Why is there no option to delete a web form on Adobe Acrobat Sign? I’d love an explanation why Adobe would not add this feature. I don’t want to disable & hide it. I want the forms I wont be using GONE.
Hello, Community members. I am new to this forum. I have been unable to print pdf files protected by FileOpen plugin since MacOS Tahoe 26.6.2 update. The print button is disabled (grayed out) but I can still print any other unsecured pdf documents. I couldn’t find any answers or topics on this problem in the community. Are any other Mac users having this kind of a problem? Does anybody know if Adobe is working on this bug, or is this a FileOpen issue? Thanks in advance.

When I create a comment it automatically resides it to where it over laps the comment on the original text. Then when I try resizing the comment it doesn't let me. I looked at another post that had an answer but I couldn't find the menu it was talking about.
Currently, Adobe Acrobat Reader on Windows OS fully supports validating digital signatures embedded in PDF documents (such as digitally signed documents issued by the Government of India, including Aadhaar PDF letters, Police Clearance Certificates (PCC), and other certificates). However, this critical functionality is missing on Android OS and Linux/Ubuntu OS. When opening these same digitally signed documents in Adobe Reader on Android or Linux, the signatures show as unverified, invalid, or unrecognized because the trust anchors or cryptographic validation modules are absent on these platforms.
I needd to talk to customer service!!!! I can’t use my Adobe Acrobat Pro and I have a paid subscription.
So I’m taking a report created in Microsoft Word and converted to PDF and I’m finalizing it by optimizing it to be fully ADA compliant for WCAG 2.1 AA. I’m having trouble though with the table tags as it’s throwing inconsistency errors. Usually this is something simple like one cell spans multiple columns and I just have to go in an manually say the cell spans 3 columns or such. However one table for whatever reason I can’t figure out doesn’t render anywhere near the correct fashion during the conversion to pdf. In the past I would delete the converted tag and just reedited it as a table and it works on the second time. Something about this table though it just doesn't work it combines all the header row into one and for the life of me I can’t find a way to manually tag the table as the auto function can’t understand it. Table in MS WordTable converted to pdfAs you can see it’s treating the entire top row as one cell and for some reason things there is more to the table structure off t
I can't find anywhere to file a complaint or submit feedback, so here it is.Acrobat DC is horrible. I feel like it wasn't made for professionals at all and makes it much more difficult to navigate a simple document. My custom toolbar at the top? Gone. Replaced by ridiculous pre-school style buttons on the right. Want to re-organize page order? It opens up an entirely separate window for that, totally unnecessarily. Thanks for giving me a day of trying to figure out how I can delete this worthless pile of kindergarten garbage and somehow get back to just Acrobat XI while still using my cloud sub.
My acrobat just updated to version 26.1.21789.0 and now the toolbar has a snapshot tool which I can’t remove. The tool itself wouldn’t be a bother if it didn’t load like 10 ish seconds after the file is opened. I use the built-in snipping tool like a normal person I don’t need this snapshot tool. Let me remove it.
The update is terrible. Comment tools are complicated and/or missing. Nothing is where it was How can I reinstall the last version??
Hello,I’m using Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 2026.002.21901 on macOS and need to attach the PKCS#11 module for Romania’s electronic identity card (CEI), issued by the Romanian Ministry of Internal Affairs. In Preferences → Signatures → Identities & Trusted Certificates → More → PKCS#11 Modules and Tokens, the “Attach Module” button is visible but permanently disabled (greyed out).I have already tried: Disabling Enhanced Security; Fully quitting and reopening Acrobat Reader; Running Acrobat Reader with Rosetta; Confirming that the CEI middleware (IDPLUGMANAGER for macOS) is installed. The card reader and CEI are required for signing PDF documents. Since Acrobat does not allow the PKCS#11 library to be attached, I cannot use the digital certificate stored on the CEI.Could you please confirm whether this is a known limitation or bug in the current macOS version of Acrobat Reader, and provide a supported workaround?Thank you.
Adobe locks up constantly. It’s so frustrating, I have bot been able to use it for months now. Now I really need to edit some work. Where can I get support, your support pages have not been helpful.
How can I do the OCR after Scan?
Hi everyone,I've been having a strange issue with Acrobat recently. Everything works normally after I sign in, but whenever I close and reopen Acrobat, it asks me to sign in again. I've already checked that I'm using the same Adobe account, but the issue keeps coming back.Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a setting or cache that I should check to stop Acrobat from repeatedly asking for authentication?

I am working for an agency in Kampala, Uganda, East Africa with slightly over 400 individuals. We currently use Adobe Acrobat X Pro. We however realize that it is no longer supported. Kindly recommend a current equivalent licensed product version with same features that we can acquire for 400 users. Also advise on an authorized supplier in Uganda since our procurement procedure may not allow us to buy directly from Adobe Company
I have a Mac running Seqouia 15. I installed Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 on it and attempted to enter my license key. After enter the key, Adobe wants me to sign in. When I sign in, I get the following message: Acrobat Licensing Application quit Unexpectedly. It is just continuous loop of Adobe wanting me to sign in and Licensing Application quiting Unexpectedly.
I have a scan of a document with Arabic text. I am trying to run OCR on it. I cannot find Arabic in the list of languages under Enhance | Scanned Document | Settings. I saw some posts online that state that Arabic is not supported and one that says that right to left languages including Hebrew and Arabic are now supported. I am not sure which is true, but I can confirm that Hebrew is now in my list of languages. Is Arabic supported? If so, how do I enable it?
I can no longer drag pages from the Pages Thumbnail sidebar onto my desktop to make a new PDF of those pages. I haven't tried to do this since the last update came through... Is anybody else experiencing this? It's extremely slow and frustrating having to manually right click extract, select the pages, open it in a new adobe window, then have to save the file through the menu. Posted bug report here: https://acrobat.uservoice.com/forums/590923-acrobat-for-windows-and-mac/suggestions/40454974-drag-and-drop-to-desktop-to-extract-stopped-workin
Our employees use the document Closet Worksheet to input their pricing. The left column total calculates everything in the left side. This total also is input into the “National Price” at the bottom. The right side is totaled at the bottom “Accessory total” The employee then enters the sold for price which then calculates the discount rate at which they sold the job at. They then manually add their commission rate. I’m asking if there is a way for their commission rate be calculated by the discount rate - see the screenshot for the discount to the commission. Thank you so much for your help on this.
This is the 4th time now I've wasted time searching for ways to stop the constant attempts from Adobe to push this Acrobat AI Assistant down my throat, what seems like every time I open the app. Yes, I've turned it off in preferences, twice in 2 different places! Today I get hit with another invasive prompt window popping up "Ask AI Assistant to summarize" or some nonsense. (Failed to screenshot it unfortunately). So into the preferences I go again, to find another 'ticked box' under "Generative AI features in Acrobat", which I'm positive wasn't there before as I can't find the previous options that I deselected, leaving me to believe this has been turned back on by Adobe during an update. Surely that must be the end of it?WRONG!Not 20 minutes later... This is definitely one of the options I turned off previously (that I now can't find), so why is this type of thing popping up again? It should be simple...AI Assistant on: AI Assistant off:&nbs
When Creating a PDF from a Web Page using the Enhanced engine, the resulting PDF is untagged, and thus inaccessible. When using the Classic engine it results in a Tagged PDF, but Alt-text for images does not convert.
I created a fillable form that is being used as an application to a training program. We have just started using this form, and have gotten two returned. When I view the files that were returned, it looks ok, but when I go to print it, we get the following error:An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem. Then, the document prints but some of the fields have duplicated text (so it appears like a second identical set of text is overlapped, but ever so slightly off center. So it gives a "double vision" effect). This double vision effect happens with some of the fields, but not all of them.Any idea what might be going on here? This fillable form was saved as a Reader-enabled document and I don't know what program was used to fill out the forms. Is this something on the user side, that they maybe used a non-acrobat program to fill out the form and it is corrupted? Or is there a printe
