Bonjour,après avoir installé Acrobat dans l'abonnement "Tout Creative Cloud" il est impossible d'utiliser le Contrôle en amont de l'appli "Prépresse".1. quand on clique sur Contrôle en amont le message suivant apparaît : Contrôle en amont est en cours de d'installation... veuillez patienter2. au bout quelques minutes, le message suivant apparaît : nous n'avons pas pu installer tous les composants. veuillez les installer manuellement / bouton : (installer maintenant)3. en cliquant sur le bouton on arrive sur un message "ce site adobe ne correspond pas à votre zone" / bouton (France) présélectionné / bouton (Etats-Unis).4. en cliquant sur (France) : Erreur 404 / Cette page est introuvable...Cette situation dure depuis plusieurs jours...C'est compliqué de se passer du contrôle en amont... Comment faire ?

I was editing the text field but the font was Minon Pro by default and it stated that I did not have Open Sans.  Therefore I downloaded Open Sans from Google Fonts and installed the fonts and now in acrobat pro it does not allow me to edit anywhere it has Open Sans.  I tried to edit the text and nothing, no response.  I changed the font to see if another font would work in the text field but no change.  It no longer allows me to edit anywhere it shows Open Sans.  I've somehow made things worse after installing Open Sans as before I could edit and the font was "Minon Pro", but now I can't edit any text where it shows "Open Sans".   Pls, help.

Adobe,   Please remove the AI Assistant from the top tool bar in Adobe or give the app users a way to hide that feature.  I'm sure there is a group of people who find this tool useful and I am well aware there is a check box in the settings page that claims to remove the AI functions but it does not.  I'm kindly asking that the Adobe engineers just make that check box work so when it is selected, the AI features tool stops poping up in the top corner when ever I open a document, the tool bar button can be completely hidden, and make the AI just hide in the background for when there is a chance the end user would like to enable this feature.  A lot of mature, professional, and understanding software developers take into consideration that feedback from the end users is paramount to developing a viable program.  What is happening now is not just pothetic but  unprofessional and detrimental to most people who use Adobe Acrabat.   Please upvote this in th

Hi,The "Preflight" tool is not working for me. I have the latest version of Acrobat. When I click on the "Preflight" option in the "Print Production" panel, nothing happens. All other items in the "Print Production" panel work fine. I got a new computer two weeks ago, and our admin installed all updates. Everything else works correctly. Even in the "Standards" tab, there is a link to "Open Preflight," but that doesn’t work either. Where could the problem be? Could it be connected to some Windows 11 permissions? But then again, the "Edit PDF" tools and text editing work without any problem. Additionally, after starting Acrobat, I sometimes get a popup window about a "manual installation." When I click on it, my browser opens but only shows a 404 error page. Could this be related to the issue? I really don’t know what else to try, and I use Preflight often, so this limitation is quite problematic for me. Thanks in advance for your help. 

How do I fix the issue?

This is driving me crazy. After this last update, the "What's New" window keeps opening whenever I launch Acrobat, and it just slows everything down. Which, is so annoying when I just need to open a PDF. And it makes me look like a bananahead when I'm trying to share a PDF on a meeting, and have to mess around with these crazy windows. Literally wasting everyone's time. Acrobat is one of my favorite programs because it's so easy, it's fast, I don't have to worry about any nonsense. Why would I? I'm just looking at a PDF! Please tell me there is a way to turn this off. I appreciate the updates, and I know you have to let people know what they are, but the incessant pop ups have to stop. Send me an email blast. Whatever it takes. I'm begging you.  If there is a way to turn all of that off, please, someone let me know. 

I've used Adobe Acrobat Reader quite a bit in past, and have some experience coding, but am new to Adobe Acrobat Pro. I'm working on taking pages from an existing PDF that we have typically printed and filled in with pen and paper and converting them with Acrobat Pro into fillable forms. I have the fields all set up, but I have a series of fields that are for numbers that I need a custom validation script on. The reason is that sometimes these fields are not used, and then they have to have "N/A" put in them. Hi All. I've got a weird one. One of our users can sign documents, but then no one else is able to view her signature. These are for contracts she signs and then stores on Sharepoint. If anyone else access that document, they cannot see her signature. If she accesses the same document in Sharepoint, she can see her signature. Any ideas? Thanks

Estou tentando realizar a conversão de um documento PDF em PDF A  , toda vez que realizo a conversão me apresenta a seguinte mensagem : Este arquivo requer conformidade com o padrão PDF/A e foi aberto no modo somente leitura para impedir modificações" Como fazer a configuração correta, para que o documento seja convertido no padrão PDF/A? Quando eu faço o download tento verificar se tem alguma informação nas propriedades do documento sobre ser um PDF/A. Mas não tem.  O que preciso fazer: assinar um documento digitalmente (com certificado) e após isso ele ser baixado como PDF/A (pois precisará ser arquivado) 

Hallo zusammen, Ich habe im Forum schon einzelne Posts gefunden, wo ähnliche Probleme beschrieben wurden. Die dort vorgeschlagenen Lösungen habe ich ausprobiert. Leider ohne Erfolg. Zunächst nochmal das Problem im Detail:Nach Start von Adobe Acrobat wird das Anmeldefenster angezeigt. Eingabe von Username und Passwort wird scheinbar akzeptiert und das Anmeldefenster schließt sich. Es dauert dann so 3-5 Sekunden bis das Anmeldefenster erneut angezeigt wird. Acrobat selbst ist wärend dieser Prozedur gesperrt und nicht verwendbar. Manchmal kommt nach der erfolgten Anmeldung (Fenster hat sich geschlossen) sogar im Browser der Hinweis, dass ich angemeldet bin und da weiter machen kann wo ich aufgehört habe. Ist aber nicht der Fall. Acrobat ist weiterhin gesperrt. Was habe ich alles schon ausprobiert?Anmeldung in meinem Konto (Web) geht ohne Probleme (Username und Passwort also OK)Abo ist noch aktiv und wird bezahltTLS 1.2 überprüft. I've never felt the need to make a post or complaint like this for any software in more than 25 years of using Windows and Macintosh personal computers. But the new user interface in Acrobat is just awful. It is counterintuitive, illogical, and imposes a huge productivity hit. I am thankful the new UI can be deactivated but concerned that at some point, that will no longer be an option.

I have seen this conversation many times with so many recommended solutions, but none have worked for me. For years, I have sent hundreds of attached pdf files through the adobe share button.  It now only gives me the option of sending a link ... which I hate.  Can someone please tell me how to correct this ridiculous change?  I have spent hours on this, got it working then it defaulted back to link vs attachment.  Thank you.  

Hello, I'm trying to add page display buttons to the toolbar but I cannot find them in the toolbar customization menu. Are they really not included anymore?

Hi - I receive check files via PDF that don't align properly when printing checks. for the past year and a half I had the ability to to select and adjust the alignment (up or down - with the arrow keys) of the text. All of a sudden, today the only text box I can move is the one that is apparently in the header.  I MUST be able to adjust these fields up and down or I can't print the very time-sensitive checks.  Can you please let me know how I can have this ability again? Thanks!  

I'm seeing a tagging issue when creating a PDF from a Word document that has a table with "heading rows repeat" selected, when the table goes onto multiple pages. The resulting PDF tags include a <tr> / <th> node for the heading each time the heading appears on the top of a page. My understanding is that this tag structure does not meet the PDF accessibility standards, yet that is how the Adobe product generates a PDF. This issue was simiarly discussed here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/tagging-repeating-table-header/m-p/12094073 Manually addressing this, through something like changing it to an artifact, is not particularly reasonable due to the workflow in my office (which involves a high volume of documents created on a short timeline). I have not found a straightforward programmatic remediation approach either, as the general Acrobat API seems quite limited in traversing document content and handling tagging.  This is using

Hi there,I paid for a 1-year Acrobat Premium subscription via the app store back in January of this year. I still have a few months left of this subscription. This said, ever since I upgraded to a new iphone 16 (from my previous iphone 14) Adobe Acrobat Does Not Recognize my paid subscription and it's asking me to start a free trial for the premium version. This is not Ok. How do I solve this issue. Adobe Tech Support, please help me. I tried soliciting a refund from Apple but it wouldn't allow the refund because the purchase (which was an annual subscription) was made in January. Please help! Thanks!

We have a corporate technical manual library of over 5000 pdf documents with over 1.5 million links and bookmarks that we share with all our employees in SharePoint. The only browser that shows the bookmarks and has working links is Firefox. Is there any extension/patch or other method to get the bookmarks and links to work with Chrome and Edge?FYI: The files operated properly in IE.

I use Adobe Acrobat DC. I want to save an rotated document, but is doesn't work. When rotated and closed a document , the rototation is not saved. I've tried it with online rotating (adobe.com) but this isn't the solution. What's the problem? 

Adobe Acrobat updated on my work computer this morning. Since then, Advanced Search has started highlighting words that I didn't search for (in full or in part). Hi all.  I don't know the correct "terminology" so apologies in advance. I created a PDF document (basically markups of an image with lines and text callouts on top).  I want to send this PDF to others, but I don't want them to be able to "move/edit" the lines and text callouts.  This is not collaborative file.  How do I do this?  Many years/versions of Acrobat ago, I would "flatten" the PDF before sending, but now when I try to find out how to do it in the latest version of Acrobat I can't get any clear instructions how to.   All my Google searches tells me to change security of the file to prevent editing.  And Google search of "flattening" leads to a confusing maze.  I don't even know if "flattening" is the right term anymore either. My workaround now has been to create the PDF in Acrobat, and then open the PDF file with Preview (I work on a Mac).  Then in Preview, I "print" the file and select the output as PDF and that makes t
