Tried to access my library in Adobe Stock today and got the message Could not load libraries. This started happening after I updated my email address in my profile today. It was working fine today until that change. Please assist.

Hello. I hope you are well. Many weeks ago, I decided to check out Adobe stocks because I needed a reliable place to get clip arts. Since it has a free trial, I decided to sign up for it. On doing that, I discovered that the clip arts can only be edited in Adobe illustrator, an app I do not have access to. So, I decided to end my trial since I cannot use what I get from Adobe Stocks. It has been at least 3 weeks since then and almost everyday, I get notifications that Adobe is attempting to charge my card. The option to delete the card is not there and I cannot access the 'manage plan' page because an error message pops up saying that I need to update my payment method, and implies that I pay $32 before I can manage my plans. I also cannot delete my account to end the constant billing attempts because "I need to cancel my plan first". I have not used any of the stock credits since the time I excitedly signed up for the trial. Hello,I had a subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud so I could use Adobe apps for my school projects. I was going to cancel my plan but then noticed this entire time, I was being billed for Adobe Stocks but never knew. I've actually never used Stocks which is why I didn't know I was being charged for it. I want to cancel my subscription but the fee is more expensive than the Creative Cloud cancellation fee. I'd understand the fee for the Creative Cloud cancellation, but I find it unfair to be charged for cancelling a plan I never even knew I had and never used. Is there any way to cancel this plan without having to pay this huge fee?

I was registered with Cavan Images until April 2023. Then I deleted the profile and, according to the terms of the contract, Cavan agreed to delete ALL my assets within 90 days. But 13 months later I still see my assets on Adobe stock from Cavan's profiles. In addition, one of my assets is sold in the Premium section. Kavan steals copyright content and sells it! What is Adobe stock going to do with the profiles of this unscrupulous agency? Hi, I'm working on a company which has a ERP system for the car dealerships. We would like to use some of the icons/symbols from Adobe Stock in our ERP but I'm not sure which license is suitatble for us. For the compilation of icons we're interested in there's only Standard or Extended license.Symbols would only be used in ERP to give more value and infromation for the users. For example we could use Coffee cup-symbol to symbolize that customer is waiting at the repair shop. There wouldn't be any merchandise and the main value for the users would be in the ERP system itself not the symbols we would like to use. At the moment expected number of viewer is way less than 500,000 people. What are your toughts of this? Could we proceed with a Standard license?

I licensed a stock image that won't open in Abobe Illustrator. I have a Team account. It says that it could only partially open it, and its blank. #402270155

Wow, this should not be this hard. I don't see any way to remove an image from one of my libraries. ???????

When I log into my Adobe account, I can't find my Adobe Stock invoices. Sometimes the invoice history appears, sometimes not. Support can't help and I have already tried all workarounds; open Adobe Stock in Chrome incognito Window; automatically choose profile etc. Sometimes it works and sometimes it don't. Right now it doesn't work and I have to send the invoice to our economy department. Every month I spend at least an hour just on trying to find my invoices. I see in the forum posts that this is a known bug and a hugh source of frustration for many persons. Can someone please support me on this issue? I would really appreciate if someone could share a solid solution that always works.

I am trying to downgrade my Adobe Stock product from the £39.99 per month (25 credits)  to the £19.99 per month (10 credits) version.  I am on an annual paid monthly contract and I can't find when the renewal date is. As a result if I cancel now, I loose the 100 credits I have and then also have to pay approx £200 to cancel. I still want the product, just a smaller version. Please advise the process as the sales telephone line keeps you on hold forever.  

Yo adquirí la prueba de 7 dias de adobe, pero no cancelé la suscripción y cuando se cumplieron los  dias me hicieron el cobro, al percatarme cancelé mi suscripción y solicité reembolso, el asistente virtual menciona que fueron emitidos 2 reembolsos por autocancelación a mi cuenta (ambos suman el valor total del cobro), y dice que toma de 4 a 10 dias habiles. Luego de haber cancelado la suscrpción, ¿aún siguen teniendo mis datos bancarios para la devolución del dinero?

When searching for images of Native Americans, the search engine answers with people from India (Indians?). I think I understand what is happening, but the tagging system needs to be adjusted so that Native American doesn't equal "Indian."

I feel like I'm losing my mind. I've been getting charged twice for the same products. I'm a relentlessly loyal Adobe customer, and regardless of the new apps and software coming out at a much better price, I pay the premium because of that loyalty. they have helped on my first issue, but I can't find an answer for my next: will I lose all my adobe stock credits if I upgrade to creative suite with adobe stock included? There's a promo price that is the same as what I'm paying right now for just the stock images-- thousands of which have expired over the years. So frustrating. And no pause feature or way to retain your credit is also infuriating. Anyone have answers?

En base a un usuario con la licencia edicionPro, si yo descargo imágenes con licencia mejorada para  usarlas en una serie de streaming, ¿tendría problemas legales? Hay 2 licencias en adobe stock; una llamada ampliada y otra llamada mejorada, pero quería saber si con la mejorada cubre para utilizarlas en una serie de streaming.   También si utilizo imágenes generadas por adobe firefly para esa misma serie de streaming ¿tendría problemas? . Una vez terminado el proyecto, ¿ podríamos eliminar el usuario sin problema? Un saludo.

Question, My subscription is unlimited images, before, when I choose an image, it had a blue button that was Licensed, however, now I only have a very few that is Licensed, and now the blue button is Buy. Why is this and does it mean my unlimited images no longer unlimited? I did a search for baseball and the majority of what came up was buy, even the NFL logo was buy, and I can download that from the web for free from seeklogo.com And yes, I have restarted, rebooted, logged out of creative cloud and back in, logged out of stock.adobe and back in and it is still buy, not license.
