HiI cannot scan using Acrobat Pro 25.00121111 for Mac.My printer/scanner is connected, I can print with my Mac but I cannot scan.This is not a problem on my PC, which is on the same desk.Step 1: The scanner does not appear in the list, so I click on ‘Help’.Step 2: In the help section, I click on the link ‘Scanner not recognised’.Step 3: Error 404, I click on ‘Adobe Support’.Step 4: Back to step 2, and so on (infinite loop mode enabled). What should I do to avoid having to use the PC every time I want to scan something? Step 1: Step 2: Step 3: 

Hi, When I open adobe acrobat x pro (10.0.0) in win10 22H2, it show message as below adobe creative suite6Adobe Systems IncorporatedThis application cannot run because it poses security or performance issues on Windows.After close the message,  the acrobat app will crash, although I try open it with Windows 7 compatibility mode, but the condition is the same. Is there suggestion for the condition? Thanks.

I want to fill in a PDF using Fill & Sign and the textbox tool. It’s not a PDF that has preset fillable fields. I have the free version and in the past I was able to use these features but in this case I can’t even pop my signature on a document. What changed or what am I doing wrong? I am signed in too, and using it on a Macbook via installed application. Thank you in advance.

Hello Adobe Community,  Just reinstalled Adobe Reader (build 25.1.21111.0) on my MacBook Air (Tahoe 26.2). Unfortunately, when trying to enter files to sign a document, the document is greyed right after hitting “+” button. I cannot select any file and I’m bound to quit Adobe (by forcing the system).  Tried to reinstall but I always in the same place a for the record, I used to run the same version in the past and it worked fine!  Happy to hear your thoughts !  D

Hi. I have found a script online that will insert two blank pages after every two pages of a PDF. What I would like to do is insert a specific PDF file that is stored on my computer, instead of new blank pages. Is there a way to do this with Javascript in the Action Wizard? To be clear, I have a PDF file that is two pages. I want to insert these two pages after every two pages of a longer PDF. Thank you in advance!

I downloaded a set of slides when I used my Adobe Acrobat to open it, and the black text is showing up as white. In the screenshot below, the same file is opened with Google Chrome (left) and Adobe Acrobat (right).If I try to edit the text color, the text is set to black (but obviously, it is showing up as white.) If I try to set it to other colors (dark gray, green, red, etc.), the text shows up as those colors, but when I change back to black, it comes up as white again.Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Other pdf files are showing up correctly, just this one.Much appreciated!

I have Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. The subscription is up to date in payments. Without warning now, everytime I open the program app, a message comes up offering me a Free Trial -- there is no Already a Subscriber/Log In link, and when I try to click the Sign In button on the main window, the whole thing disappears, making the program useless in that moment. What I wanted to do was add an image so I decided to open the actual account in a new browser tab and see if I could use the program online. The Edit function lists "edit text and images" but when I go in, there is absolutely no function indicated for images, only text.  

I installed adobe acrobat ( 25.001.21223) and adobe acrobat reader(25.001.20693) on my windows 11 intel dell laptop. I double click the icon, but nothing happened, neither of them start.I recall I can start the adobe acrobat one time when I just finish install it. but after i close the application and double click want to restart the app, nothing happen on my laptop.

I have an 8.5 x 11 PDF, and I want to add 0.125 bleed on all sides. I know it won’t create extra content to fill in that bleed area, but I still want the end result to be 8.75 x 11.25. When I resize it, it makes the top bleed 0.071 and the bottom bleed 0.179, no matter what I do. How do I make it 0.125 on every side?

Suggestion for product designers. Add delete and rename option while a pdf is open. How can i know should i dlt the file or what name should i give to the file if the file is not opened? Please add the feature asap.I can delete or rename only when the file is closed. And i am talking about Android adobe acrobat

Using Adobe Acrobat, I need to create personalised certificates of attendance for people who have attended an event, merging the data from Excel. Then send the individual PDF certificates to the recipients - is this possible?

In 2019 I created a CMYK book cover in Photoshop, flattened, and saved as a PDF. At that time, the ink totals in Adobe Acrobat Pro were less than 240%. Perfect.I recently had to make a minor text change (price) and had to lay a new barcode onto the cover. Nothing else was changed in my process to make a PDF. Now, the ink totals in Adobe Acrobat Pro are way over 240%.The original cover PDF still has 240% ink levels, but even if I use the original PSD and and save as a PDF using the same output settings the ink levels are now way to high.How to correct?

I can't believe I am the only one with this issue!Note:- I use the term "header" but I am not referring to the text at the very top/bottom of the page, but a box that appears near the top of the page. I am referring to the Yellow High Lighted box in File 1.- I am using a Windows 11 Pro laptop (all software up to date).- FireFox browser- Using Acrobat ProTHE ISSUE:If find a web page that I want to print (see File 1). The URL of this site is shown below.I click CTRL+P and print menu appears.If I just print to file with the default settings, the top of the page has a header that over laps the text on the page. See File 2. The yellow square shows the header that appears at the top of every page. The blue arrow point to the text on the page that is covered up with this header. I can edit and remove the header, but what a pain! I am trying to edit a pdf fillable form which I created prior to obtaining adobe acrobat and now I am getting this message when I try to edit it: " this XFA form cannot be edited using abobe Acrobat".  what can I do to be able to edit the form?

I am trying to "Prepare a Form" on a PDF workbook I have made in Canva. I have done this dozens of times, but just today, I am getting an error "Bad PDF; could not read page structure. [3]" My goal is to create a workbook that is fillable. Again, I have done this many times before in the exact same way and never had an issue. I went into my previously downloaded files and tested one of those, and they worked fine. Is there a possibility this is an issue on Canva's end? Does anyone have suggestions?

I have 50 PDFs. I am trying to find a way to insert the file name (the name that appears when you look at the PDF in File explorer), as a header into each document using 10pt font. It would be ideal if I could have all the PDFs updated at once rather than opening each one, at a time. I need the header to update if I change the file title. I would appreciate any help as I’m new to Adobe. Thankyou
