If one reads the help about deactivation, Adobe leads you to talk on forums or via chat, about problems related with lost computers, and some others.The case we face here is that a computer is damaged and needs formatting, so we weren't able to deactivate the Master collection before the accident happened, so we need a way to make the deactivation process via remote or directly via the licensing website...I tried via chat but being CS6 the products we have, it seems we arent accountable for such help now.Please help us with this issue with 2 of the 17 MasterCollection CS6 licenses the University of Tolima bought around 2012. please!!!

Hello - If I selected a couple of "imports",is there a way to know via scripting which one was selected first? Since I try to do a Adobe Illustrator Javascript that:1. Check that we have 2 selected imports. Note that the order in which they were selected is important.2. Copy the scale, rotation of the import selected first.3. Display these 3 items of information on the screen (will be remove after).4. Apply the scale of the first import selected to the second import. Thank you,  - Dimitri 

イラレデータで作成した枠にアニメーションをつけようとしたところ、変形すると元のイメージと変わってしまいます。線幅を変形しないようにすることと、白枠と影枠の間隔を変えずにパスを動かしたいです。白枠と影枠はヌルで親子付けしています。バージョンは一番最新のものです(25.3.1)      

In the new Photoshop update when I click on the Object Selection tool there is no Object Finder checkbox showing up in the Options Bars. I have reset the toolbar and still no Object Finder. All it shows right now is Select People with no other option.

30cm×30cmぐらいの印刷に使用したいので、最終パス化して使用したいですいかにもイラレで画像トレースしたような粗い粒にはしたくないです。   （モデレーター処理：Illustratorフォーラムよりスレッドを移動しました）

Hi, I am using the magnifying glass to view if my photos are sharp or not. But it zooms in way to much, like in Lightroom I always use 50%. In Bridge it is 100%. Is there a way to make it 50% zoom? The only thing I can find to change is that I can zoom in even more... Just to look at pixels. Thanks

pngファイルを複数枚結合しようとした時に、Acrobatの画面に切り替わった際に幾つかファイルが勝手に外されて少ない状態になってしまいます。（PCの買替で新しくAcrobatをインストールしたら発生）どのファイルが外されるかはランダムで、結合する数が少ないと発生しません。現在の対処として、ファイル名を見て足らないものをドラックドロップしてから結合していますので、非常に効率が悪くなりました。同じような症状の方、または解決策をご存知の方がいらっしゃいましたら、ご教示いただけますと幸いです。

タイムライン上に配置したすべての素材について、先頭と末尾の10フレーム分をそれぞれ短縮し、素材間の隙間を空けることなく詰める方法を探しています。効率よく素材を詰めていく手順や、便利な機能があればぜひご教示いただけますと幸いです。  →なにをしたいのかカメラで撮影した素材の両端は手ブレや機械音が入るためそれをあらかじめまとめて取り除きたい。ファイナルカットプロでは素材に対してコントロール+D（選択したクリップの継続時間の変更）で-10Fということができたので全選択→コントロール+D、-10（これで全て最後の10F短くなる）→コマンド+Rで逆再生→コントロール+D、-10（これで全ての最初の10F短くなる）→戻すということをしていました。またファイナルカットのタイムラインは自動で詰めるため他に処理がいりませんでした。プレミアプロでもこういった処理が可能かどうかが知りたいです。 宜しくお願い致します。

Any tips on which works best for vectors?

클라우드에서 삭제 후 다시 깔았을 때 1번만 실행이 되며 종료 후 다시 실행시키려고 하면 작동하려다가 창이 아예 실행되지도 않습니다. 매번 새로 깔아서 진행하고 있으며 게시판에서 서체 유효성 검사를 해보라고 하셔서 서체 삭제도 진행했지만 아직까지 매번 새로 깔아서 실행해야 하는 엄청난. 불편함을 감수하고 사용하고 있습니다. 해결법을 알려주세요

フォトショップでマッチフォントのテキストオプションが「%」でしか選べず、日本語の選択肢がありません。環境設定削除し、再起動など試しましたが改善されず。使用しているPCはWindowsで、Photoshopは最新のv 26.81を使用しています。改善の仕方、わかる方いらっしゃいましたら教えていただきたいです。

 Since updates happened the premiere rush does not sync anymore on my iphone although i have tried to re install install from both devices. All of my work is not even uploaded properly on devices. This is frustrating for me working on projects that i need to finish in time. I hope that the engineers will have a look at this problems to avoid the future issues . Is there someone else experiencing same issue?

Everytime i complete editing. I try to export everytime it crashes or stuck on 0%. I use iphone 15 pro max. Please resolve this. It wasted my lot of time on editing and my storage is having lot of space i checked.

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro.  When trying to combine 1,000+ files, it only will do 335 files.  the size of the 1,000+ files is 756MB.  The size of the combined file is only 74.1MB.  I've been able to combine large numbers of files in the past but there seems to be some sort of limit now?
