Bonjour, J'ai acheté un abonnement ACROBAT via mon smartphone, et il est fonctionnel sur mon téléphone android.Toutefois, impossible d'utiliser cet abonnement sur PC à cause d'une restriction régionale, je vis en Côte d'Ivoire, et j'ai un message disant que l'installation de ACROBAT PRO est impossible dans ma zone, il me faudrait passer par un revendeur local. l'usage étant très difficile sur mobile, je cherche une solution.merci d'avance pour votre aide.

Hi I purchased adobe in August in order to be able to alter some pdf files etc. however it still isn't connected to my account so keeps asking for me to purchase again amd I've been unable to use it on both my phone and my laptop. Please advice

There is a keyboard shortcut for selecting the highlight tool. Is there one for actually highlighting selected text? If I could command this through the menus I could create my own shortcut for that. But I see no way to do that either. Tx

Hello,I subscribed to the Premium plan through the Apple App Store, but the app still shows that I do not have an active plan. The subscription is only visible when I log in through the website.In addition, there are major issues related to Arabic text handling:When writing Arabic text in both the mobile app and the desktop app, the letters are displayed in reverse order.When I choose to print Arabic text, the generated file appears empty, with only numbers visible and no Arabic letters at all.Arabic text should display and print correctly, especially for a Premium subscription. These issues make the service unusable for my needs.I would appreciate any help resolving the subscription recognition issue and the Arabic text display/printing problems. At this point, I am thinking of canceling my subscription if these issues cannot be fixed.Thank you for your support.

My formatter has converted my Word doc to PDF several times, with no issues. The last time, the regular Oswald font turned into Bold. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get it back to regular? Thanks so much.

Acrobat Pro DC 2015（永続ライセンス）について相談です。 旧PC（Windows）では、現在も Acrobat Pro DC 2015 を正常に起動・認証して利用できています。 PC入替（HP ZBook / Windows 11）に伴い、新しいPCで再インストールおよび再認証を行いたいのですが、うまく進められず困っています。 公式サポートでは「サポート終了製品のため案内不可」と言われたのですが、ライセンス自体は失効していない前提で、 ・旧PC側で必要な作業（ディアクティベートの要否）・新PC側でのインストール／認証手順・実際に同様の移行を行った方の経験談 について、具体的な手順やアドバイスをいただけないでしょうか。Windows 11 環境での情報があれば特に助かります。よろしくお願いいたします。

I am having an issue with images (usually layered images) disappearing after tagging a document for ADA Accessibility. Here is one example:When I originally export the PDF, this is what one graphic looks like. After going through the document and adding tags, the same graphic looks like this: For other images, they disappear entirely. If I highlight that section, though, it shows the outline of the image, so the data is still there. I tried opening it in a browser to see if it was just an Acrobat problem, but it had the same error in the browser, so the PDF itself has corrupted or isn't reading properly. Please let me know how I can fix that and avoid that issue in the future. Thank you!

Hello,  Have observed an issue with Adobe Reader cloud probably.My bank sent me an interactive PDF form to fill offline on the Windows laptop.It states that the form's changes can be saved only when saving to the cloud.After doing so, it shows me only the blank PDF doc [not even an interactive PDF form] even after syncing to the cloud on Adobe's Reader web app on the cloud site. I visited Adobe's Chat support AI chat bot for technical support options.Was informed by the AI chat bot that in order to be connected to a human agent, you need to have a registered product of a paid product. Support is not provided for free products.I also have other perpetual Adobe paid products, but they don't count for technical support for the free Adobe Reader app on Adobe cloud..Not understanding this kind of a policy where Adobe basically wants me to pay for Adobeb Acrobat Pro plan when the issue on hand is just related to free cloud syncing & editing of the free Adobe Reader ap

Scenario:1. User opens a form2. User immediately begins to type in a field3. After a few seconds, Reader will pop up the free trial banner in the bottom left. Acrobat will pop up the "Request e-signatures" banner in the same spot.4. Both cause the field from stage 2 to lose focus5. In previous versions of Acrobat, this would cause it to crash (some time in 2024). It looks like some update since then has fixed this. Desired Behavior:The field should not lose focus when Acrobat presents these banners. This was the behavior before an update in 2023 or 2024.

I have a large document 127 pages all combined. I need to bookmark the document and then make my bookmarked exhibits and the entire doc text searchable. Can someone please help me?

There are text fields in a fill and sign document that are multi-line data entry with the text size set to auto. Instead of autosizing the text over multiple lines to fill the space reasonably, the text gets squished and shrunk to fit on a single line that is far too small to read. I've tried toggling various features off and back on. I even tried creating a new template in case it was simply a glitch with using old templates. Still getting the same issue. Is there a way to fix this? It happens when a recipient submits the completed form. It looks normal when typing but small when final PDF received. I attached screenshots of settings, fields when complete and while filling out the form.

Hello I restarted my desktop comuper and need to reinstall Acrobar Pro DC  which i have product key for my cd how do i reinstall it as i see Adobe does not provde support for this anymore?

We are still struggling to make screen reader fillable forms using in Adobe Pro 2025.    Can someone confirm the following information: If I understand this correctly, tool tips aren't really needed for screen reader accessibility.   So for obvious fields such as Name, Address, Phone Number, we could leave the tool tip off.   What IS needed is tagging that looks like this:   Also, does anyone know the specific keyboard combinations NVDA uses to read the content of the form vs the fields of the form?   For example, suppose there is a lot of text a signer needs to read before filling out the signature, date signed and printed name fields (indicating agreement to what was just read). Thanks!Rachael  - IT Department Olmsted County, MN   

I have been unable to identify the appropriate Adobe Pro download to install on my Surface laptop. The OS is Windows ARM Snapdragon X 64 bit. The OS is up to date. I have tried multiple times to download various packages the Adobe page shows with the same error that the ARM OS is incompatible. My understanding is that the software should function, although not as efficiently. I need to cancel the subscription in a few days to not be held liable for half the annual subscription fee, so I'd like to figure out if I can make this work or if I should just cancel the subscription until a more compatible softward is developed. Please help.

I have an issue with making a PDF I placed in a shared OneDrive folder a collaborative PDF and making sure all comments and notes are viewed when you open the file. It seems to vary if you make the comment in the online version or in the downloaded file.  Are there any tips/tricks to making it sync and work where the comments are clearly visible like in the prior Acrobat versions?

When I hit "share" in Acrobat, and sent an email to a coworker to access and comment on a PDF - they got the email in Outlook but even after verifying the security of the email and trusting the sender, they could not click the "Open" button link in the email. Is there a reason this happens, a fix?  The "Open" button that cannot be clicked is seen in the graphic below:

I have a customer who use the Stamp function in Acrobat.  When she use it, it will appear and allow to use it fine, and she can save it.  After that, she will close the program and reopen Adobe acrobat again, and open up another file, using the Stamp function.  However, this time around, it display an error message:"Acrobat has encountered a problem.  Some features may not work as expected." If she checks the, Do not show this message again, and click OK, obviously, it will go away, and not showing up.  That also doesn't fix the problem that the Stamp tool doesn't appear.  Only way to get it working again is, sign out of Acrobat, and sign back in, each time. I have tried a few things to test,  went to control panel, change, add features.  I have changed the compatibilty view.  I have disabled the Protection function in Security (Enhanced).  Nothing worked.   I also tried to change to Classic View, that seems to

I have 2 pdfs open. Normally I can copy interactive fields from one file to another. Also if I want to add a drop drop I just select the dropdown tool and click anywhere on the pdf. Now, I cannot copy interactive fields between the 2 files, and I also cannot select any of the radio button/dropdown buttons... I am definitely in Acrobat Pro...  Please help...
