Logging into my Creative CLoud account, I can see that on 7th April 2017 I signed up for a free year of Adobe Stock (10 images per month).The order number shown on my account for this is: ADD001165711UKNow in January 2018 and I cant download an image.Ive checked it isnt a "premium" image.The image in question is #65236655Please, can someone help urgently as Im in the middle of a job for a client and need to get this resolved asap.Thank you.

Firstly, it was excruciating "chatting" to someone regarding my Adobe Stock query, after 1 hour, I got nowhere!My question is: On 14 June 2016 my Adobe Stock membership was $11.99, then on 17 March my membership increased to $13,19 - fine, that's acceptable.  But what I hadn't realised was that on 14 April 2017 my membership increased to a staggering $39.59!!!  I want to know why am I paying such high fees - I am already paying $72.59/month for my Creative Cloud membership.If I cancel this membership do I lose my 115 images that I have access to right now?I would like a simple answer, that’s all.  Thank you in advance.

Hello,I accidentally licensed an image for $130. I would like a refund. It seems this is a serious issue with your website going back multiple years from this thread. There is no confirmation which makes it unclear that your credit card is being charged. If you are not able to provide a refund, who can I contact about this?Thanks,Renee

Hi guys,I'm trying to use the Adobe Stock API in combination with the provided PHP SDK for Adobe Stock (GitHub) and hope that someone can help me solve the issues that I'm currently facing.  I created a new integration at the adobe console which provided me with the necessary API key and client secret for OAuth. When I'm now sending a request with Postman using the given API key everything works fine like you can see here:However when I'm trying to do the same basic request with the Stock API PHP library I always get the response:{"error_code":"403003","message":"Api Key is invalid"}Since the library is using GuzzleHttp I dumped the header of the sent request in order to debug a little further and to confirm that the correct api key has been sent.I blackened most of the api key but I'm 100% sure that it is correct.Has someone of you guys experienced something like that? I am new to illustrator and trying to get up to speed. My question is if there is a way to tell prior to licensing files in Adobe Stock if they contain compound paths for the text? It seems to be a real pain to find a file you like only to license it and find out you now have to go through the trouble of deleting all the compound paths and replacing the text with your own fonts.Maybe I am missing something but in my head I want to be able to find a file I like, open it in Illustrator and quickly edit the text, colors, etc. and then use the file as I want to. Hi, I was checking the different stock products with no real intentions of purchasing anything, I just wanted to see the prices but actually ended up buying one of the products (the n° of the order is ADB001298443FR, for 23,99€, the item is Item# 65272916). The thing is I had no money on my PayPal account so it automatically took the money from the backup account (which is not mine's but my sister's). Is it possible to get a refund? "you may not share or distribute the asset in any way that would let others use the asset without licensing it themselves."  This is a quote from the above link.  What does this mean? How do I use an image on social media and prevent  others from use without a license?

I bought the subscription for Creative Cloud and for some reason I thought that Adobe Stock was included. I NEVER agreed to pay monthly for Adobe Stock and I have tried to solve this issue before but it seems like Adobe is loosing the professionalism and is now another scam company. I have tried to send e-mails regarding this matter but they come back to me like a boomerang saying Adobes mailbox is full. I NEVER wanted this subscription so I take this as a criminal act of forcing me to something I do not want. I am ready to go viral with this thing as people have to be aware of what is going on at Adobe. Why should I pay for something I NEVER ordered and why should I pay for cancelling something I NEVER ordered? I am not sending another mail. I am closing my credit card from now because of fraud. As a CC subscriber for several years, last May I was offered one free Stock photo. Unbeknownst to me, by clicking that led to a recurring monthly subscription at $29.99/month starting in June.I just discovered this after getting a message to update my Credit Card. I tried to contact you by chat and phone without result so I´ll try this way. I have a 1 year Adobe stock subscription which ends February the 11th that I want to cancel. I was told the best is to contact by chat in order to do it but it was impossible. So I´ll try to cancel from my account but I want to be sure it is properly done and I would like you to confirm the cancellation. Hi,I tried the free trial of Adobe Stock which offers 10 free pictures. Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with the service so I cancelled it the 9th of January.I got a confirmation of the cancellation. But today, I wanted to verify that it was really the case so I went back to my Adobe Stock. I had still 3 free pictures while after my cancellation it was said my subscription would end immediately. Why am I paying ALLOT for adobe stock when allot of the stuff does not work in photoshop.I bought this image Gold glitter particles of magic glittering stardust - Buy this stock vector and explore similar vectors at Adobe Stock |… and It downloads to a small blurred images not at all what its supposed to be. I don't own illustrator and will not purchase it just to use adobe stock.

This is the second time this has happened.I was originally on DollarPhoto Club had a large number of pre-paid licences that I used as and when I needed. Then Adobe took them over. I followed all of the instructions to switch my account to Adobe and it appeared to work. Okay, there aere a few minor glitches, but nothing major.Then, some time ago (last year or the year before), I logged onto my account and it showed 'IMAGES' as 0. I spent a couple of days talking with the support guys and my credits were returned. The last time I actually downloaded an image was around October last year, but my number of credits was still there. The last time I logged in was last week and everything was still okay (as far as I recall). But today when I just logged in, all my credits have gone again and I'm back down to zero.I spent about 15 minutes going round in circles trying to actually contact 'support' but all my efforts kept bringing me to the forums.Does anybody know who I need to contact and, mor

This is just unacceptable Adobe. I rarely need images, maybe 3 times per year.  I don't find it reasonable that I have to pay $50 for one image or an additional subscription fee of $330 to purchase a few images considering how much money I already pay for the Adobe Suite.

I used an image from Adobe Stock as a place holder, but forgot to save the full image and I can't seem to be able to find it again.Even using the search by image option provides no hit probably because it was trimmed.
