There's a great feature in the Insert Photos tool on the forum that allows you to browse through your Saved Photos.  There is even a section called My Albums. Unfortunately, I don't see and can not find any way to edit these albums. I thought it would be somewhere in my Profile. It would be a great time saver if the albums could be edited like you can edit the Macros. It would make my life easier.

Hello, I recently created a post in the InDesign Community with the title “AI Translator Plugin for InDesign”. This is incorrect. The plugin actually works only with ChatGPT. Unfortunately, I don’t see an “Edit” option on my post. Could a moderator or community expert kindly help me correct this? For a main functiionality for this subsription service it is totally unacceptable. When text box is selected, tyoing in letters or numerous you see nothing. Like what we are gettting for our payment. Nothing!

Hello to y'all,I need some help.  An MP4 file was sent to me that was important. I watched and listened a few times but yesterday the video did not open properly and only the audio worked.  Instead I got an aqua colored screen and no video. Instead of any time line under the video I just got a red line moving quickly across the screen and I had no control whatever. Can someone help me correct this situation?Thank you,Photodoc16

Hello, I received a strange letter to my work email from Julia from adobe work account, that I’ve been selected by creative community fund to receive $ 10 k. And I want to be aware that it is not a scam.

Some months ago I received an email stating that my account had been reset to "newbie" status, but when I logged in I didn't see the change, so I ignored the notification.Today I posted a comment on a blog post and I discovered my account has somehow been split into two different accounts. When I click the Reply button here,http://forums.adobe.com/thread/988026?tstart=0nothing happens.It is bad enough to work through the question in Spanish and to guess the issue and the solution, but worse to be unable to give the help.

I would like to delete a post without any demeaning, condescending or arrogant responses from moderators or Adobe staff. I spent a week and an half trying to have my issue resolved and now that it is I would like the post deleted:“How can I cancel the phantom service I’m being billed for?”Before anyone gives the same lame  reply ‘… but it’s a public forum and others can learn…’. Well it first, it seems the only way you can really try to solve a problem with Adobe is to go to a public forum. Second the only thing anyone will learn from this post is the level of potential frustration you can expect.I thank in advance, to the person who deletes the post, for their time and understanding.

This is a great forum, and I've gotten great support, but it has one really annoying feature/bug.I have my Profile set to notify my when someone responds to a thread I'm participating in, or when someone marks a thread reply as a correct answer. Seems basic and pretty standard for most forums. If "I" reply to a thread or mark an answer as correct, in two or three minutes, I'll get an E-mail:"Marshall_Brooks" replied to this thread or "Marshall_Brooks" selected a correct answer. I think I'm aware of that already. Is there some way to avoid this?

Sorry, I don't know where to ask this. This seems to be the only forum not tied to a product.  Everytime I post in the forums, the ...More link to edit or delete is greyed out for me. (see pic) That box doesn't expand. How do I fix this? I'm logged in. It's the same on Safari or Brave.  

I used to occasionally dip into these forums, so not expereinced any "issues" but posting more regularly is driving me nuts. I cannot quote by selecting text then pressing Reply (expected behaviour), when I click quote on an empty reply box, the whole post is quoted. I tried copying text, pasting, then quoting but again the whole post is quoted. When I then delete some quoted text not relevant to my reply, my reply is wrapped as a quote! Sticky posts are always sticky, even on page 2, 3. Huh? I only need to see them page one. 1. Have two quote buttons: one for whole post, one for pasted text in a reply.2. When text is quoted, end quote when user presses Return (ie., numbered/bulleted behaviour).3. Show sticky posts only on first page of a topic.4. Speed up load times. Takes aeons to load main page of Photoshop Ecosystem forum in Safari (I have fast broadband). Even going back, a page already viewed, takes aeons.

Basic question ...I've used community.adobe for years ...I just saw a pop-up at the bottom for "Explore the new Adobe Community." and clicking the link goes to adobe.community.Questions:Do I have to set up new login info on adobe.community, or will my info from community.adobe migrate/transfer over?Are both forum/communities going to be maintained for the foreseeable future?What is the overall plan?It seems a bit odd to have two different forums to maintain for the same issues and user base.

This forum is bizarre. I just posted a question about a feature that had vanished from Camera Raw; I then closed everything off, & when I re-opened it had re-appeared. So now I want to delete my question as it's irrelevant, but it seems I can't. Why??! I've seen a lot of people asking for others to 'please delete my post'. Wouldn't it be simpler to just let us delete our own posts? 🤔 🤔

How to delete a post? I made a mistake when I uploaded my screenshots and now I can't do anything about it. I just want to delete the entire post. Can someone help please? ☺️

On the Bug forum configuration, the user may not realise the Reply to comment doesn't append the reply to the specific comment or refer to the person by default. Also, when a user removes the marking for the Correct Answer, the user notification email should also then be sent,  like when it was sent for marking the answer in the first place. The summary shouldn't necessarily be directly copied to the email content, since it can change. Thanks.

Why are the Adobe Employees so impolite, not responding to private messages? I contacted a few of them, the result is the same. Using tags and mentioning them in the topics also does not work. Is this official policy? I am not trying to discuss the weather, but important issues that they commented on in my threads. They do have enough time for public posts in the community, so ignoring messages looks arrogant. UPD. Finally. I got a reply. The guy said he just missed my message. I decided to contact him again now (16 months later) 🙂 

Hi,   The scripting community relies heavily on the search feature of this community portal. However, since the new layout is in place, searching for answers has become a nightmare.   For example, how does someone searches for "Add text frame" and only wants the to see scripting solutions for Adobe Indesign (Javascript / Applescript)?   Please fix this asap. Customers are depending on us to get working scripts. We need to be able to get answers quick and precise. Every problem and solution is already present in the database, but we can't find it.   Thanks
