Stock

Hello. I have been trying to access Adobe stock unsuccessully for the past 24 hours.The home page loads but if I try to search for anything, I get a page saying: "stock.adobe.com is currently unable to handle this request." If I am signed out, the website seems to function properly.  I have a CC plan that includes stock.

Licensed File #: 112575284 when I was actually trying to get a photo from that series, not that specific one. Is there an option to undo such an action so as not to spend one of my monthly photo on something I never intend to use?

I have a work CC account which I use daily. I wanted to set up a free trial of the stock images and accidentally did this in my own private email address. I have since set up the basic paid stock account so I can download 10 free assets for work projects but it won't let me because my CC account is logged in with a different address. A silly mistake I know but how do I now transfer my paid plan to my work account and not my private one? Many thanks!

I purchased a licence for a video clip, after it failed multiple times it eventually went through. However the clip didnt go into my library, I have the receipt and the payment processed but the clip has no option to download, if I return to it on the stock page it says I still have to buy it. Its not in my library. How do I access it?  

I have been double charged for 7 months for a total $210 for Shutterstock. I've made 20 calls in 1 week but no one can help me.  They ask me the same questions evertime. In India Colombia no one can help me. I have a bank statement I sent. They charged both my debit card and PayPal account. I will never buy adobe again [REMOVED BY MODERATOR]

I had 120 assets in Abobe stock one day and all of a sudden it was 70, what happened? If I had $120 in the bank and then it was $70 with no explination there would be a problem.  

I've purchased some points just to get image 526000925 and once I licensed it and downloaded it turned out it's very poor quality with lots of compression artefacts, unusable as printed in larger format. This are just few examples below:But the whole image suffers from high JPEG compression, you can see some random dithering or whatever and then also see transition from different "compression" sections/squares (don't know what's the correct name for it, but it's typical for poor jpegs).I would like to get this refunded and reported to the author. I would also like to understand how come 1. There's no button when viewing the purchased images to report a problem with it (like, seriously?!) 2. Why do I have to post to community forum a problem with an image and not chat or email customer support (again, seriously?!).

How do I contact a creator/seller directly on Adobe Stock?

Hi! We have different customers wich we provide the same materials. So I have to license a photo several times. Where can I see how many times I've licensed an image?

Hi - I am paying $29.99 for an Adobe Stock subscription and can find. I way to cancel. When I go follow the directions in the help page it says I have no paid subscription.  When I try to call it says phone support is for paid customers only and I am not a paying customer. And yet...every month they charge my card!  I started with 3 Adobe subscriptions and was able to successfully cancel 2 but I can't find any way to cancel this one!  Help!

Friday we thought this problem was fixed , however I tried to down load a video on saturday by clicking the license tab and received and error message as you can see I tried contacting customer service and they suggested waiting until today

Hi there, I am VERY new to this, as in this was my first time ever trying to browse the Adobe image libraries. I accidentally clicked two images on the 'license' button because I wanted to see what the usage terms were, I wanted to use fair use items without copyright for my assignment. I think I accidentally purchased two image licenses? I immediately deleted them from my image library because I had no idea what was happening, now I don't even have the images and I cannot find any history of them. I have very little money, I am a student and I can't even check to see how much these images cost because I deleted them. Why was there no confirmation of any type of purchase? I had no idea what I was even doing, it was literally my first time ever trying to search for an image and I was clicking the button because I thought I could view what the license terms were. Adobe Stock file ID 249271955 has an incorrect downlaod asset compared to the expected preview. The first image is the expected vector asset. The second image is what was downloaded when a credit was spent attempting to license it. 

I have cancelled my subscription but have not been refunded my £599.39.This cancellation was within the 14 days.   

Hi everyone. I was unable to pay the subscription for this month but I have 17 assets that are still unused. Am I not able to use the assets I already paid for unless my subscription is actice? 

I am unable to download videos even though I have over 400 assets . When I try the only option is to buy , this only applies to videos I am able to download images , vectors etc 

Hi, Adobe Community 🙂I'm facing an issue while saving my files I'm designing a business card for upload when I save files in AI it gives me a warning message please check to attach the image. Also when I reopen this AI file all vectors are not shown properly also not editable properly. So, my question is can we save a file with version cs 2020?

Hello, the amount of midjourney created content on stock is quite alarming.  For me the content created with this tool is very distinguishable and gets in the way of real content. Is there something Adobe can do to stop all this? For example, my search search for abandoned builings brings up a lot of mid journey generated imagery. If I wanted this, I would create it myself.
