I am new to contributing to Adobe Stock. I have been asked to submit a property release for several images. Totally understandable. However, in several of these images, no property appears. In some, the "property" is a field or building that is entirely imaginary. Am attaching some examples. I'm sure this is a common scenario but I'm not finding much of anything by searching. Hello, I am wanting to use Adobe Stock images to help compose illustrations in a book that will be published. My question has to do with the standard vs extended license for Stock images. If I was to download an image with a standard license, would I have any issue with copyright or royalty if I used that image in the book? They would be used solely for background composition and they would be edited to a certain degree as well. I believe the standard license also limits the image to being used 500,000 times so would that mean the book can only be pulished that many times. Appreciate any clarification, thanks.

HelloI normally licence photos and assumed each standard download is 1 credit.In the process of downloading I overlooked that this image is for 67 credits. It is picture #336181335How can I get a refund? It is a bit misleading and feels like having fallen in a trap, as often one clicks instictively where and how is used to most often.Many thanks for any support.

I licensed an image by mistake file 553318191 and not sure if its possible to return it? I tried the online chat facility which didnt work and was asked if I wanted to cancel my entire account.  Any suggestions?

hello, can someone help me to cancel the adobe stock without paying penalty if I didnt know i got it. I didn use that and just discovered that i have been paying for that for already 4 months.. I want to cancel that. thank you advance for any help

When trying to access Adobe Stock through Photoshop Elements 2024, I get the message "We're unable to process your request.  Please try again later."  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop Elements 2024, the issue persists.  I see where others have had the issues and it corrected itself.  I have been trying to use Adobe Stock for over a month and it continuously fails.

I am new to Adobe apps. I have a license for the suite (educational). I went to acquire a template from Adobe Stock. It clearly states that licensing is covered by my plan. However, when I select "License", the cursor just spins interminably.

Hello,I purchased fotolia photos more than 10 years ago and did not make the synchronisation to adobe account, so I don't have access to the licenses. I don't have my fotolia login and password.I wrote an email to support service a week ago and the only response I get was that the case is closed. Hi!Today, I noticed a transaction from my bank account to Adobe and discovered that I had a subscription. I canceled it, but I don't understand how to request a refund. The Adobe chat isn't helpful. It only says, "If you have recently requested a refund, please allow 24-48 hours for the refund to process." So How do I REQUEST a refund? Where should I do it and what steps should I take?

I understand that I cannot use Youtube or vimeo to publish an adobe stock video link for embedding in my wordpress page, but does adobe have an option to "serve" a stock video link to my page in the way that Youtube does? Placing the actual video file in the wordpress library, even when optimized aggressively, produces a slow result of marginal quality. Looking for a better way. Thank you.

So, if I download an image using my free trial credit, can I use it on a youtube video? The standard licensing terms seems so vague regarding the usage of it in youtube, as they say there's no view limit for social media, but also stating a 500,000 views on certain uses, so what is it regarding youtube? 

Hey everyone, I'm not sure how to proceed with this situation. I am a generative AI contributor to Adobe Stock, started a few months ago.  I have a very small portfolio - only 120 photorealistic assets, aiming for quality and not for quantity. I carefully edit each image (sometimes for 1-2 hours) and my approval rates are very very high. I work as a graphic designer and I don't upload images that I wouldn't happily use in my own designs, quality-wise. Also, I do my research before generating anything, making sure the niche that I'm aiming for is not oversaturated already.  Today I found out that someone took the image I generated and made a few minimal variations to it, then uploaded them to Adobe Stock. I know for sure that the variations were based on the image I generated, that person even used my prompt as an image title.  I don't know if I'm in the position to get upset about someone using my prompt and making variations. I downloaded a text effect that said it's editable but after opening it in Adobe Illustrator I find that it's not actually editable. I tried to use the 'Report' button but I can only report it for "Copyright Infringement" or "Contains the names of people"

I have been paying for the adobe pro feature for about 8 months now. At first it was working but for the past 5 months I have not been able to access this feature anymore but am still paying 21.64 every month for it. I have two emails signed up with adobe and have checked both numerous times and neither of them allow me to access the adobe pro feature. I have tried contacting adobe through multiple avenues but still get no where I do not need anymore money taken out of my account for a feature that I cannot access!

HiI ordered 5 credits today on stock.adobe.com, paying with card. I have recieved my credits and a mail to confirm my order.But I can't find my order in my account or the invoice. Not even if I click on the link in the order confirmation email.I ordered the credits loggin with my email address. But just to be sure I have logged in with my collegue's address as well, but it is still empty.I need to print my invoice so I would be grateful to be guided how to solve this problem.Regards/Malin
