Hallo,ich habe gerade eben versehentlich ein falsches Bild (#393446580) über mein begrenztes Credit-Pack heruntergeladen, das ich gar nicht benötige.Wie kann ich das rückgängig machen?Vielen Dank im Voraus!

I purchased a pack of 80 credits and have 68 left. Yesterday afternoon (after licensing multiple vectors using my credits) I attempted to license a vector and received this error message: "We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service." I'm receiving the same error message today, regardless of what I attempt to license. Does anyone have a phone number for support that will put me through to a real person? Or a solution? Thanks!

Can you cancel the Adobe stock subscription after making a mistake of creating another subscription using a different email?

Hello. My stick figure illustration (AI generated) below was rejected due to "Refusal of Intellectual Property". This happens from time to time. Of course, I send such submissions without knowing the situation in question. But I don't know what is protected by intellectual property and what is not. (I also read Adobe's list of known copyrighted works, but I didn't see any reference to stick figures, if I remember correctly) I wonder if there is a reliable website where I can check the intellectual property of my work before uploading it to Adobe Stock? Thank you.

We have a company that creates material for klients using Adobe stock images.The klients then want access to the material to later on be able to create thing with the images.The licenses of the images can be transfered in Adobe stock to that klient (company) but the text also states that a written agreement is needed?Please note that a license can only belong to either you or your customer (not both), and that a license can only be transferred to a customer via a legally valid written agreement between you and the customer. Also, keep in mind that this action cannot be undone and that the status and information about the transfer (customer's name and additional notes) will be visible to all users in your organization.I was just wondering if this really is needed, or will it be enough only using the licens "transfer" in Adobe stock? They already have a contract with the customer to create material for them. ThanksChris

Hi,I have downloaded a corrupted file from Adobe Stock "AdobeStock_136174951". Illustrator gives me the attached error message "Illustrator could partially open this file" and then it opens an empty artboard.How do I go about getting my credit back. Sorry, but I will have to air my frustration: Why do you not have a way of reporting this and just get my credit back?I have spent 500+ Euros recent years and still cannot reach out to customer service. Dear sir/madam,I recently signed up for a 14 day trial and there wasn't anything said about a yearly contract after these 14 days. However, now I'm being charged 37 euros per month for a year for something I didn't sign up for! I recently found out that I've already paid this amount twice without even knowing it! I'm super frustrated about this and the fact that if I cancel and still have to pay half of it makes it even worse. How do I run reports in my Adobe Stock Account to identify assets downloaded per user?

I wrote on Adobe Stock chat and was told if our website is monetary, we cannot use the images we purchased which is not what I was told before and the legal doc doesn't not say that either.The page below is our main website for advertising purposes but the builder is a separate app where we sell memberships.From what I have read, we are completely legal in how we have used these.The reason I reached out was to ask about our social media graphics. If we share those with other users to advertise our business and theirs to build these websites using our system, is that within the scope of standard licensing? I am trying to make a wallpaper mural with a stock photo. The resolution is 5242 x 2949px and 6318 kb. The mural needs to be 10 x 14 ft. But the printing software says that resolution is too low. Do stock photos ever come with higher resolution? Is there any way to buy a higher resolution of this photo?

Went through my media library and found several images that could no longer be downloaded. In some cases, the artist themselves seemed to no longer be available on Adobe Stock. They're noted as "this media file is no longer available." * I would like to know why images that have previously been licensed have suddenly been removed from the site? * I would like to know in what capacity these images can still be used? (I did license them after all).* If they cannot be used because of copyright issues or whatnot, I would like to know how that would legally affect things if they have already been used in publications? For example, if I use a stock image for commercial purposes, that image is removed from this site, and then someone accuses me of theft, then I assume that Adobe should be liable and not me. Accidentally licensed this before I realized it was AI. this is NOT a seamless pattern. Seamless pattern of hand-drawn curly lines and squiggles, black on white background. Stock Vector | Adobe Stock Can I be reimbursed a credit for this? This is misleading and unacceptable.

I have an Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month plan (with rollover). Currently, I have 120 credits available, but I am looking to cancel my membership for a few months and make use of the credits that I have accumulated. Will my credits still be available to use? I don't want to cancel and discover the 120 credits are no longer available. Thanks!

Hello,My problem is I can't use Stock after refreshing the payment methods. The former was wrong, Adobe couldn't get money from it but I can't use the new one either. 

Some time ago I purchased licenses on Fotolia. Now a law firm has contacted me for compensation for unauthorized use of photos. So I transferred my account from Fotolia to Adobe Stock to show as proof in the case that I legally purchased licenses for these photos. The problem is that after the transfer, in the historical licenses I have the transfer date, not the date of purchase of this license. For this reason, they reject it as proof and claim that I purchased these photos after their report.So please help me change the dates on my account or send any other confirmation showing the date of purchase of the photos on fotolia (and not the date of transfer to Adobe Stock). I tried via chat but after 4 redirects the chat simply ended by itself and I was left without help...
