Since a few weeks, my Lightroom Classic (15.3.1 release on macOS Tahoe 26.5.1) gets stuck or stops responding on simple tasks like:Building standard or 1:1 previews (it gets stuck on ‘Building previews: 3 of …’ but never actually creates one preview) Photo Merge (HDR, Panorama or HDR-Panorama, here the cursor immediately starts spinning and the merge preview does not even pop up) Importing (I can select a source (for example an SD card) but it gets stuck on Checking for duplicates, even when I turn off 'Don't import suspected duplicates’) Exporting (in export I can select all the settings and hit Export but the progress bar remains stuck at zero.I have to use Force Quit to quit Lightroom when it’s not responding. This happens 9 out of 10 times I open up Lightroom, the occasional 1 time everything works fine and I can go on for hours merging huge panoramas or building previews of 100s of photos without problems. But whenever I close and reopen Lightroom the next time it doesn’t work anym

Hello,This latest version of Illustrator has some issues regarding the scaling. I usually work with 72 ppi; however it opens on default to this expanded size. Even when I toggle the option to “Display Print Size at 100% Zoom” it doesn’t really seem to make much difference. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Hi, I appears that the Adobe software saves its preferences in my 'This PC > Documents > Adobe' folder. I'd like to change this to another folder on my root drive for all the software (Windows 10).How would I do that? I looked at the Adobe CC App Manager but it doesn't appear to be there.Any help is appreciated.

How can Adobe combine my Lightroom redemption codes into ONE subscription?I have been trying to resolve an issue with several Lightroom 2 TB redemption codes through Adobe Support since July 2026. Despite multiple support cases and escalations, there is still no working solution. The problem itself is actually quite simple:I had an older Lightroom 2 TB redemption code, which I redeemed first. This activated a Lightroom subscription.I then purchased two additional Lightroom 2 TB redemption codes. Naturally, I expected these codes to extend the duration of my existing Lightroom subscription.Instead, the two new codes created a second, separate Lightroom subscription with a two-year term.So I now have two Lightroom 2 TB subscriptions running in parallel, even though all I wanted to do was extend the duration of my existing subscription. My specific question to the community, and especially to Adobe, is:How can the subscription periods from the two newer redemption codes be combined with the

Hi,I'm unable to authorize my computer in Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.12.I can successfully log into my Adobe account on the Adobe website using my email address and password, but when I enter the exact same credentials in ADE (eBook Vendor: Adobe ID) to authorize my computer, I always get the error:"Incorrect login ID or password for the selected eBook vendor. Please try again."Here's what I've already tried:Reset my Adobe password twice. Verified that I can log into my Adobe account in a web browser with the same email and password. Confirmed that I'm using Adobe ID (not anonymous authorization). Two-factor authentication is disabled. I'm using Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.12.Despite all of this, ADE still refuses to authorize my computer.Has anyone experienced this or found a solution? Thanks!

I have installed acrobat 3 times in a day and initially all my files will be open and now it doesn’t work at allit is soo frustrating

Hello! Hoping someone can help as this is frustrating and I can't for the life of me get any answer from anywhere that does not involve the bounding box. I am unable to resize objects and text in illustrator despite the anchor points being visible and the bounding box being turned on. This normally happens by accidentally hitting an unknown hotkey (Not sure which one...). My mouse has a different icon on it when this happens that I do not recognize (photo below). Program version: 2018 CC Illustrator (Newest Update as of May 31, 2018) Please help... uninstalling does not work and this is really slowing down my workflow.

I teach Adobe Photoshop and Premiere in a high school setting. Our students earn their certificates in each program on Mac Desktops. I'm finding more and more students who prefer to edit on their mobile devices, primarily using CapCut because that's what they'reused to. While I want to teach them the more professional workflow with Adobe, sometimes I even find myself using the Adobe mobile apps in a pinch, and could see editing entire projects on an iPad eventually. Does Adobe ever plan to offer certifications in the Mobile versions of their apps? I'm finding that fewer and fewer students are desktop literate, and with the introduction of the Premiere Mobile App on Android now, are there any plans to allow students to earn a certificate on a mobile app?

Sometimes if i start a project, it ends up being smaller than the size of the project, especially if it has a transparent background. I wish there was a resize page to shape option so I do not have to save as a JPEG then open up in another file to crop. I have provided an example of a project that ended up smaller than intended, and the resize is just a guessing numbers game.

I am using InDesign 2021. I’m wanting to create a multi-level bulleted list for product features. The first or top level will be just your standard solid black bullet with text in bold. The second level will be indented and bullet will be hollow or outlined and text in regular. Example:• Simple One Touch          • The simplified design• Pour & Paint          • Spraying coatings• Fast & Easy          • Clean-upI tried looking it up in Learning Center for doing either bulleted or numbered list, but wasn’t making any head way. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Please know that talking about this or that or some other word or phrase in the Adobe license terms is not going to change several simple facts (in other words, Adobe’s policy about non-subscription programs is not going to change).A serial number program will continue working on the computer where it is activated as long as that computer keeps running... so in that respect the license really is perpetual.A serial number is six groups of four numbers… no letters.A serial number program may or may not install on a new computer... almost certainly NOT on a new Mac due to how much Mac hardware and the operating system have changed. On Windows 11 some (old) serial number programs will install and run... HOWEVER...Nancy OShea posted 8-31-26 in an Elements discussion that versions prior to 2022 are NOT compatible with Win11. Users have reported catastrophic system failures after installing older Elements on a new machine that lacks an optical CD/DVD drive. It seems there’s a security conflict

Hi everyone,I recently submitted this image to Adobe Stock, but it was rejected for “Quality Issues.”I would really appreciate some constructive feedback from experienced Adobe Stock contributors. I’m trying to understand what technical or visual issues I may have missed, especially regarding sharpness, softness, artifacts, texture inconsistencies, or other quality concerns. The image is 4096 × 2304 px and was created using generative AI.I’d like to learn from this rejection and improve my workflow before submitting more images.Thank you very much for any feedback!

Hi everyone,I’ve been facing a small but common issue when working with PDFs — sometimes everything looks fine in the document, but when printing, the printer either doesn’t respond or the output isn’t correct. This becomes frustrating especially when printing important files like reports or forms. To avoid this, I’ve started testing a simple approach where I quickly check the printer first (like printing a basic test page) before sending the actual PDF.I’ve been trying this with a simple just to confirm whether the printer is working properly before printing important documents.I wanted to ask:Do you follow any similar steps before printing PDFs from Adobe tools? Are there any built-in ways in Adobe Acrobat to verify printer readiness?Would really appreciate your suggestions.

Hi, a couple of days ago I posted a message about the Write-On effect being insanely slow in Premiere Pro 2023.6. I was told this effect did not support GPU acceleration and was absolete (though this does not explain why it used to work perfectly on a Core-i7 4770 plus 32 gigs of ram and a 6-gig GTX 1060 in Premiere 2019 and cannot work in Premiere 2023 on a 13700-4080-64Gb plus SSD).Ok, right now I'm working on a video comprising 4k training footage plus on-screen explanatory messages. It is literally a 4k footage on one track and from 1 to 7 text layers created via the text tool above. No effects, no color correction., nothing. By the way the video specs:Type: MPEG Movie File Size: 607,57 MBImage Size: 3840 x 2160Frame Rate: 60,00Source Audio Format: 44100 Hz - Compressed - StereoProject Audio Format: 44100 Hz - 32 bit floating point - StereoTotal Duration: 00:01:40:32Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1,0Alpha: NoneColor Space: Rec. 2100 HLGColor Space Override: Rec. 2100 HLG (Scene)Input LUT

I downloaded a editing pack and it automatically downloaded as an XML file. I tried searching for converters for XML to prfpset but most of them do cost money. With this XML document, I cannot import the editing pack preset that I installed. Is there any way which I can turn my XML file into a prfpset so that I can import it into my premiere pro?
