Hello,  Ive purchased alot of clips on adobe stock, hundreds of dollars in stock footage. I went to re-downlaod my library of footage and I have an incredible amount of footage that says "This asset is not available anymore" So since I spent money/credits do I get re-imbursed since that conent is unavailable to me?  How would I go about being re-imbursed credits to my account? Thanks!

I found a pictures that are animal abuse! The person need to be reported to local police and pictures erased from stock. So the Creative Cloud subscription has been increased.  OK, but it isn't really sound for Adobe to say this as their excuse:"Over the years, we’ve extended our popular creative products across surfaces, added more resources to Adobe Fonts and Adobe Stock, and introduced new collaboration tools – all available with your Creative Cloud membership." Adobe Stock is not included in the Creative Cloud membership so please don't claim "more resources" added to Stock as a benefit for subscribers! 

Hello!Somewhere in August, I've started my free month trial.I was looking to cancel before one 30 days period but I forgot. I was not charged anything because of my bank account setting but I am not able to stop the subscription as it asks me for new payment method. I did not interact with Adobe Stock after the first day of trial. Anyone can help me? Either with thier experience or with how to get in touch with support.Interestingly enough ... It says it is going to cancel my subscription if I do not do anything. But I do not want to bet on something that could be possibly just an error tab.Thanks

Hello all,   So I just noticed on my credit card statement that I've been getting charged every month for Adobe Stock.  The issue is that I must have made another account because the Adobe Stock isn't in my main account (this one) subscriptions or invoices.  How would I go about finding out the account the services are tied to?  I have the normal info to verify such as payment dates, reference numbers etc from my statement.     I tried to use the chat option to resolve it but they couldn't quite grasp what I was getting at.  They kept saying they don't see it on my account when that's my whole point... It's not on my main account.   I don't want to cancel it, I just want to be able to use the stock graphics that I've been paying for for months.   Thanks in advance!

I've come across more than one asset on Adobe Stock that claims to have a transparent background but the file type is a "JPEG." Or it says that it's a mockup, but really it's just a picture of an item. The only thing that makes Adobe Stock worth the cost is access to quality assets. If this is the level of quality, there are many, much cheaper options out there to download crappy images.

My company (heating/ventilation sector) bought Adobe Stock Teams with 40 assets per month. Pictures will be used for marketing material. Can Adobe Stock and the credits be used by the marketing departments of our subsidiaries , too? Or nly by the company that is in the order mentioned as licensee?And can we upload the pictures into our mediabase which is used by all subsidiaries?Thanks a lot for your support.

I have a suggestion for improving the design templates for restaurant menus. Adobe could include vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free icons by default. Those little leaf/grain icons are universally recognized. Many restaurants would love to include this option, and it would be easier to have it as a default instead of creating them from scratch. Here is one way it could be done:-Include one menu item in each category.-Put the corresponding icon next to those items.-Have a legend in the corner saying what each icon means.  Here are some examples of standard icons that can be used: Adobe is uniquely positioned to help people with dietary restrictions identify suitable menu items. Not all restaurants include them, so making them more accessible through your default templates could help many people. Thanks in advance for considering this suggestion!

Today, I searched Stock for "Black family walking" images. Here's one of the results. I think the algorithm needs a serious adjustment. This is hurtful and demoralizing. I lost a lot of respect for Adobe. Algorithms do not make themselves and they can be told what not to include. I believe something major would be done quickly if a search for "White family Walking," pulled up pictures of crackers. African Americans and the association, by some, with monkeys has become a problem and an inside joke in some circles. You don't expect that circle here. I was happy, until today, with the great variety of stock featuring black people. There's far more on Adobe than on many other stock services. It is my hope that action will be taken and that people won't waste time defending this terrible lapse in techno-judgement. 

I couldnt cancel my plan, because manage plan link is missing and now a month is payed unknowingly. It says you will be able to manage this plan shortly but now a month is payed. I need answers immediately please and i want to cancel my plan. Can i have my money back or no ?

Hi there, I recently purchased a 5-credit pack. I used 2 of the credits with no problem. But no matter what I do, Adobe won't let me use the 3 remaining credits I have. Every time I try, I get this message: ErrorWe're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service. I called Adobe last week and talked to two different people about this issue. They had to keep putting me on hold to talk to their team and supervisor to figure this out, but ended up saying they would need to look into it further and would call me within 24 hours. That was 4 days ago and they have not called. So I'm posting here, hoping someone can help me. The case # they gave me was: ADB-26143567-K5B7 I have the transaction invoice showing I paid for these 5 credits in July. And my account says I still have 3 left. But they're untouchable. I do not want to be out that money and need t

I need help to find a way to cancel and refund an Adobe Stock Photo Extended Licence for a photograph of a an insect species that was labelled correctly, but verification by a specialist has identified it as a different species to what was listed.We have identified a photograph of that is correctly labelled and want to use this one instead.The originally purchased Extended Licenced photograph has not been used, as our material is still in draft and review stage.What is the best way for me to do this please?

I got Adobe Stock apparently when I bought the creative cloud. However, I've never used a stock for a single use. I just noticed that my trail ended and I got charged 29.99 for another month of stock. Is there a way I can cancel my subscription and get a refund as I never used this service at all in both the trail and month paid?

I licensed/downloaded image 294184233 (angry tiger) but what downloaded was definitely bored tiger and not the image I wanted. I can't find anywhere to contact customer support about this except in this public forum... 

Can I use Adobe stock images with a standard license for my digital templates, which will be available for sale as a digital product? But the primary value of the digital templates is not associated with the asset itself.

I'm having a similar problem but when I try to follow the advice above the halo around the stars goes black -  ID #173047932

I make collages and I'd like to incorporate some images I found on Adobe stock into my original artworks. What kind of license would I need for this? For example, I found a floral pattern I like and was hoping to print it out, paint ontop of areas of it and add other images. I'd want to sell prints and the original collage creation. I am hoping the standard lisense would suffice as I'd be altering the original adobe stock image/s quite a bit but I want to make sure beforehand.
