I'm very upset that after paying for a year's worth of images, I will lose them all when I choose not to renew my Adobe Stock membership. I've paid $32 a month and almost all of it will have been for nothing. Over the past year I've downloaded 11 images, and I'll be losing 80+. How is that fair? I've paid for it. I don't have a lot of money and some months it was incredibly hard to pay for this subscription since I couldn't cancel it. What is my best option that isn't staying subscribed for another year and racking up more downloads than I'll use in 12 months?

Today I purchased the Adobe Stock Abo for 120 pics, allthough I still have to pay 9,99 per each pic. My account-information tells me that the payment by credit-card was ok and that the abo has to be renewed on 26th of september 2017.I already tried to log-in and out of my creative-cloud account as well as clearing caches and cookies in my browser. Would be glad if anyone could help me out.

It appears that a huge number of people have this problem, so maybe your interface people could look into it because it's too easy to make this mistake.I accidentally licensed an item in Adobe Stock that I though I was adding to my library. The item is #110178706.How do I un-license the item?

Hallo zusammen in diesem "neuen" Forum. Hm...ich vermisse vieles aus unserem alten Forum, aber das ist jetzt nicht meine Frage...Ich amüsiere mich eigentlich nur über ein paar Schlagworte, die bei meinen Bildern immer wieder mal auftauchen. Ich würde hierzu gern wissen, ob der Algorhythmus auch mal dazulernt, oder ob es dabei bleibt. Wird hier noch etwas verbessert?Beispiel: Blumensujets werden immer mit "verdammt" "einparken" und "auflösungszeichen" verschlagwortet.Lustig, aber auch ärgerlich, weil man immer nachbessern und genau hinschauen muss. "Anreisen" kommt auch oft vor.Geht da noch was? ich sehe da klar noch Luft nach oben 😉Liebe Grüße an alle FTlerChrissy

I have questions regarding using a licensed image as part of a logo or trademark. One question would be what are the regulations if I license it and slightly alter it and use it and the other was if I use it strictly as I downloaded it. I have found a couple that I really like for a product I intend to sell on Etsy and hopefully other places which license do I need to use that image and could I actually trademark that image if I chose to? I'm actually working on a customized logo but there are two images from stock that I really like as well and I represent my product fairly well especially for the trial Market on Etsy.

My bank just called me as they detected potentially fraudulent activity on my account.This was unrelated to Adobe, but during the check they mentioned all recent transactions, including a debit from Adobe Stock on my CC.I am really puzzled. I would have never been informed about this if it was not for my bank calling me. I only used 9 of the 10 free "try out" pictures and now it looks like I am trapped in some monthly plan?Being a translator by trade, I have no interest whatsoever in having an annual plan and would have certainly a not agreed knowingly to being included into one. I do not remember allowing Adobe to bill me, nor entering into an agreement – or even  giving Adobe my card details (but in all honesty I may have done to access the free trial).I am happy for Adobe to keep my £19.99 for the 9 images I actually used (which is fair), but can someone at Adobe please get in touch to tell me how to stop this? Thank you

If I cancel my subscription but first use my credits to download images to my computer may I use them later?

I have also lost my credits but I didn't receive any emails about credits expiring so wasn't forewarned!!! Not happy at all!!!

Nun kommt noch eine Serie mit Bildern, aus denen man entweder Straßenschilder oder Autos oder sonst etwas finden muss. Ich habe den Eindruck, man will uns dort nun mit aller Gewalt verdrängen. Wie ist Euer Eindruck und was kommt als nächste Schikane?

We use Adobe Stock for Teams with a large number of licenses available each month. However, I want to make sure that we're properly licensing our images. Our company is the parent company of several subsidiaries and we were told upon signing up with Adobe Stock that the license for our parent company covers the subsidiaries, so, if true, we're good there. However, we also have partners who sign agreements to sell some or all of our products and services under their name, so in order for them to do that, we produce marketing collateral for them and we either license images specifically for them or re-license images that are licensed for our company.So, my question is...are we doing this correctly? Everything I've read appears to point to this being correct, but I'm hoping to get some confirmation.Thanks!Keith Miller

Hi,We have a CC subscription and used to pay extra for Adobe Stock images but canceled it a while back. We never used the images that we payed for and supposed that they were "stacked" on our CC-account. I would like to use those now but can't access them. I hope this doesn't mean that we payed for something that was lost when we cancelled the Stock-subscription?Kind regardsLinda Pierre

Hi, I used Adobe Stock for months with the monthly subscription for 10 images. Once I stopped the subscription, I still had more than 60 images remaining. Which I paid for. And now, they are completely gone from my account. How can I have them back. I paid for them! Hi!I noticed that the contributor DigitalGenetics ( Search photos by DigitalGenetics , DigitalGenetics photos, images, assets | Adobe Stock )   sells the renderers of the Evermotion  ready-made 3d sceneswith almost no change.Is this acceptable from the point of view of the Adobe Stock? If so, can anyone buy these scenes and make almost the same pictures? Is it ok?I think this will create a huge number of identical images from different authors.for example:

I am looking for a list of the 10 images used in the June 8, 2016  Create Magazine Take 10 Challenge: Weightless.  I downloaded the montage of the images, turned it into individual jpgs., and tried to do a search in Adobe Stock with no luck. I really want to use the same images so that I can compare my final product with all of the ones found on Behance. Help.
