Why is the maximum image size 300,000px x 300,000px? Can I increase it beyond 300,000px x 300,000px?

Hello Experts, I'm using the InDesign 20.4.1. Steps to reproduce the issues:1. Create a master page containing the multiple text frames.2. Apply the master page to the interior pages (ensure there are at least 5–10 pages).3. Save the document, close it, and reopen it to clear the history stack. Here is my script to undo the overridden textframe by the script: var Doc = app.activeDocument;for (z = 0; z < Doc.pages.length; z++) {page = Doc.pages[z];var count = 0;for (j = 0, k = page.appliedMaster.textFrames.length / 2 + 1; j <= k; j++) {if (page.appliedMaster.textFrames[j].constructor.name == "TextFrame") {try { page.appliedMaster.textFrames[j].override(page); count++; } catch (e) { continue; }try { Doc.undo(); } catch (e) { alert(e);}}}}If there is no undoable data, the process must be routed to catch statement and alert the error message (e).While running the above script, the attached uncaught exception error occurred. Note: I couldn't reproduce the same

I was uploading photos from my tablet to Lightroom Mobile and encountered a storage space error. I deleted enough photos and videos that this problem was resolved. Now, although I only have 20 elements left to upload, the process won't move forward. I have 14787 hours and 9 minutes left right now. But these numbers constantly change.... from 20 min to 54000 hours... Uninstalling, reinstalling, and clearing the cache doesn't resolved the issue (completely - there were over 200 before I did as described). The are no sync error photos in lightroom web. Editing is practically impossible on this device. I have to wait 2-3 minutes before I can do anything in the editing area (2.42 minutes wait for the last one). The internet connection is working fine.226.4 Mbp download speed37.9 Mbps upload speedLatency: 13 ms I don't know what else to do. I was excited to lead the session for students, at Stranmillis University, showcasing Adobe Express. Participants had the opportunity to explore a number of features and guided activities. It is always a pleasure to meet future creative educators.  Here are some of our creations using generative AI, designing bento boxes that showcase elements of our favourite books:https://new.express.adobe.com/publishedV2/urn:aaid:sc:EU:244ae05a-eb32-4422-91bb-37ed3605a0f2?promoid=Y69SGM5H&mv=other

If a PDF is already tagged, what happens when it is run through the Auto-tag API? Are they left unchanged, are they deleted and re-generated, or are they augmented?Is there a best practice for deleting existing tags before using Auto-tag? TYVM

I've been using my Samsung S7+ tablet and I heard that adobe has a mobile version. My girlfriend is autistic and ONLY uses Samsung. This is a problem because apparently Adobe has no app for her to use. I'm looking for anyone to explain how to install illustrator or any of the other apps not found on Google play on her S7+ tablet or if Adobe will finally place these in Google play and end the discrimination it creates by to making all apps equally accessible.     {Renamed by MOD}

I was using Permiere pro 2025, I have used it for about a dozen projects, one of wich i had an issue with it not using my GPU. After clearing Media Cashe it was solved. The current project I have that is not working and neither media encoder or Premiere are using my GPU 3080-Ti. I have installed the updated drivers and cleared Cashe, all settings are greyed out and to use CUDA GPU graphics enabeling. I have never liked adobe products they never run well.   [Branched from older thread by mod]

The Channel Mixer effect has been deemed, "obsolete. " I assume because of old code,  but what new effect can duplicate its features?  I use this effect to accurately and easily create monochrome RGB color seperations of color footage. (As if I shot on black and white film with an R, G, or B  filter.)  Once I have that channel seperation I use it on a layer above with the luminosoty blending mode to add customized color punch to the color footage below.    If I try to replicate this with Lumetri curves by pulling out the unwanted channels and desaturating it it does not produce the same image as the old channel mixer would.  Its density is wrong, its darker and it also does not behave properly when using a blending mode.   Is there an updated replacement for this or am I going to have to dynamic link to AE and use its channel mixer or suffer with the horrible realtime performance of the old effect?

I am at my wits end. Windows 11. 64 gigs ram, Latest i7 processor, rtx 3080 12 gig. Of late indesign has turned into molasses. Critical areas of concern are updating page number in books, and updating contents page. I am not talking a while, I mean a 40 page document taking 3 mins plus to update. But asides from this the whole interface is just rubbish. In the end I decided the nuclear option and downloaded CC cleaner and acro cleaner and nuked the entire install, everything. Then reinstalled. Indesign back to great, things flying, fantastic. 2 days later, boom back to square one. Is there a fix for this, beyond being told to reset preferences, because this is not the issue and I have proven that?

I am led to believe the official latest version of Illustrator is 29.8.1 (released August 2025). Somehow I have 29.8.2 Is anyone able to confirm either issue?

where??? EDIT: thanks for the replies, but I am aware of master pages but what I want to do is create a guide on a live page (without having to use master page as I can't see content on the page I need) where that guide will line up with content, then go to next page and see that same guide so I can line up more similar content. And then delete those guides. Using master page is not helpful in this manner. Regarding the "button" here is a search result:

Bonjour,  Je souhaiterais écrire les numéros de page active en toutes lettres et en anglais (one, two, three, four, etc), y a-t-il un moyen d'automatiser cela ?Merci par avance pour votre aide !

I’m experiencing an issue with Adobe Illustrator where I cannot copy anything. Both Ctrl+C and right-click > Copy cause the software to crash immediately. This has been happening repeatedly throughout the day. Could you please advise on the cause and any possible solution? It’s really frustrating that Illustrator can’t handle such a basic function like copying without crashing.

I have had AI for many years now, but suddenly this morning I get this message when trying to open-up AI, which I need for my business. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have tried system restore. Nothing. Please help.

Hi everyone, since the last update, my hyperlinks have stopped working or showing up in the saved PDF. I have been making edits to a series of posters, and I have not changed anything. They worked all along, until the update. Now, the only thing that is hyperlinked is the email address, which the program did automatically. My URLs are correct, and I am choosing to preserve hyperlinks when I save the PDF. It just worked, until it didn't with the update. Any advice? I would hate to open each poster in Acrobat and create hyperlinks there with each edit update I send to the client. Thanks

Hi everyone. I wonder if anyone smarter than me can give me a nudge in the right direction here.... I've put together a script that automatically formats the text of a selected box to general body copy  and then formats the first three paras as headers and one of two intro styles, all using paragraph styles. So far so good. But... Occassionally the text will have some italicised words in it. When I manually set Paragraph Styles it don't disrupt these italics, it just change the font family and the size, but leave the italicisation as it is. The same is not true of the same process when i use this script. I cannot work out why there would be a difference here. Trying to find out more I came across a post that was answered with what might have been a solution by Jongware back in 2012, but his link points to what now seems to be a walware infested site, so i think the sands of time have swallowed that avenue... Can anyone explain what I'm doing wrong? here's the c
