Please explain why I keep getting “Quality Issues” if I’m using your tools, Firefly, Photoshop and Lightroom. It’s no fun if your programs don’t produce the QUALITY necessary for Stock and commercial use. You need to EXPLAIN what and why my image is not accepted so in the future I can produce acceptable submissions. Otherwise what am I paying for? And going to the community for explanations is not really helpful. As they don’t have a clear answer. and you can’t upload the full sized file. You need much better feedback than just saying Quality Issues etc.
Searching Adobe Stock is extremely frustrating! I shouldn’t have to spend HOURS looking for photos and images. I’m finding it really difficult to narrow down results in Adobe Stock when I’m looking for very specific compositions (like side angle, over-the-shoulder, or device-focused shots). Are there specific keywords or search strategies that actually help refine results? The filters are of little to no use. For example, if I exclude all people, 40% of the results still show people in them. Also, does Adobe Stock support any kind of Boolean operators or advanced search syntax (like using +, AND/OR, etc.) to make searches more precise?Any additional insight is greatly appreciated! TIA!
I routinely find images that are clearly generated by AI image generators, but there is no indication in the description that they are. Generally it's missing fingers, or lighting or something else that gives it away, but my concern is that Adobe's team is not filtering all of these images well enough. I definitely see value in AI images, but I don't want to be downloading something that I think is a real image, when it is not. This is misleading at the least. Example https://stock.adobe.com/images/santa-cooking/550542006?prev_url=detail
Started a free trial, but quickly found that most images are AI generated, not real photos, so I canceled. If I wanted AI images instead of real photos I can create them myself with my own tools without paying Adobe Stock $30 per month. Very disappointing. I expected more from Adobe.

Since, after searching many previous posts here, there is apparently no way to report individual assets for their quality, issues, or misleading descriptions, other than entering into a long, complicated chat window or reporting it here publicly, I will report it here. The user "Kartick" has numerous vector line icon assets that claim in both the thumbnail image and the description to have an "editable stroke." The two that I have licensed do not have an editable stroke and I would assume that is true for the rest of their assets. The assets that I downloaded and confirmed do not have an editable stroke are: #1321977567 and #1318359047. Thankfully I have an education license through my employer, so wasting an asset download isn't a big deal for me, but if I had paid for this individually, I would be very upset. Just trying to prevent someone else from having this happen to them. Thank you.
https://stock.adobe.com/images/set-of-palm-trees-coconut-tree-palm-trees-silhouette/1324286057?prev_url=detailThis assset advertises a vector file but it's just a bitmap embedded in a AI file. Where can I report this directly to support to obtain the correct format?
1923665310 is not a vector as advertised.
Hello,I mistakenly download a image (image ID: #1870201887), can I please get the credit refunded? thank you very much.
Can you please inprove your Exclude People filter? I am looking for images of beaches without people in the shot. I checked the "Exclude People" box and still SO many of the images are of people, some not even at the beach. Why have a filter that doesn't do what it is supposed to?
Good morning, we had about 260 credits on our Adobe Stock account, and they were suddenly removed.
I have had several audio assets flagged for copyright claims on YouTube. Often times, these claims are being initiated by Adobe's partners (i.e. Epidemic Sound) I've disputed these with YouTube and put in the asset license in the dispute but the partners don't remove the claim and we have to wait 30 days for it to be removed. In the meantime, YouTube appears to be holding back putting these videos in searches because our views are down on all the videos that have claims. The problem is that once you submit the dispute, there is no other recourse in YouTube I think Adobe needs to clear things up with their partners and with YouTube to prevent this from continually happening. Considering how many people use Adobe products to produce YouTube content, this should be a no brainer. If anyone has any other work around for this issue, I'd love to hear it.
Adobe promised me to give unlimited access for generating Ai image and video if i buy Adobe Firefly Pro Plus membership / subscription , but only in three days i am asked to pay again for i have paid already and my services has been stopped
Cancel my account immediately. I’m being charged nearly $100 for Photoshop plus my £70 subscription, including an unauthorized £19.99. Fix this now or I will dispute charges via my bank and report to consumer protection.
When I download stock graphics, half the time it is an editable graphic but the other half, it is simply an image. They are listed/descripted/labeled the exact same in Stock. It is a waste of money. For example, I downloade File #: 1938249495 expecting to easily pull out one of the icons, but it’s an image so I’ll need to image trace, etc. to have it usable. For comparison, File #: 201379547 when downloaded is fully editable graphics. Am I doing something wrong or is this yet another Adobe issue to continuously deal with?
Most of the images in this contributer's account are labeled as being AI generated. But the images in this series (linked to below) are not, even though they most likely are AI generated as well. https://stock.adobe.com/search?filters%&serie_id=572848402
Searching Stock for “ipad” produces mostly images of iPhones or generic tablets, even if I enclose the search term in quotes. More specific searches are actually worse, e. g. searching for “ipad apps” (to get a picture showing an iPad with app icons on the screen.).The results are so bad, they amount to a bug. Are you allowing your contributors to use incorrect keywords to hijack your search results? If so … don’t. See: Stock search engine | Community Consistently Irrelevant Search Results on Adobe Stock | Community Why is Stock Adobe search so bad?? | Community Improve Stock Search, Please God!!!! | CommunityThere are other reports.Fix it.
I downloaded what supposed to be a vector or svg file, file #1942260536, when it is actually just a jpeg. Please refund the credit. Looking at numerous complain and refund request, with same issue, which is an image that has been labeled as vector, Adobe stock should some sort of quality control of the vector that has been submitted. Is there penalties for artists who submitted and tag it wrong? If not, there should be. This is wasted time on.
Can a Stock extended licensed image, with a company unlimited plan, be transfered to a customer that does not have a Stock plan?I read Adobe Stock Additional Terms, and 6.A.3 states “transfer your license to your client via enforceable written agreement”. I would like more details of this statement, specifically if the the client needs a stock plan.TIA
I need a credit refunded as the vector file for 1906705225 is just a placed raster image in an ai file.
Dear community,My photo was rejected due to a quality issue, but I don’t clearly understand what the specific problem is.I personally like this image and was hoping it could be accepted. Could you please help me understand what exactly is wrong with it?Is this something that can be fixed, or is the photo beyond repair?Thank you very much for your help!
