I have a few cases where the Adobe Library has licenses the same image two or three times, when I only licensed the image once; I would like to reclaim the extra image credit.Thank You

I was given wrong information by an adobe rep, and immediately tried to get the image returned and a refund so that I could purchase the correct image. I've had one very ardous phone call, then 2 chats with no results.  I can send you the transcripts if neccessary.​ My original order is #ADD007434000,The​ stock image is #110453712.and the Adobe Case: 0188644551All I want is a refund in a timely manner so that I can purchase the correct image.  It's been over a week with no conclusive information.​Thank you,​Carrie

I tried it: I don't want it.   After lots of frustration, I tried following official cancellation instructions for adobe stock.  Still not possible.  The option just isn't there to cancel.  This is just really convenient for Adobe.  You can spend your photo credits with a single click, but if you don't want to get stuck in a ridiculous annual contract, it's an hour or more of frustration resulting in failure.I'm spending my 8 remaining photo credits on random stuff, just because I'm so annoyed at Adobe; it's all I can do to make them pay...Please cancel my trial, or fix your website so I can do it myself.  (PS: the status monitor says account management is fine.)

Hi Sheena,My mouse didn't go nuts, but I somehow ended up with a licensed image that I had no intention of licensing, too. This is my first time using Adobe Stock and I was adding a number of images to a library, so I must have somehow licensed it while doing that? I don't know. There was no confirmation or anything like that, but based on what I'm seeing in the forums it looks like maybe there should be.It was this image: 134640882

Hello, the Adobe Stock Product would be included in the "Cloud" bundle. As far as I can see, the documentation always to "license free" images.Would it be possible to use Adobe Stock as a normal asset manager (in this case I would have to import the stuff that I already have)?If it is not possible, is there any other Adobe Solution that you can recomment (ideally that works or comes together with the Cloud bundles)?Thanks for your help,

I accidentally purchased a video on Stock. I then deleted the video from my library without downloading it.I contacted support looking for a way to be refunded on the purchase, since it was accidental. They repeatedly told me that I had downloaded the video, so they couldn't issue a refund. I definitely have not downloaded it. I checked my download history and my whole computer in case I did it without realizing, but it's definitely not there. They then offered to remote into my computer and help me download it. I repeated that I do not want to download it, I just want a refund.My case has supposedly been escalated to the senior level, since I continued to complain. They say they will contact me within 48-72 business hours. I asked if there was a number I could call if I did not hear anything, to follow up. They said there was no number and disconnected from the help chat.So, as of right now, I've paid $85 for a video clip I don't want. It's not in my library and it's not on my compute

Hi there,I'm in the process of putting together an education website for learning using memory palaces (think of a painting where each image is a place holder for information).To do so, I will use photo-manipulation to make a collage of the images, with the individual images coming from Adobe stock. I am one person, and not working with a team or enterprise. My  question is, does the Standard license cover me if: - The main product is the educational information packed into picture format, and all stock images will be altered in the process.- The collage images will be available on the my website and on the mobile application. - The collage images will be incorporated into a video explaining the information - and the video will be available on my website, mobile application; and on youtube for marketing purposes. The Adobe Stock terms mentioned that the 500,000 copies restriction for the Standard license did not refer to a website and mobile application traffic, so I'm hoping that

I am new to this service and didn't know that you couldn't reverse the process of licensing photos. I have licensed at least 5 photos taht are very similar. I don't need all of them and I need to be able to license more for the other pages of my website. Again, I didn't know how your system works and there was no warning or explanation about the process of licensing photos and what would happen if you changed your mind.

Hello everyone,I have a situation and I hope you can help me. I tried to find a similar answer here on the forum with no success. The situation is like this:I am building an website with my partner. Both of us had membership on Adobe Stock and we licensed some images on each account (standard licences). Before launching the website we are planning to create a limited company where one of us will be the shareholder (100%) and the other one will be the Director. The Director will not have any shares in this company but the website domain is in his name.Questions;1. Can we use on this website images licensed on both accounts?If not:1.1. Can the owner of this new company use his licensed images if the images were licensed in his personal name?1.2. If the Director will be a shareholder as well, can we both use the images on this website?2. I licensed an image with two individuals in it and I am wondering if for the images where you can clearly see people faces is enough the standard license

I work in e-learning and need to purchase images for clients that will be used in their online courses for their employees (not for resale).  We do not retain rights to the images, the images are in an online course and are not printed, and the client is the one who need the right to use the photo.  Is there a license level or a way to purchase that allows me to "reassign" the right to use the photo from my company to the client? Or would they need to purchase the stock image so they have the right to use is? We want to make sure we are using your services properly and I don't see a way to do this in your licensing agreement.Thank you.

I joined Adobe Stock because I had approximately 70 unused Dollar Photo Credits in April 2016.  I spent months trying to get the credits transferred over being passed back and forth between DPC and Adobe before I gave up.  At this point I had already paid for 30 stock images from adobe so I left it as the rate was low.  I never got a renewal notice in April this year so it came and went without me getting any warning.  I happened to notice it on my credit card bill this month.  Suddenly my monthly bill is 3 times as much and if I want to cancel it is another $135.99 USD.1) Never got the DPC that enticed me to sign up2) Never got the renewal notice (it is not in my junk mail)3) Never got a reasonable explanation despite multiple attempts with Customer Service.It's a really hard pill to swallow.  $135.99 to cancel a service I never really wanted in the first place except to be able to use what I had already paid for.  The whole thing is terrible custome

Does anyone else have problems using Adobe Stock on an iPad? Whereas deleting an image from my library requires three distinctly separate clicks, accidentally licensing an image (on subscription) takes just a wobbly finger. Since some of the images in my library are Premium and cost up to £399 each, I wonder if there is any setting I can change to prevent accidentally licensing images.

Hello there!As I was scrolling through Facebook, I saw an advertisement for an insurance company here in Puerto Rico. It so happens that the girl in the ad looks exactly like me (with my natural hair color and everything!). I went as far as contacting the company to which they replied that they were not the source of the picture, but instead Adobe picture bank or stock. Even my mom is unsure about the whole situation. I just cancelled my plan and haven't even been able to download any images even though I paid $30 for the month! What a rip off!!!! Shame on you Adobe.

Adobe stock was great, however I did not use it regularly enough to justify renewing my subscribtion after 1 year.I feel as if I should still be allowed to license the 80  or so images and should not have lost them since I did pay to receive 11 images a month.  it doesn't seem right.

Hi Twarita,I also just started using AdobeStock and one of the first images I clicked on to zoom in was immediately added to my licensed images. I was looking for a way to undo it, and this forum makes it clear there is no such option. Could you assist me in undoing that photo? It was File ID: 37835131​. I was honestly just trying to take a closer look and very quickly found an image that better met my needs. I agree with others it should be harder to finalize licenses.Thanks!Eric
