Solved

As of 1:00 PM PST today. Topaz Gigapixel for Generative Upscale giving an error message: "We have encountered an issue and cannot complete your request at this time. Please try again.  I'm running lattest version of PS 2026 27.1.0. I've tried signing out of Cretive Cloud signing back in, restarting both PS and my computer, also cleared using Edit-Purge-Clear All Cache. I only get this error message when trying to use the new "Topaz Gigapixel" upscaling. This feature was working just fine earlier today. I can still use the "Firefly Upscaler" at both 2x and 4x. I'm testing this feature for my company and need to get this fixed asap. Any help fixing this asap would be much appricated.

Voglio annullare il piano di Adobe, ma non voglio pagare per la fine della prova gratuita come posso fare?

I do not have a Firefly subscription and the Turntable button screws up my transform window stacked layout because it makes the transform window larger that it used to be and pushes down other features of other windows.  It only shows up when I select an object, but that’s even more annoying because it resizes my transform window when that happens and sometimes I accidentally select a wrong window option because I am quick to mouse over and the transform window is resizing to ad the Turntable button while I’m trying to click something else, like Scale Strokes & Effects.  Screenshots attached of object selected and no object selected to show what I mean.  I have 2 monitors, so I have all commonly used windows on my 2nd monitor, so the screenshots are of just the 2nd monitor.  I can’t use it anyway and would very much like to hide a feature that I can’t use.  Any suggestions?

Hello! Where I can find usage analytics for Adobe Express itself.Things like:Template usage (access, used, published, exported, etc.) Folder/File usage (accessed, etc.) Brand usage (viewed, pieces used, etc.) By Employee usage (who, when, how often, etc.) Things of that natureThanks!

Premiere is not reading the correct "creation date" metadata on certain video files (in this example, GoPro hero 9 & A7siii videos, even when it shows the correct date/time created in finder on a Mac). It's useful to sort by creation date so you can see all footage in chronological order (regardless of the camera used). How to reproduce: On a Mac computer, download the zip file with video files from Google Drive link. Double-click on the zip file to extract video files.Open the extracted folder. If you don’t see the date created, right-click on the menu and select “date created”. In Finder Click on date created to sort by date created. You will see that file name C6435.MP4 (A7siii)  was created on March 17th at 11:39 AM. IMG_8379 (iPhone video) was created on March 17th at 2:12 PM and GX012955 (GoPro Hero9)  was created on March 17th at 2:24 PM. 4. In Premiere, open and create a new project and Import the video files you downloaded from Drive into Premiere. In th

Over the last week or so everytime I launch InDesign I am met with the attached dialog box. "You cannot reverse this change with the Edit > Undo command" It is persistent and getting worse. It will now launch randomly whilst I'm working. It is making InDesign almost unusable and destroying my worklfow and concentration. How on earth can I stop this occuring? I've tried Resetting Warning Dialogs to no avail. I've seen this posted elsewhere without any solution. Can someone at Adobe please respond – its driving me nuts.

Hello, Using Adobe Acrobate Pro version 2024.002.20991. I'm trying to turn off the converting scanned document to editable text and images that runs on every page as you scroll through a document. I'm able to turn this off for individual documents after it has already started. Is there a way to default this to not run?

I want to create a mask, just like you always used to be able to do under opacity in effects controls. However that option has vanished. There’s the stupid object mask tool and I can hold select it to get the  “rectangle mask tool.” This lets me select an area, presumably to mask it. A red overlay appears, this overlay’s color can be changed and I can select the “none” option. HOWEVER what the MASK DOES NOT DO is make the contents in or outside of the mask disappear. You know, the one and sole function of a mask. Maybe I am blind and don’t see it but I want my selection to ACTUALLY DISAPPEAR like a mask is SUPPOSED TO DO. How do you do this and why did premiere make such a stupid update turning something that used to be painfully simple into a three ring circus performance?

All context has been described.

I am not impressed whatsoever Adobe.  I thought it was cute when you offered the AI option at first.  That is if we wanted to waste so much time having your AI version try to create a design.  But now EVERY template I try to click on comes up with the very annoying “Describe what changes you want to apply to this template?”  I DO NOT want to waste time having the Adobe AI try to edit the template.  Just let me open the template and get to editing myself.  If I need help then I can ask AI if I need to.This “FORCING AI” on us creators really is a slap in the face.  I just want to create and I do not need the intrusion of AI to try to “help me.”  Yes, Adobe’s AI (Nano Banana 3.0?) is pretty cool.  But it will never replace what a creator can do without the need to involve AI.Please, for the sake of all things good, please have this be an option we can turn off.  I just want to find the coolest template that is close to what I want and let me edit it and leave me alone. Randy

My mac mini M2 running MacOS Sequoia 15.5 won't voice read text I've typed into an Indesign document. All it says is "Adobe stock 2025" whether I have the cursor in the text box or have text highlighted to be voice read. How do I get my Mac mini M2 running MacOS Sequoia 15.5 to voice read the text I've typed with a True Type font in Indesign. I've  retyped in Indesign using an Open Type and the same thing happens.

I’m an Adobe Express Premium member, but I’m receiving the message “You’ve reached your daily design generation limit. Try again tomorrow” when trying to generate designs. I’d like to understand why this limit is appearing on my Premium account, whether there are daily usage restrictions for AI design generation, and how I can resolve this issue. Could you please check if this is expected behavior or an account-related issue and help me restore access to design generation?

I am thrilled to start playing with the Premiere mobile app, but can find ZERO support on how to open an exported project from the mobile app on the desktop app.1. In the mobile app, I have a project with 5 clips. I've done some basic trimming to the clips, that is all. I hit Export to "Premiere desktop (beta)" and get a success.2. I go to my Creative Cloud app, files tab > projects, and sure enough I see the project! 5 clips and a project file. Mission success.3. When I open Premiere Pro (beta) and select "open project" and navigate to the "cloud media" folder (Adobe > Premiere Pro (beta) > 25.5 > Cloud Media) no files show up whatsoever.4. Back in Creative Cloud app, files tab > projects I download all the clips and project files (a painstaking process in itself — first have to "move" all of the files from the "projects" folder into the "files" folder because no download options exist in "projects").5. Premiere Pro (beta) nor any other version of premiere is able to op

Hi adobe support, could you please process a refund for the charge to my account for a free trial subscription?

This is ridiculous.  I paid for the full version to be able to have translations.  The translations simply don't work; say "sorry, all good things have a limit, you can only translate 99 pages."  I'm translating 40 pages!  Also, these are history textbooks so it just won't translate things that it says are inappropriate content, but, of course, won't tell me what the inappropriate content is!!  Waste of money. I want my money back. Don't buy this crap.

Recently updated to InDesign 20.1. When I click on any box or shape, text or picture it takes 10-15 seconds before it shows that it is selected. Sometimes I can move/edit the box although it doesn't have the blue lines indicating it is selected. Other times, I can not. Selecting multiple items often crashes InDesign. Today I selected to text boxes and a picture. Crash. As a result to the time killing aspect of the update, I have had no choice but to revert to InDesign 2024. (19.5.2), which you might imagine, is also an inconvenience.  I am running Sonoma 14.4.1 on M1, 2021 iMac with 16 Gb Ram.

I thought I'd take advantage of the Amazon sale and buy two 1TB Photography plan codes so that I was covered for the next 2 years (something I have successfully done in the past) however this time instead of stacking the second code created a separate membership.   No problem I thought, just a technical error so customer services should be able to sort that out easily - how wrong I was.First I had to battle past the AI which really didn't want me to talk to a real person.  Once I finally got through the agent seemed to struggle to understand the issue - eventually they grasped the problem but couldn't do anything so they escalated it to a manager and assured me it would be fixed in 48hrs.48hrs later still not fixed.  Battled past the AI again which insisted my case was closed.   Got through to an agent who also insisted the case was closed but after re-explaining everything again said they could cancel the extra membership which would have meant I would have lost my money.  After sever
