Hi,I'm looking for slow motion videos only. How do I filter for that when I search? Can't seem to find mention of this anywhere, in tutorials, discussions, or in the actual Stock Video search filters.Thanks

What are the Adobe Stock license requirements for the following:1/ I use a Stock image in whole or part as a background or element in my own work, e.g. to enhance a portrait (main subject) I have taken.2/ I use the final image for promotional purposes on my website/social media3/ I may want to sell the main subject a copy or copies of the final image4/ I give the subject a copy of the final image to add to their own portfolio.5-8/ As above, but the main subject belongs to another photographer whose work I am editing.

Hello Adobe teamif in the membership plans section i choose the  '350 standard assets a month' , this means that i have 350 images usage license for one month, this plan  means i can download them and keep the license for ever, and  then having another different 350 images the next month?,Regards

Hello,I recently purchased a photo that I would like up upload to Mailchimp so that I can use the image for our company e-newsletter. The photo is a JPEG, not an AI file. I tried to upload it and I receive a "Failed to upload" message and it also says "Undefined."I have not had this issue with other images that are not from Adobe Stock so I assume there may be some sort of Adobe security issue with the image.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

Hi, in the plan section here  Adobe Stock pricing and membership plan | Adobe Stock   there are 'standard assets' packages,  i have a coupon designer which would provide templates using adobe stock images, so the end customers can pick any template to  make  customizations and use it for his own business. In order to allow end customers to use the images included in this templates i presume that 'extended license' is required, if so, is there a package membership plan for extended license images?, if this is not the case, what is the best option for this scenario given that purchasing 1 by 1 each image will be extremely expensive for 300-500 templates

I'm wondering if there is any way to return or be refunded for an image? I purchased an extended license on an image for a certain project and the image was too low quality for me to use  Now I have to find a different image to use and have no use for the one I had purchased. I'm disappointed because I thought only high-quality images were allowed on Adobe Stock.

I want to buy a "credit pack" to purchase some videos. But the prices are only listed in dollars. Where do I find the price in credits?

Been a few weeks since I've been in my account. When I went in there this afternoon, all 70 or so of my image credits were gone. Where did they go and how do I access them?

I have a client that wants me to put together a montage using several images from Adobe Stock. They plan to reproduce the image on a trade show booth as a background, but it also "may" end up as a background in say a USA Today Ad. The montage will not depict  their product nor will it appear on a product for resale. It rather illustrates their intended "audience" for the service they will be selling. In other words, say they are selling security services and this would be maybe a montage of police activity in the background.Would this really need an Extended License if it is not part of their product/service, but just used as a backdrop in an Ad Campaign?Thanks!

Is there a way to download images to your drive instead of having to access them through PS or Illustrator or the other apps?

Hello I started a subscription for 40 credits per month. I eventually cancelled the subscription, however still want to use the credits I paid for. How do I get them back? PS. Why is there no one that I can contact directly? Placing this information on a forum does not seem helpful.

Hi!I just purchased an adobe stock Ai image and when I go to open it; it displays an Error Message "CAN NOT OPEN ILLUSTRATION". I am using the newest version of Ai...and have never come across this problem before. Any suggestions?File #: 1452115522Cheers.

Am I the only one who find really petty the way the structured the UI in Adobe Stock, making so easy to buy an image "for mistake" trying to save it as a preview ?These are the kind of things that destroy the trust in a company in my opinion.

My plan includes the 10 stock images per month and once I use them all, I have the option to purchase additional image licenses for $2.99 each.  4 days ago I tried to buy a stock image and received a pop up dialogue stating "We are unable to process your transaction at this time. Either verify your information or enter a different card number. If you still can't place an order contact learn and support." First, I verify my info is all correct. Second, I check my credit card and the one adobe has on file is accurate. Next I check my bank account to verify funds, and thats good too. I try to buy images again and get the same error. I'm being billed $1 each time I try to make the purchase and fail. My first chat session with adobe resulted in 4 transfers and after 2 hours no solution was given.  I email the bank and they dont see any issue with my account. I start a second chat with adobe and that was a bizarre exchange of passive aggressive confusion between both parties. I am

Hi,I need pixel images that will fill a 4m x 4m stand wall at 300dpi. None of the images I've found have been anywhere near big enough as I would need 47,244 pixel images - I realise this is asking a lot of my machine to work with, however I've tried to resample the biggest sized images I can find, but they're just not sharp enough when being printed by state of the art large format printers.Any advice would be much appreciated please.Many thanks

Hi,For some reason we now have 2 subscriptions for adobe stock.Now the adobe on demand subscription is overruling the 10 images/month  subscription.This results in paying for every image € 9,99How can this be fixed?

Hello,I had 40+ credits in my account as of two days ago and now I no longer see them. My last conversation last year with Adobe said that my credits would not expire. I no longer see this and I also see some subscription that I have not signed up for that was declined?Please look into my account and let me know what is going on.
