Has a recent update to Adobe Acrobat changed the layout of the toolbars? My Custom Toolbar (RED) used to be along the top under the menu bar and my sidebar tools (GREEN) used to be on the left-side that is now occupied by the Custom Toolbar. I'm not finding anything online about this change or how to change it back. It will no longer allow me to remove the Digital Signature from the Custom Toolbar either.  We always replace that with the Certificate Signature. Having both will be confusing to our users and cause problems if they use the wrong one. 

In my line of work, we drag and drop PDF's into large documents (500+ pages). When doing so, the scroll bar will reset. Is there a way to prevent this? For example:I drop a PDF into page 472, the document then jumps to page 284 and I need to scroll back down to where I last was.

Hello, We are having issues with files that are becoming corrupted when the file is sanitized after being redacted. When the file is redacted without sanitizing the document, it saves and reopens without issue. However, when the file is sanitized after being redacted, the text in the document becomes unreadable. I have attached a photo of this issue after sanitizing the redacted document. We are on Adobe Acrobat DC ver. 21.001.20138 (32-bit)

Hi all,Click and drag stopped working 2 days ago. I read a post elsewhere which suggested using shift and click but this isn't working either. I need this back again as I use this daily for my engineer's work reports. Can anyone suggest anything else?ThanksClaire

We operate in a hybrid terminal-server environment where our users have Adobe Acrobat Standard installed to their local machines, as well as it is installed to multiple session hosts in the remote environment. Our users are licensed with Adobe's Named User Licensing (NUL), so each user has their own account that is managed centrally from our admin portal online.  Our terminal server environment uses .VHDX user profile disks that are mounted to one of the three session hosts automatically when a user initiates their connection. Unfortunately however, Adobe only allows users to sign in to two different devices with their Adobe accounts. Even though the user's profile disk moves from session host to session host (assuming there was no mounting / unmounting issues) - Adobe is recognizing each device as a different one and is pushing the users past this "2 device" limit. At this point I'm at a loss and unsure how to resolve this so our users don't have to constantly sign in a

Hi Everyone, when opening a cloud document in the desktop app to edit the document, shared comments won't load. I've attached a screenshot. We've already tried:Upgrades from Windows 10 > Windows 11, driver updates, and the following suggestion found on the forum:In Acrobat, Click Edit > Preferences > General > Uncheck 'Show online storage when opening the file' > click OKClose and reopen AcrobatAcrobat has been reinstalled multiple times and is currently on the version 25.001.20577 but there have been updates since the issue began that have not fixed the issue.'Uninstalling using Revo Uninstaller to remove remaining files and reg keys and reinstalling. Windows is running version 24H2 Build 26100 Any other suggestions? We have this happening to 2 users. One it is a new issue within the last day, and the other has had the issue going on 3 months.

Earlier this year i created a form with some simple calculations and some fields with java script. User have the choice to fill it in by hand (print and pencil) or use the form online or offline. Last week i noticed that the form shows the calculation fields and the Java Script based fields show a zero. What is the cause and resolution for the following error message when openeing Office apps on my Macbook Pro running Adobe Professional?

This has been happening for well over a week. Creative Cloud couldn't even get it to uninstall, but I finally got it uninstalled, used the cleaner, deleted everything I could find and reinstalled but still encountering the same issue. 

Hello,  Before W11 update I was able to edit PDF using MSPAINT tool directly from the pdf without having to convert it to jpeg. Now I have this message(See picture attached) and in Content editing I dont have  Image editor profile. Please help

I recieved a PDF file a while back that I believe to be malicious.  I'm wondering if anyone could tell me what SOPHIA means when it comes to Adobe.  This is one of the files that the PDF writes. C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\SOPHIA\Reader\SOPHIA.json There is a lot more to this file, but this is the only thing i'm asking about right now. Is this a normal file?

I am having an issue with my account in modifying my eSignatures, after adding them, it will not allow me to delete or add another eSignature. I tried signing out the account, it works perfectly fine.

Hey,I tried using “Reduce File Size” in Acrobat, but for some reason, a few of my PDFs actually ended up bigger instead of smaller.Am I missing a setting, or is this normal depending on the file type (like scanned vs digital PDFs)?Would love to understand why that happens.

Hello, I'm in need of help with printing  "text" only for a preprinted CMS-1500 claim form from my computer with no billing software. When I print the fillable claim form, the "image, graphics" print as well on the red preprinted claim which voids the claim. I can only print the fillable text boxes. Please help. I know it is much easier with a billing or provider software, but they are expensive and I have been able to print my claims in the past with no issue. I recently updated adobe package and since have not been able to print the claims correctly. I have a HP LaserJet M209dw printer and using Mahalo in advance for any help. I have attached a copy of what the form looks like and the adobe packages that I currently have. 

Does anyone know why Acrobat is such an incredibly bad program?Is it because it's so sloppily programmed, or simply because it's completely overloaded with questionable "features" that nobody needs and that don't work properly?It's slow, crashes during standard tasks, and is incredibly cumbersome to use.I've rarely seen such junk...

I had a option to selcect combile files in File Explorer for docs, but it seems to be disappeared.Last week I did a repair installation which actullay fixed the issue but now again combine file option is missingFYI, this is happening to 2 user one has adobe pro license and other has creative cloud all apps.Can you assist 

When we open a PDF that is already created in Hindi to edit it, as soon as we start editing and write our text in Acrobat Pro, all the Hindi matras (diacritical marks) get scattered, meaning they don't remain in their correct form. The matras that should appear before the letters end up appearing after the letters. When editing Hindi PDFs, the matras that get scattered don't get fixed and ruin the entire sentence. Please detect this problem and fix it. This problem has existed for many years and has not been fixed in any new updates. This is a well-known issue with Adobe Acrobat Pro where Hindi diacritical marks (vowel signs/matras) become misaligned or displaced when editing existing Hindi PDFs. The matras appear in the wrong position relative to consonants, making the text unreadable. This is typically due to incorrect Unicode rendering or font encoding issues in Acrobat's text editing engine for Devanagari script.

I have combined several pages into one pdf Binder.  Although all the pages were built on 8.5 x 11 inch paper, inside the combined pdf they are different sizes on the scree.  How can I achieve continuity between all the page sizes?

Trying to create a submit button in Acrobat DC but cannot find the button tool which should be in the prepare forms toolbar.  It's not there...

We’re currently experiencing an issue affecting several users this morning. A persistent error message appears stating: "AdobeIPCBroker.exe – Application Error" This dialog box cannot be closed and is preventing us from rebooting the affected machines. To troubleshoot, I’ve already taken the following steps:Uninstalled all Adobe productsRan the Adobe Cleaner ToolRemoved leftover Adobe directoriesAttempted to reinstall Adobe Acrobat using multiple methodsSFC Scan and Chkdsk Unfortunately, the reinstall fails regardless of how the installer is downloaded or executed. Any guidance or escalation support would be appreciated 

Over the past few days, when I select "Automatically Tag PDF" from the Accessibility menu, graphics and sometimes images within my document are changing shape. I've included one example. I have successfully used this feature for the past couple of years, but I only recently started experiencing this issue. All documents are initially exported from Canva as a Standard PDF. Any insight or suggestions for fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

(I am sorry that I am writing in English.  I am still learning German.) I need to redact documents.  I have a trial for adobe acrobat, which includes the ability to redact.  When I select "redact" from all tools, I get directed to create an account or start a trial with Adobe Acrobat Pro.  I checked and I am definitely logged into my account. I can't redact documents on the desktop app, because I am working on Ubuntu. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I have a file with 130 pages. In 54 pages, there is comments. Can I print just the pages with comments?  

My saved jpeg files that I use for presentations no longer scroll smoothly while using the touch screen on my Surface Pro and remain static unless I access the pan tool and then enable the scrolling tool every time I reopen the file. I have done nothing in the settings to cause this and it started happening 2 weeks ago . I even tried restoring an older adobe version. Same issueAny suggestions??
