Hello, I accidently licenced this template tonight  #487568118 Is there a way to get a refund of the credits?Thank you in advance!

I accidentaly licensed FILE #:  269327604 and would like to remove this from my account completely. It is a most uninspiring image, otherwise I would keep it, just incase. Is there a chance this could be fixed please? I am wondering why there is not a confirmation button to ask - Do you want to license this image? once you click license... before it is done. That would certainly help avoid this kind of issue. Thanks in advance. 

Hi,we use Adobe for Enterprise for an educational institution = non-commercial and are allowed to use unlimited images of Adobe Stock as part of our "Bildungseinrichtungslizenz" (educational institution license). Now we would like to use such a stock image in a Powerpoint presentation. Do we need to include the source reference/citation in the Powerpoint presentation in general (e.g. on the last page) likeGorodenkoff / stock.adobe.com Or are we allowed to omit this information?  Thanks!mycc

Hi all, I would like to buy the stock image 320651314 for the cover of my thesis. I have the option for standard license and extended license. The standard license should be enough for this purpose, right? And can I adapt the image after purchasing it, for example, I would like to erase the text on the image..And I would like to add the title of my thesis on it... Kind regards,Souad

The downloads ceased to work, after I cancelled my subscription for 10 stocks per month. It's a deliberate attempt on behalf of Adobe to buy its subscription. Disgusting!!

El 12 empece con mi prueba de 7 dias de Adobe Stock y lo cancele ayer porque no queria que me cobren cuando se me acaben los dias gratis y aun así estando dentro de los 7 dias me cobraron s/275 soles, al momento de cancelar me dijeron que en  dias me harian el reembolso. Me imagino que esa fue una respuesta en automatico pero quisiera saber si mi proceso de reembolso se esta efectuando.

I've been working on an InDesign project between my iMac and Macbook, both systems use my same Adobe account, same software versions - but my Macbook shows several images as 'unlicensed' when I view the CC Library (both in InDesign and Photoshop). I keep having to move to my iMac to create a PDF - why is this happening? (Attached 2 screenshots of the Library, the little shopping cart icon shows which are supposedly unlicensed on my Macbook)

 I am trying to cancel the Adobe stock trial before the 30 day trial ends, but it doesn't give me the option to do so. I tried following the steps of 'managing the account to cancel the plan', but the trial is not part of a plan. I find it frustrating that there is no straight forward process to this action. There isn't an order or invoice history that shows when I ordered the free trial. None of the steps are helpful in the support page.  Is there an individual from the Adobe UK support team that I can contact or email? Where do I find them?

Aktualisieren Sie Ihre Abrechnungsinformationen, damit es zu keinen Unterbrechungen bei Ihrem Dienst kommt."Ich möchte auch nicht das mir erneut abgebucht wird,weswegen ich nicht die Zahlungsdetails ändern möchte. Es hat ja schließlich geklappt. Es wäre schön wenn dieser Fehler behoben werden könnte.

Hi,I have had the Adobe Stock monthly plan for a few years now and have accumulated a large number of unused image credits.  If I cancel the monthly charge will I retain the image credits for use? Thank you

On the license page for Audio, it would be really helpful show the title of the song.  Unless I'm missing something, you have to go to the license page, and then click through each license to find the song name, and then come back to the license page to get the license number.  This is needed when copying the license for disputes on youtube.

Same problem like many others, as I see… I just signed up for the Photoshop plan and did not realize that this means that I automatically sign up also for Adobe Stock! I cancelled this plan immediately as I realized that 36€ goes from my bank account every month and I saw that I have to pay a cancellation fee of €182, 94.How can I cancel this without the fee? Can I get back the fees for the months that I payed? I never signed up in the first place and I have never used Adobe Stock at all. I just need Photoshop and not Adobe Stock. Please help me solve this.

What type of licence should i use. I want one of adobe Stock photo in my mobile game as a background, the game will be released in Google Play ane it will be monetized. There is a standart licence (free trial ) and extended one. Whitch one of this 2 should i choose ? I'm a user on an enterprise account, and am unable to license any images. Where images usually say "license" they now say "buy". Anyone else dealing with this?

Hello, I am an architect student and have been a customer since Feb 2021. I subscribed to Creative Cloud which has been very useful and with which I am very content. However, looking back I cannot find a reason to why I would have subscribed to a paid subscription of stock images. I had no idea that I was paying more than 30 euros every month for a service I never used once and now that I want to unsubscribe from it I have to pay an additional 50 euros fee. I am very upset that I have lost so much money for nothing to a company I trust. I am asking if it is possible to be reimbursed in any way as I am sure it is obvious I never intended to purchase this subscription. Best regards, Herman

Hello!   I was needing Adobe Stock just for one project and now I would like to cancel my subscription, but there is an early cancelation fee 188 EUR. I really didn't see anything like this when subscribing. Please help and suggest, how can I cancel the subscription without any fee, it's so expensive.
