Hello! I've recently subscribed to the Creative Cloud for students plan, and I noticed in my bills this month that I've been charged for 2 different subscriptions (the cloud and assets?). Why do I have this second one for the assets when I personally did't get it in the first place?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

I cannot save a stock image as a favorite. I have tried the following:  1. Logged out of adobe on all devices2. Tried different browsers3. Cleared caches/history in all browsers4. Renamed libraries5. I am under the 1000 asset mark not just on My Library, but across all libraries I have plan credits and can download images, but I cannot save favorites which I would prefer to do before making a final decision on which to license.  I've reviewed the threads here that mention the issue, but none have worked. I am using the stock website, but it won't save from CC either.

Well, can't download previews. I click on the button and payment plans pop up. Went on my wife's laptop using her account, same issue. Help. 

I am planning to start a small web bureau selling hompages to costumers. Id really link to use adope stock photoes and vidoes as part of my designs. The way I read the terms and conditions, this is allowed as long as I am not selling the images and vidoes in their raw form. What I am planning to do, is to put text and text boxes with text on top of the images. Is that OK ?Also as starting page I am making a small video out of photoes or vidoes telling a small story. Do I need text on top of these videoclips ?

As a paying customer, I expect high-quality images from stock platforms like Adobe Stock. Unfortunately, I recently downloaded an image that turned out to be unusable—it looks like a poorly executed image trace rather than a professional asset. What’s more disappointing is that there seems to be no way to report low-quality images within Adobe Stock. Quality control should be a priority, and the absence of a reporting mechanism makes it difficult for users to help maintain standards. I hope Adobe considers implementing a feature to flag subpar content and improves its quality review process. How can you get a hold of a customer representative. I made an accidental purchase for a stock image that I thought it was 5.00USD it was a 200.00USD. I did not want a premium subscription. I only use this for a school project. I was trying to complete.

I'm being hit by a copyright strike by a company called COPYTRACK, asking for proof of license on a photo for a website I own. This photo DOES HAVE a license I contracted with Adobe Stock.   Unfortunately on the LICENSE HISTORY table the platform doesn't show me any option to download the license. All it says is "STANDARD" and not even an actual license ref. number. Google AI says there's supposed to be an "eye" icon next to the license type (Standard/Extended) on that License History table listing your assets, but there's no "eye" to click on.'' What am I missing?? Also on this table they display a CART for already licensed assets. Why would they offer to purchase the license again if it never expires? This is so messed up. Here's a screenshot below showing my license history, does yours look the same? (no "eye" / carts)

I saw this image come up in a search and used it in a design comp — now the client wants this image, but I'm unable to now locate it for high resolution download. The image ID is also not availalble. Yes, I did a reverse image lookup and it yields only similar images, not this one. Shouldn't it locate this exact image? What gives? Same goes for reverse lookup on google: the only thing that comes up is on an asian version of freepik.com.

I recently downloaded an asset (File No: 1583246439) that was atrocious quality! You couldn't tell from the raster thumbnail, but as soon as I opened the vector asset, it was as though someone had used auto-trace on a low res asset, and then applied 'simplify'. Take a look at some of the close-up screen-shots attached.This asset should at the very least be removed! But how would Adobe know without users having an easy method of reporting sub-standard assets? I never experienced this on other stock-subscription platforms in the past — they seem to have a better process of vetting quality. The only options for reporting an issue are:1. if content contains the names of people (including artists' names)2. Content may infringe on IP rights (such as copyright, design, or trademark rights, model

How many keywords do you usually use for AI-generated images, and do you prioritize single-word or two-word keywords for better sales?

I just found that one of my designers from the team accidentally downloaded 3 images (#1583599983, #224084366, #399672567) with wrong type of license ("Extended" which is not correct for our purposes) and it's drained our all points from our team 750 stock subscriptions, just at the beginning of the month (( Is there any way to undo this mistake? Thank-you!
