Hello, As it is the weekend I am unable to reach Customer Service by chat or phone, so I am posting here.I just accidentally licensed image ID#216320432 while browsing for options:https://stock.adobe.com/images/colorful-paint-stroke-brushes-set/216320432There was no confirmation screen I just saw it was instantly licensed, instead of getting the preview. I remember I used to see a confirmation screen before, or maybe that was inside Photoshop?In either case I really hope you can assist here please.Thank you so much,Claudia.

The filter search changed this morning.  Bring back the old search is was much easier. I hate the new search.  I need illustrator stock images. Now searching on for Illustrator and Photoshop files are now gone its all mixed in that is a huge bummer.

I just licensed and downloaded an image (File #: 92021163) that is labeled as "Seamless pattern Christmas" and is indicated as an AI/EPS file. It is also shown as a rectangular image. Upon opening this image, it is square--which is fine, if it's seamless, but it's not setup as seamless--and it's not vector at all, but some sort of clipping rectangle around an untouchable link of some sort. Totally mislabeled and misleading product.Why isn't there a link on the product page where you can report problems with an image? It's taken me 20 minutes of clicking around to get to this hoop to jump through for help, and I'm not even sure this is going to help.

I am also having this issue. Why would anyone have an image without layers? This is the second purchase that I cant use. I dont realize it until I open it in AI or PS.

I have licensed some symbols / pictograms (like "external Link") via Adobe Stock. Hi There... I signed up by mistake for an adobe stock account.  The reason was, I understood that I had 10 images free, as I am an Adobe customer ... Anyways...I´ve been charged last month...now I cancelled it, but it says that I´ll be charged around 184 euro for that... That's totally wrong, abusive and unfair...I just noticed when I checked my email and saw I was charged last month.I don't want to pay for that, especially because is a product that I don´t use.

I would like to purchase a number of premium images but I need an extended license (as I will be using the images as part of a product for re-sale).  I can see how you can purchase a non-premium extended license but on every single premium image I have looked at there is no option for this - I can only see a purchase a small or large image.  Do any premium images have the option for an extended (not an enhanced) license? I have the exactly same issue. Want to cancel my subscription and I get an error B84942C75103D2FC0A490D4C1537358552894. I wanted to contact customer service but they are closed - they supposed to be open right now. If I can't cancel my subscription within 2 days, I will be subscribed to another year which frankly, I really don't want to. As Adobe works with subscription plans and membership cancellations is just ridiculous. If I can't cancel the subscription, I go to my bank and ask for another credit card to stop paying that - by doing that will cancel another subscriptions as well which I didn't plan, but it's rather that than having paid another year for something I don't use...

I have tried in the most current version of Photoshop CC, Illustrator and Inkscape.File numbers: 126906050    and  134421253 I have easily been able to open other .ai files from the same contributor in the past, so something is up with these files.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription over the past 2 weeks but have been unable to do so. I go through manage plans, then cancel, and select the reason, but after I continue it issues me with an error. At first I thought it was a typical error so thought to try again later, but it keeps happening. I was now charged for another month I do not need.

I came here for this exact same reason. Apparently I ended three months ago but I received no notification of a renewal now I'm paying more each month. No notification. I ran a search on my emails and I haven't received anything from Adobe since I initially started up this service.

Hi Twarita, I have done the same thing (I have taken over the person responsible for managing the subscriptions, so I tried to change the contact email address. As my own email address was already in use with an Adobe account, this has led to me purchasing 2 licenses).I would like to delete on subscription which has not been used, please advise how to solve this? Attempting open Stock file # 135980533 without success. I have downloaded the file several times, logging on and off, clearing cache, using different browsers, different computers, directly via the Library panel in AI etc.... no success.I get the following error from AI>Additionally when I do get a version open (partially) the entire file is not present - looks more like a previewHere is what is shown in Stock website:This is what it looks like when finally opened in AI (basically ignoring the error) ... the entire file is not loaded and available.Can I either get a correct file or credit?Thanks,Bob
