Ich habe unter Einstellungen - Seitenanzeige Einzelne Seite, fortlaufend eingestellt. Und bei Zoom 125%. Aber wenn ich ein Dokument öffne, wird immer jeweils nur eine Seite angezeigt, keine Spur von fortlaufend und der Zoom ist deutlich kleiner. Warum wird die globale Einstellung nicht berücksichtigt? Mache ich etwas falsch?

Hello, we are facing always the same issue when trying to run the Acrobat Reader DC: We have a montly subcription for Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. But when opening a pdf, it is opened with the reader and tells me I have to subscribe to Acrobat Reader DC in order use the extra features. Then it guides me to the subscription only until I click on any of the options, it will tell me "you already have a subcription". Well, then I am stuck as the reader does not realize that and thus I cannot use any Pro features. By chance we manage to open it "in the right way" after a while wasting 10-20min. We see no clear logic how to get the Pro version running. Whats the issue here?

When I make changes in the preference settings, will they not save? the only option I get it to select OK or cancel and then as soon as I open another document, none of the changes I made are saved? 

I want to be able to click the mouse wheel and then be able to scroll a document.  I can click the mouse wheel and as long as I hold it down it will scroll.  Is there anyway to get Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to allow for the scroll to occur once you release the wheel.

I got the same problem. Have you got any solutions?

Nach der Deaktivierung meiner beiden Notebooks lässt es sich trotzdem nicht auf meinem neuen Notebook aktivieren. Es handelt sich eben um eine Kaufversion.Bei den Kontaktmöglichkeiten gerate ich immer nur an einen (schlechten) Chatbot. Am Telefon sagte mir eine Mitarbeiterin von Adobe lediglich, es tue ihr leid, dass ich das Produkt nicht nutzen kann.  Kann mir hier jemand helfen?VGJoules

I have a PDF document. I want to add a text box and I used 'Edit' then 'Text' under ADD CONTENT. The letters come out OK but numbers are showing as symbols. I searched for the issue and found something to do with changing the language from English with Arabic Support, but that hasn't worked. Also if I type hyphen in the text box, it starts typing the letters from right to left. Such a simple task is so painful and I end up having to use InDesign. The image attached I tried to type 'abc-12345' and you can see the result.I am so frustrated by Adobe Acrobat. It is so buggy in the last year or so and trying to contact Adobe is impossible. This is a paid subscription and the programme rarely works how it used to. It wastes so much time in my work trying to resolve the issue.

I have two computers activated on my CC account - this can be seen in my account settings. But Acrobat Pro thinks I have about 10 activated! This is a clearly an error but it means I cannot use it - something that is essential to my work flow. Being unable to access it is costing me money and damaging my reputation with my clients. Why don't Adobe have any useful support? All I want is to speak to a REAL person. All I want is for Adobe products to work.Considering I pay almost £50 a month (probably for the rest of my career) I don't think that is to much to ask.

Hello.  I have a form where the trigger field is A.  The dependent fields are 1 and 2 (just for simplicity's sake).  If the user enters data in A, 1 and 2 become required.  BUT, if the user deletes the data in A, 1 & 2 REMAIN required.  How do I script 1 & 2 becoming "unrequired" if A becomes blank after data was previously entered in field A?  I have this script so far: var A = this.getField("A").value;if(A=""){this.getField("1").required = false;this.getField("2").required = false; }else{this.getField("1").required = true;this.getField("2").required = true; }

Hello. How do I remove the attachment list when using PDFMaker to convert an Outlook email to PDF? Conversion settings are set to  "Do not include attachments in the Adobe PDF" and yet it still lists the attachments despite not really having any attachments. Please see image below.  The image00....png's are already embedded and are converted within in the email but the "Attachments" list in the email headings still shows and is ridiculously too long and these are just email signatures! I am resorting to just printing (instead of converting) to PDF just to not show the attachment list. Thank you for your time and any input. 

I'm updating my class pdfs to comply with my university's accessibility policy. Most of the pdfs are sheet music.When I run an accessibility check I get a lot of errors under "Tagged Content." The elements are always little bits of musical notation that Acrobat flags as text or paths. I can access the elements in the Content panel but not the Tags panel. If I ctrl-click to edit properties everything is grayed out except for under the Color Tab. Any thoughts why I'm unable to edit properties? I've been able to pass the accessibility check by selecting all the elements and labeling them as artifacts, so I guess I don't really need to be able to access the Object Properties fields. Hi everyone,   After experimenting with all 20 of Acrobat's (enable new interface) comment tools, I notice that it shows the same icon for the Add Text Comment with a Border tool the same as the Add Text Comment Tool.   In the old interface, the Add Text icon is a big letter T. In the new interface it uses the same icon as the previously mentioned tool (Add Text Comment with a Border) even while it shows the big letter T icon on the right side panel Commenting panel.   Anyone else see this inconsistency? It looks like a mistake to me.

I opened acrobat to a downloaded pdf. I tried to type in it, and now the text is no longer there. I can't see it at all. Why? It's happening across all my documents, so not just one source. If I do a fill and sign one, it's fine- I can fill in stuff. But documents downloaded where I want to take notes don't show up. I've "repaired". I've updated. Still happening.

Adobe Acrobat Reader: Installation has failed.

Is there a way to create a round field that will import images? I have tried exporting a round image field from Indesign however it doesn't translate through. I am not seeing any options like this in the properties.

Does anyone know how to change the background color & font of the Comments List for Acrobat Pro DC?  New user & at present, Comments shows as a grey background with black font, which is difficult to see & would like to change.   I got to the Preferences & the Comments category, which shows options for changing the style & size of the front, but nothing for changing the font color.    Would love to be able to adjust the background, but even changing the font color would be a help.  Appreciate any thoughts or troubleshoots anyone has.  Thanks.

Hi everyone, I often work with scanned PDF documents and I’ve noticed that the highlight tool in Adobe Acrobat doesn’t work the way it does with normal PDFs. Instead of smoothly highlighting the text, it either highlights unevenly or selects the entire image area. I’ve already tried using OCR to recognize the text, but even after running OCR, some parts of the document don’t respond properly to the highlight tool. Has anyone else faced this issue? Is there a reliable way to make scanned PDFs fully text-selectable so I can highlight them just like a regular PDF? Any guidance would be appreciated. 

I currently have Adobe Acrobat Pro installed in Swedish, but I would like to use the application in English instead. I know that the layout and menus change depending on the language, so it would be very helpful to switch to English.Is there a way to change the application language directly in the preferences, or do I need to reinstall via Creative Cloud to change the default language? Ideally, I would like to have both Swedish and English available and choose at startup.

I am being charged by Adobe saggart Dublin, but I have no activated plan. I tried to deactivate it from my bank app but it keeps on taking the money. How do I stop this?

This has been infuriating for well over a decade now. Why, why, why, WHY can we still not create a table of contents INSIDE of Adobe Acrobat? This relatively simple task should not even be considered a "feature" at this point, but a requirement. PLEASE add this update.

When working on a current PDF and opening a new PDF, I want the system to open the PDF in the current window of Acrobat PRO DC and to use the current size of the window. Instead it always resizes the current window to full screen.  I cannot find a setting whereby Acrobat keeps the current window size of the already opened PDF instead of resizing it. Any help? 

I don't want to invite people from five years ago. I would like to remove all the names in the drop down that I don't need. I'm going crazy. This should be simple. The names under "SHARE" in the drop down when you have a PDF. Here's a screenshot of what I'm talking about. (I'm not sharing the emails, just where I'm referring) .  And how do I get rid of old contracts and agreements that are canceled or done or expired? 

After use Adobe Pro DC create PDF form, in "Edit PDF" it will try to some text into a bounding boxes. I want to ask:1. After create PDF bounding boxes text is messy, it always put different "Word" into same group, it's hard to maintenance or move the text.2.I have try to split the work into different bounding boxes, but after reopen and edit PDF, it group different bounding boxes into one.Such as attached screen, It group different text into one, it's difficult some text to different position[Moved out of the Forum comments forum (which is for issues with these forums themselves) and into a product-specific, support forum by a moderator]

When trying to choose a default app in Google Chrome for file type ".pdf", Acrobat is not a choice even though the desktop version has been downloaded.
