).But now somehow it doesnt work. I can open image in Photoshop. It opens as temporary image, I edit image, close and save image, but then edited image is not reloaded bach to PDF. Also Acrobat says editor is not specified, but it is not definitely true. It is specified in Preferencies and image is opening in PS. All Adobe apps have latest versions and updates.

I keep getting this failure on PAC. I do not understand how this table is doing this when I scope my table. Is there a quick fix to solving this issue?

Adobe crashes when opening PDF's that have previously opened on Adobe.  This is becoming a major probklem as I am unable to complete projects.  Anybody else having problems?  I have rebooted the system and only opened Adobe and still it crashes with no other app working.

I have set up a fillable document and have signature fields set up as digital signature (I can see it on my copy of it that it is fillable and digital signature needed); however when recipients receive the email with the PDF all of the fillable fields show up and are able to be completed but the digital signtuare fields do not show up as fillable or required so they cannot sign it. How can I get this fixed so the party can not only complete the other fillable fields but also complete their digital signature. Thank you

Hi community and team, Adobe’s Standard License mentions support for “Bulk” e-signature requests. How does this feature differ from the regular e-signature functionality in the standard version?Also, how does Adobe define a “bulk” request, and what processes or limitations are involved with Adobe standard?

A very simple action I've been using to save optimized versions of print PDF no longer works on multiple files. It will run on a single file, but running it on more than one file fails, which makes it useless. Now it just opens a blank Untitled PDF and stops. Recreating the action or importing from the previous export didn't fix it. Unlike other apps, Adobe CC doesn't allow me to install previous versions of Acrobat DC for whatever reason, so I have no way to revert to the previous working version and can no longer optimize PDFs in bulk.

Hi everyone,I'm experiencing display issues in all setting windows of Adobe Acrobat. Please see attached  file. I'm using a VMware virtual machine with an NVIDIA Grid GPU (2GB VRAM, VMware Tools up to date) and a screen resolution of 1920x1080 with 100% scaling.Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Disable NVIDIA GPU and enabling VMware SVGAAdjusting display settings (resolution and scaling)Incereasing VRAM allocation fort he VM (2GB)Install repair of AcrobatAdobe Acrobat Version: 25.1.20937.0OS: Windows 11 25H2Has anyone encountered similar problems or have any suggestions for a fix? Thanks in advance!
