Why haven't I received any payment notification from Adobe after I withdrew my earnings? I've been waiting for 9 days but there's been no news yet.

Hallo,genau wie andere Vorredner brauche auch ich die komplette Adresse der Firma in der Rechnung. Es scheint keine Funktion dafür zu geben - hier auf der Website. Ich verstehe nicht wie das sein kann. Das ist steuerlich betrachtet einer der wichtigsten Sachen. Das muss Adobe schnell ändern. So kann man keine Rechnungen an Firmen stellen!Also wie im Beitrag: https://community.adobe.com/... bereits besprochen, muss auch bei mir die Rechnung angepasst werden. Ja es scheint keinen Ort zu geben wo man diese Daten hinterlegen kann. Auch das muss Adobe verbessern. AdobeTeam - bitte kontakttiert mich um die entsprechenden Daten für eine steuerlich korrekte Rechnung zu erhalten.Danke

I created a library from adobe stock for inspiration and so my team could license the ones they needed. The link I share opens in the firefly files tab and when they try to use the "Buy License" button it takes them to a 404 error page in Adobe Stock. This is so for every single photo un the library.    Has anyone have this same issue and is there a solution so they don't have to manually search for each image again?   

Even though I started my Adobe Stock 750 credit membership, when I search for images related to certain names, only 3 images appear. I was previously a member with a corporate account, but now I am an individual member and have encountered this issue. How can this problem be resolved?

I have used a number of Adobe Stock video clips (purchased under Enhanced License) in my music video (featuring my own original audio), which I now want to upload to YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Do I have to include a written credit for each of the creators of these clips? If so, are there rules about font size or length of time the credit appears in my video? If not, do I still need to include a general credit such as 'Videos used under license from stock.adobe.com' ? And again, if so, are there rules about font size or length of time the credit appears in the video? Most grateful for any help provided.

My clients are getting hit with complaints regarding usage of photographs more frequently now. So far, so good. I take a screenshot showing I purchased the image, but I'd like a way to categorize all the images I purchased by client so I can take a picture of the whole bunch together or, better yet, be able to download proof of purchase issued by Adobe. I now have about 50 pages I have to scroll through to find one image and it's pretty annoying. If there's a simpler way, someone please tell me! 

The adobe stock account "adobe1 stock" is posting very clearly undisclosed generative ai content. The titles of every image are a prompt for an ai image generator.  "Generate a detailed image of a traditional Asian cloud border design in rich red and gold hues, showcasing intricate detailing and flowing lines."The entire account is like this. 

Hi there. I'm experiencing an issue with the "Price" filter on the Adobe Stock website. When I do a photo search and select "Standard Content", I assume the results will exclude Premium assets (which show the "Buy" button instead of "Download"). However, most of my photo search results are always Premium content. I searched the web and saw a similar Adobe community post reply that suggested adding a manual hard-coded parameter to my search results URL (price[$]=1). However that didn't work. This makes it difficult to efficiently find Standard assets included in my "Unlimited images" company subscription. It seems like the "Price" filter is either broken or intentionally designed to always produce Premium content results. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a reliable way to filter out Premium assets? Any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated!Thank you.

Hello,I accidentally licensed the wrong video (Stock ID: 591989246).I contacted support via chat, but there was a misunderstanding: I only received a refund of 1 credit, although licensing a video costs more than that. In addition, the video still shows up in my license history even though I do not want to use it. My questions:- How can I completely remove the wrong video license from my account?- Should I contact support again to correct the refund amount for the video, since it cost more than 1 credit? Thank you for your help!

Hi,I'd like to report a bug, that in the plans page, I can't change from 40 credit packs to any other numbered credit packs in my browser. I've tried two different browsers, but still, the problem occurs. I still use Windows 10. I'm unable to buy 5 credit packs.Just about a week or two ago, the plans page worked fine, and I could change the credit packs and buy the credit packs normally. But now I can't change them.Please, fix this bug. Thank you very much!

I am not able to cancel my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. From past few days i am seeing You'll be able to manage this plan shortly. 

I have over 100 Stock credits, but whenever I want to download the preview picture, Adobe asks me to purchase the free subscription. Anyone have the same problem? The german support could not help me.

Hi, I have an educational license to Adobe Stock.  I previously licensed a Stock image for education but now I need to use it commercially.  I have purchased some Stock credits but I cannot find a way to spend them so that I can properly (legally) use the image.  When I try to use it I am told that it is licensed already so I cannot license it again - but the license is for educational use only! Is there a way to extend the license on the image so that I can use it commercially? Many thanks! Neil

I downloaded a business card template which I edited. It went to print only for me to discover it's formatted as A4.An A4 business card.This cost me money through printing errors (yes - my bad, but I was in a hurry, hence using an Adobe Stock template).Why is it not possble to report the asset? About a year ago, someone in our office pulled a Creative Commons-licensed photo to use on a blog post.  We received a Copytrack claim demanding money from a German-based company.  They gave a filename of Fotolia_102694039.jpg.    I have reverse image searched it on Adobe, but can not find it to buy a license.  We have already removed it from the blog post and deleted it from the servers.  Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing?Thanks!

How do I make a claim about a submission for adobe stock that it said is supposed to be closely resembles content already available which is not true because I already look it and there's nothing similar to my content.  I could find nothing even close to my work that ir supposed to be similar to other stock, it's not true, how do to make a conctat to solve this issue?
