I accidently downloaded an image that I will not be using. Can I get this taken off my account?Is there any way to reverse this? The stock id is: #575026836

I was trying to see how much it would cost to license a single image (#220697395) and clicked the "License" button to get more information, but instead of providing a cost for the single image, it licensed the image it under our group work account. Is there a way to "unlicense" this image?

Hello there..   I used a preview form Stock for layout, and then after downloading the licensed high res image it turned out the image was just interpolated and looks almost similar to the preview, leaving it unusable. In fact, blurring from the preview softens the already interpolated original.   I contacted support and the person said there is nothing they can do. Is this for real? Image attached shows "highres" on left, "preview" on the right half.   Thanks Andre

I licensed images 571960320, 571960350 and 571959832 and all three are blurry and pixelated. I deleted the images and redownloaded and they're still blurry. All three are from the same author. Are the images bad?

Laut Standardlizenz kann ich dieses auch für meinen Arbeitgeber oder Kunden lizensieren. Ein regulärer Praktikumsvertrag besteht.Nun zur Frage: Welche Schritte muss ich tun, um das Bild für ein Plakat (es geht um eine kleine Auflage von MAXIMAL 100) zu lizensieren?Genügt die Angabe auf dem Plakat "Foto: Antonio Diaz, lizensiert über Florian Reck via AdobeStock", oder muss die Lizenz explizit erweitert werden?Danke schonmal für Eure Antworten.

Hello, I signed up for a free trial for Adobe stock that I thought I needed for a skillshare class. I forgot to cancel it, and I didn't know that I would be continuing to pay for a year subscription (monthly). I also didn't know until today that there is a cancellation fee. I am a student and hoping that there is any way to waive the cancellation fee, and cancel my Adobe stock subscription. I only used it during the free trial. And I would have canceled it within the 14 day period if I had known it was still active.

Dear Adobe team, Many of the Stock images that are tagged as "Diaspididae" are incorrectly labelled e.g. #:466157814 and #353651335 are specimens of Coccidae (soft scales), not Diaspididae (armoured scales). you are polluting your image bank with poor quality AI images and also very poor quality vectorized illustrations... a quick vectorized image on illustrator and then put on your site.Is it possible to clean it up because it's getting out of hand, there are more AI images than real images.When Midjourney 5 will be used it will be better but for the moment it is not perfect.Thanks for cleaning up because downloading illustrations that are in fact in real size of very mediocre quality. From afar it's ok but close up it's hard. 

Hello,So I'm a student studying graphic design, and I recently cancelled my Adobe Stock subscription. As a student I found I didn't use it as much as I thought and I knew that I couldn't afford the extra $30 with the cost of Creative Cloud. So I decided to cancel my subscription to Stock. When I did I was informed about the ridiculous cancellation fee, which I didn't even read about before cancelling. The fee was $127. Which if I can't afford the $30 fee what makes you think I can pay $127? This is ridiculous. I talked to two different people on the chat to try and see if I could get it waived or pay in installments. However the first person disconnected before I was even finished telling them my issue. The second said he would transfer my concern higher up and then I got an email saying my case was resolved, with no way to reopen it. I am beyond frustrated and I think when Adobe tries to charge me, I will dispute the transaction with my bank. I was not aware of the charge before hand

System is a Mac running Monterey.  Trying to play a preview in the browser or by downloading to play back in Quicktime is just garbled noise.  I don't want to waste an asset as a test.  How do I get the previews not to sound like high speed garble?

I downloaded an infographic from shendart 276285735.   How can I edit the text? Seems like all the text has been rasterized.   Did I import it incorrectly or did they actually create a paragraph and convert it to a bunch of shapes?   IMO the whole point of purchasing it was to have a simple template, not a bunch more work....   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Wenn ich es richtig gelesen habe, ist es ok diese also für eine Webseite zu nutzen.Jetzt zu meiner Frage: Ich muss doch aber auf der Internetseite noch den Vermerk der Quelle und des Autors zu diesem Bild geben. Hallo, wir würden gerne ein Bildmotiv (179582280) in der Kommunikation für ein Medizinprodukt einsetzen. In den adobe Nutzungsrechtebedingungen gibt es unter "Einschränkungen" den Hinweis, dass der Einsatz eines Bildmotivs nicht erlaubt ist, wenn die Andeutung geistiger oder körperlicher Beeinträchtigung besteht.Unser Produkt ist eine Orthese und wird u.a. auch von Schlaganfallpatienten getragen. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, das Motiv über eine besondere Lizenz für diesen "sensitive use" dennoch zu erwerben? Vielen Dank für eine Antwort.

Hi, Today, my bank informed me that a credit card payment was not accepted. I was surprised, as I did not do a credit card payment today. When I opened the message, I found out that I have been paying for Adobe Stock since December, but I did not make use of this service for all these months. I simply wanted to use the trial period. I now cancelled the plan, but Adobe requires me to pay a cancellation fee. I think this unfair and I actually want to request a refund for the previous months that I unknowingly paid for this service, but did not use it. Can anyone help me how to get in touch with someone from customer support for this? I tried the usual links, but they all take me to the same FAQ's, but no contact with an actual person so far. Kirsten

For a while I had an online biz and used stock images. The biz died but I forgot to kill the subscription to Stock. It ran for a while until I cancelled it. I'm now trying to fire up a new biz and wanted to grab some images using the old credits. However, the old credits appear to be gone and Adobe's help links suggest that I can only get help if I'm currently paying for a subscription. Are these credits gone for good? Is there a way to talk to someone without signing up for the Free Trial? Any other advice? Thanks

Licensed this image: 556527619 however it is missing the editable layer contents in the downloaded file.I selected this one specifically for the editable outline feature labeled in the preview image and file title. Is there a correct file for this? 

I am an Adobe CC paid subscriber, I volunteer and design for a non-profit (Master Gardeners) that is very careful about copyright. The non-profit is part of the University of California, which has their own contract with Adobe. As a volunteer, I signed a Volunteer Agreement that states, "UC Regents retains a non-exclusive license to use images, video, and educational content created by UC Master Gardener volunteers while acting as agents of UC." Is it okay to use a free Adobe stock image for the UC Master Gardeners, knowng that ultimately, the usage license is between the Regents of the University of California and the issuer? I need to provide evidence of this in order to continue my work, can Adobe point me to where I can find this information or provide information that states this? 

We're not using our plan and want to cancel it.After canceling, do we still have access to the license of the items we downloaded? Thanks in advance
