Solved

Dear Adobe Community,Today has been an incredibly sad day for me—I can’t even put into words how powerless I feel.I'm not sure where things went wrong, but I'll try to explain what happened in the hope that someone from Adobe might see this and be able to help.My old company recently shut down. We had an Adobe Teams account that managed all employee accounts. I used my personal account within that system to store my Lightroom photos—both professional work and personal memories, including weddings, birthdays, and other significant events.Because all my data was tied to that account, I decided to remove it from the company’s Teams account so I could continue using it independently.I attempted to purchase a new personal subscription using my PayPal account, but it wasn’t possible. After several calls with Adobe support, I was informed that my account was locked to a U.S. region due to an Adobe Stock purchase. This complicated things significantly.I then spent multiple hours with Roland fr

Hi community. How can I get this electric orb to look spherical on in solid? I have played around with the emitter settings. but the effect is from edge to edge of my canvas. I cant seem to find the settings which controls the shape, to get it spherical like the preset is showing. Thank you.

I'm using InDesign 2017.1 release on a Win7 pro machine. I'm having an issue where the text won't fill the frame (column).  In some paragraphs in the document, the text goes appropriately to the edge of the frame. In other paragraphs, it doesn't. Some things I've looked at:Checking in story editor - didn't find any odditiesIt doesn't seem to be a text wrap or graphic issue (removing a frame doesn't change how the text displays).I did also investigate ignoring text wrap.Is not obviously a paragraph style issue; all of them have 0 as the right and last margins.I'll attach a small example. In it, at the highlighted red area, you can see that both of the paragraphs under 2 have plenty of space for additional text to the right margin. I have to pull the frame far, far out to the right to get the text to move; other text moves as it should. The doc of course really needs the text to go to the right margin, not much space to spare.Much appreciate your suggestions for what to look for.!

I am trying to view watermark OCGs in the layers panel. I have added three text watermarks using the watermark tool. I can see the watermarks on the page. I then ran the following to scripts one after the other:this.getOCGs();doc.getOCGs()I got these scripts from a tutorial and after running them any watermark OCGs are to appear on the layer list in the layers panel as I understand it, but nothing appears.I tried this first on a page with a couple watermarks as files and it didn’t work either. I thought maybe I had earlier run some script that didn’t work and it may have messed something up,and that is why I did it again with text watermarks.I created a new blank document and added a couple text watermarks again and did the same with the same resultsThis is from the console:this.getOCGs(); [object OCG="Watermark"] doc.getOCGs() ReferenceError: doc is not defined1:Console:Execundefined Does anyone have any suggestions what I might be doing wrong, some setting that ne

I accidentally licensed and purchased a single asset: 627488265, thinking I was on a different tab. Can I please get a refund or a credit license for that asset? Thanks.

What I was used to is if one layer is linked to another, the position value of the child becomes relevant to its parent anchor point position. So if the child's anchor point is perfectly aligned to its parent's anchor point, its position would be [0,0].Lately I noticed it's not the case anymore. instead the child position is calculated from the top left corner of the parent layer.I recently moved from Ae 23 to 24.6.4 (build 3)Am I missing some updates? Anyone know why this is happening?I can't find a reason for this behavior. The old way was definitely right.

Hello everyone!Apologies if this has already been asked before, but I have a challenge that has got me hitting a wall:I have been provided a ton of indesign files (hundereds), each with different layers consisting of different designs. Example Layers: 'Poster Design 1' 'Poster Design 2' 'Poster Design 3' ect ect. I have also been provided a csv to pair with each indesign file, with lots of different shops + different data merge variables, with a column containing a number based on which design they would like to use.I understand I could split the data and manually sort this out, however I have so many different files to use, that this could take me weeks. Is there a script that would handle this? a switch of somesort?design === 1 ?  layer 1 visible true : layer 1 visible false(apologies for my terrible understanding of javascript)Thanks in advance, I imagine this is a big ask, so feel free to deal me the 'gonna have to do it manually' blow.AC

Hi. When setting key frame positions/numbers, how do you bring numbers back to original with a click, without remembering each individual number? this is extremely frustrating, premiere pro has a single ''reset'' button that does this in one click.

Hi, I drew a rectangle with Rectangle Frame Tool and placed an image on it.How can I align the placed image on the red rectangle? Hosun

I read here in another post that PS12 and PSE14 are the oldest version that can still be activated. The dates of the posts I did not record so wondering if such is still true?

I am a complete newbie. I just got Illustrator with the intention of creating a vector image. I am desperate to use an image I already have, or its likeness, and bought a conversion app to turn it to svg. I presented it to our graphics team and they said when one utilizes a conversion, it can have print issues and that the only acceptable way was if i created the image using shapes. I am completely lost, but hopeful. Could someone please help?

I have 5 angles of footage of a figure skater routine.  They are all 4k.  Two Canon R5, Insta360, GoPro, and iPhone cameras.  I have made proxies for all the footage.  I have them in a multicam and I'm trying to watch it to select the angles to show.  There are parts where the video just stops playing or the fps is like 1 or 2.  I saw a YouTube video that said the audio was causing a problem so I clicked solo on one of the audio tracks, but that didn't help.  I'm on Windows and in Task Manager Memory is like 36% and CPU, Disk, and GPI are all under 6%.  Any ideas on what I can do would be appreciated.  The video is only 4 minutes long. My Computer Specsi9-13900K64GB RAMNvidia Quadro A4000 video cardSamsung T7 connected to a Thunderbolt port for the video

Hi there, I'm new to Adobe Stock as a contributor, and most of the pictures I submitted were rejected due to quality issues. I would appreciate any feedback or insights on why my photos were rejected so that I can improve and submit better images in the future.

Heey, I'm wandering how to target separated position dimensions in a AE Script. I separated the position dimensions with ".position.dimensionsSeparated = true" and want to apply expressions to each value. I know I can add the different expressions in one expression, but it is eassier and more efficient to code it this way in this case. Does anyone know how to apply expressions to the position dimension values after they have been separated? Thank in advance for the reactions!

Looking to find out if I have technical issues or if not marketable images
