I love searching for images from Adobe Stock (we have an alternate account we pay for images monthly).My issue though, is there are now so many images in other languages that a big chunk of the results come back like that.It would be fantastic if you could add in a search option for people to narrow it down to the language they want (i.e., English, French, Dutch etc.).*Please* consider this search option? It would be a huge time saver.

Pur di vendere siete arrivati anche alla malcelata estorsione, dovreste vergognarvi.Che ne so, avreste potuto mandarmi un ulteriore richiesta di conferma prima di proseguire nel prelievo? I have accidently licensed a photo on my Adobe Stock account. I found the UI quite confusing and thought I was adding it to my library but accidentally licensed. The image number is 99866110. I would really appreciate help!Thank you,Josh Yan

Hello, I have a current adobe stock subscription with 750 images/mo.  When I login it shows zero credits and I have definitely not used even close to 750.  What do I need to do?

HI there. I'm hoping this is not a dumb question. For the past little while, whenever I search for something on Adobe Stock, it defaults to a video search. It wasn't like that before. I'm a print designer; I do nothing with video, and clicking off of video to image is just another unnecessary step I have to take several times a day. Is there a way in preferences to specify that, by default, I want to search for images (photos/illustrations/vectors) and NOT video? I don't believe video is even included in my Stock plan. Why make that the default?  Please tell me there's a way to select a default category. It drives me crazier every time I waste an additional two seconds to select the category I need.I don't know if this matters, but I'm accessing Adobe Stock by clicking the "Creative Cloud" icon on the Windows 10 taskbar. Seems to be the same if I access Stock directly from the browser, though.

I signed up one month ago for the a subscription but some days ago I have decided that it's not what I need. My month is up today, I tried to cancel my plan yesterday but was impossible by the web. I am trying to speak to someone using live chat here in Spain yesterday but I have waited for 20 minutes and there is no one there. Today is closed the chat here in Spain. Is there an email I can use to cancel?

I’m new to this site and want to make sure I know all the facts before I buy an image. I’ll be mainly needing images for products, i.e. images with an extended licence.Am I allowed to change images? Let’s say I bought an image of a girl in a t-shirt with a standard licence I want to use as a banner in my online-shop for a while and another image with an extended licence I want to use for a t-shirt. Could I add the image I bought with the extended licence to the image I use for the banner? For example to create a mockup image of my product?I read somewhere that the images are not available with a transparent background. Does that mean that if an image has a white or black background that I will receive a flat image and I would need to remove the background colour myself? Or are these images layered so that the image is one layer and the background is one layer?Is the extended licence limited to one product or can I use an image I bought with an extended licence on multiple products?Can

I do a number of searches daily on the Adobe Stock site. When I click on any image I am given the details about that images, several other images in that series, and a "See More" button. The problem with clicking "See More" is that once I am in this new page I cannot get back to the last page of my search. When I click to go to the previous page it always takes me back to the very first search I made that day. This can be quite troublesome when making a number of searches, or even being several pages into a word search. Is there a fix or workaround to this?

Does anyone have any tips on speaking to an actual person about Adobe Stock sales? I've tried the phone number on the Adobe Stock website twice and sat on hold for 40 minutes one time and 30 another and no one ever answered the phone. I tried calling the main Adobe Sales number and all I could do was leave a message for someone to call me back. I've submitted online requests for a product demo twice and had no response from that either. I'm starting to think Adobe doesn't really want to sell their own product. Can't imagine they wouldn't have the Sales lined manned with someone available to speak to about purchasing their products.Thanks for any tips!

Hallo,ich habe Adobe Photoshop CC neuerdings. Ich habe für einen Flyer aus der Bibliothek eine Stock Vorlage benutzt zum testen. Ich dachte bzw. ich wusste nichtdas ich im Endeffekt 2 Vorlagen für 39€ gekauft habe. Mir wurde nicht angezeigt das ich mit dem nutzen der Vorlage automatisiert etwas kaufe, ich wollte das nicht!Hab eigentlich nur getestet...Wie merke ich in Zukunft wann ein Adobe Dienst oder zb. was aus der Bibliothek Adobe Stock kostenpflichtig ist damit mir das nicht wieder passiert?Normalerweise müsste ich doch den Kauf nochmal bestätigen!Kann jemand helfen?

I am completely confused after trying Adobe Help chat, so I'm here to talk to humans instead.I'm a graphic designer creating an infographic in Illustrator for my client. I've drawn most of it myself, then I found some nice business people vector icon illustrations in Adobe Stock and would like to buy them (with credits) and then change them to fit with my infographic, for example colour, line weight, adapt into new poses/scenes based on the original style, so effectively changing them to something new, from the original as starting point. I assume as they are illustrator editable files this is OK?My question is – does the basic licence cover this, but more importantly, is my client covered to use the infographic multiple times with my adapted icons in, or do they need to licence them at all and if so, licence them for every time they use the infographic somewhere new, eg on website/social media/literature etc as with photography assets?I love Adobe Stock and want to make sure I am lice

My connection was interrupted while browsing Adobe Stock and several images and buttons didn't load. I clicked on one to view it in hopes the image preview would show, but must have accidentally clicked on the hidden license button. I really don't want this image (61457906) at all. Is it possible to get a credit applied to my account or unlicense the image? I've seen several similar discussions in the forum where credit was issued. Thank you!
