Hi had a LOT of credits in my account for images, they have all disappeared down to 10. They were rolling over from previous months. Please advice, I need these for my teaching programs coming up.

I am having the same issue and its asking to pay the standard cost but i have 10 images in my plan and i haven't downloaded anything since 2 month

I am also new to stock and find it so annoying how easy it is to licence an image! I just wanted to save image 106531423 to my library so I could proof to a client and it has licence it! The save preview to CC library didn't to be there??!!!!

Hi Twarita, I accidentally licensed 91053550 to my account. Sorry - very new to adobe stock and I must've clicked the license button when I only wanted to enlarge thumbnail. If this could be removed/credited - it would be much appreciated! Thank you -

We have this product registered:Adobe Stock - 10 pictures / month (yearly). ‎It was not our intention to have a subscription - we only wanted to buy some pictures on one occcasion. Now it seems like we cannot unsubscribe. How does this work?

Hi every oneI have accidentally gotten a stock images subscription (opps) and now I cant contact Adobe to cancel it. When I try to contact them I am stuck on these loading pages. What can I do?Is there an email address I can reach them on? Any help is highly appreciated.

While browsing through the stock, I accidentally purchased an image that I didn't intend to buy. Is there any possible way to remove it from my license library and receive a refund (it's FILE #: 189799585)? Hi there, I tried downloading the file 120167482 which are some hand-drawn, chalk-like icons. I paid with one credit but when you open the file, it's some abstract purple circle with a black background. I tried 3 x in different browsers but it's the same thing over and over.Any ideas? K.

Hi I am looking to create artwork for wedding invitations and other such events and would like to possibly some adobe stock images to support the designs on certain wedding invites/birthday events/ etc Can you please advise if this is ok to use under standard licence or would it need to be extended licence?The print run would be less than 500,000 as would be for specific weddings/events for individuals - these would be designed and printed per wedding/event as oppose to creating a design and advertising that design on say a website or having bulk designs printed ...Hope this makes sense and would appreciate if you could advise please, as moving forward this is something I am looking into and want to be sure using the correct licence for the imagesMany Thanks

I logged into my account and I had 30+ credits and now it is showing nothing. What happened and where do I now view the credits left available?

I have accidentally licensed image #185546235.​ It's my first day on Adobe Stock and I didn't realize what the button would do. Agree with many others that it's far too easy to license and there should be a double confirmation. I deleted the photo from my library, hoping it would give me credit, but it did not. I have the exact same problem. I cancelled during the trial, was billed, contacted support and after 3 representatives disconnected for no reason, one told me it was cancelled. I checked my bank account and was still being billed. Now I cancelled again, but this time I'm being billed $200. What??!??!?!?!

This is a terrible way to run business as i too keep getting charge wven when I have cancelled multiple times. The accounts section makes it so extremely difficult to find how to cancel and it so frustrating. Even to contact via chat or phone is frustrating. Please cancel my Adobe Stock Account.

Hi Adobe,I really appreciate if someone from support can comeback to me regarding a monthly fee that is been charged to my credit card for a product that I did not requested. All I did was to purchase a video on October 2016 with my credit card and suddenly, I realized I'm been charged a monthly fee o $32,99. I do not know where this come from, I understood it was one an only payment for the video and that's it! This is URGENT!!!      Sometimes I like to make photo manipulations on Photoshop using the pictures that I find in Adobe Stock, when doing that I usually remove the watermark of the pictures using the tools inside Photoshop, but is it okay to do that? Most of the time I save the finished image on my computer but when I really like the result of it I post it on my Instragram and on my Twitter, I want to know if doing that is illegal or something. I've heard somewhere that removing the watermark of stock photos and selling them it's illegal and it can result in a $25,000 fine, but I'm not selling the pictures that I make, I am just sharing them with my friends on social media, it's okay to do that, right?PS: If you're asking why can't I just license the pictures, it's because Adobe haven't made it possible to do that on my country yet.

Hi,If I wanted to create an eLearning product using Storyline or Captivate and use Adobe Stock images in the product. What Adobe Stock license do i need if i intend to provide multiple customers with ONLY the Storyline or Captivate file, not a folder containing the purchased Adobe Stock images.ThanksGary

Do I have to consider the original fotolia period or do I have a year from the day of migration? I miss a function to check this for my credits.
