Hello,I have an active Adobe Creative Cloud Standard subscription. I recently downloaded 2 assets (images) with a Standard License from the Free category on Adobe Stock and incorporated them into a website design for a client.How do I properly transfer or assign this Standard License to my client upon delivering the final website?I would like to avoid requiring the client to create an Adobe Stock account just for these 2 free images. Is it sufficient to create a client transfer document/contract that explicitly lists the Asset IDs and hands over the usage rights for this specific project? In the event of a copyright compliance check (e.g., automated copyright crawlers), would this documentation along with the Asset IDs be enough for the client to prove legal usage? Hello! Please review asset ID: [#2161855411]. It has severe AI artifacts: deformed legs, broken anatomy, and blurry faces. It does not meet Adobe Stock quality standards.

Can I create a paint by numbers art of an adobe stock image and sell it? I just want to make sure so that I am sure about what I am selling.

I’ve been talking to agents in the chat for 30 mins now trying to get a simply credit back to my Adobe Stock credits for a bad image I downloaded (a vector file that was not a vector file).This is happening multiple times a week. I have lost SO much time trying to get credits back for bad images. Any reason why I shouldn’t just cancel my subscription?!Any tips for how to get your credits back quicker? The chat agents never understand! 

I licensed 2 images https://stock.adobe.com/images/welcome-to-fabulous-las-vegas-nevada-sign-illustration-with-palm-trees-and-desert-landscape-background/1950781746 and https://stock.adobe.com/images/welcome-to-fabulous-las-vegas-nevada-sign-graphic/1957868366 both of which are just image traced from another file or an Ai render. These are not great quality, and I’d like to get my credits back. How do I do that? 

Adobe!???You have seriously messed up the workflow and are absolutely cramming down the users neck something that is not useful unless specifically requested by the user - AIStudio.It’s an extra diversion and workflow interruption at very least, but I don’t want to go into another environment - I want to see the asset details quickly, I am unlikely to want to edit it in some AI way and if I do I’ll ask for the interface on command.And what of the creator and creators intent - “here’s what they did, mash it up”.Honestly you are out of touch and you aren’t reading the room at all.This is making me seriously rethink my stock source now, because I can’t cope with this jarring workflow.So, the question - how can I disable this force-fed stuff.Stop trying to justify your AI investment by forcing it down our necks please, that’s very different from asking us what we want.I’m really unhappy about this for so many reasons, practical and philosophical.EDIT : AND WHERE ARE THE “OTHERS IN THIS SER

Can anyone confirm whether Adobe Stock asset #808645209 is marked as generative AI in Adobe’s system? The public page does not appear to show a Generative AI label, but the image looks AI-generated or heavily synthetic. Thoughts?

Não entendi o que exatamente fiz de errado para provocar a desativação da conta e gostaria muito de ter ela de volta, pois estava trabalhando no portfólio desde o ano passado.Gostaria de saber se a reversão é possível, e se sim quanto tempo pode levar?Também acho interessante que o motivo da suspensão seja mais claro, pois o email informa muitas possíveis causas que levam a uma punição, mas ainda não sei quel foi que eu cometi (entendo que nenhuma pois tenho seguido o mesmo padrão de produção de imagens faz meses).

No puedo regularizar el pago pendiente y me gustaría cancelar la suscripción sin cobros adicionales. Agradezco mucho su ayuda para resolver esta situación lo antes posible.Además, necesito que me devuelvan el dinero del plan de Creative Cloud. Yo cancelé el plan, pero de igual forma me realizaron el cobro. Agradezco su colaboración para gestionar el reembolso correspondiente.

I’ve just downloaded this vector image, and it has an insane amount of anchor points for what is a fairly simple design. Surely this must be a traced image and shouldn’t have passed the contributor checks?  For reference it’s image 1972616912 from seller MdRezaul

It was a simple system lag, and I have previously received successful payouts to this exact same account (the last one was on August 7, 2026).I have already submitted the official legal appeal form via Adobe Trust Center on August 31st, but I haven't received any updates or emails since then.Could an Adobe Staff member please look into this and kindly escalate my pending case ADB-46857260-X7P9 to the Trust & Safety team? One of your former clients, NOBSMARKETPLACE, purchased images from you to use in their articles.  The client has now gone under and I am being harrassed by an image licensing bandit.  Can you help>?

Hi everyone,  I have a portfolio of over 2400 approved assets on Adobe Stock. So far, I have only managed to get 188 sales in total. Given the size of my portfolio, the sales volume is extremely low, and recent downloads have slowed down significantly.  I try to keep my titles clear and use relevant keywords, but I feel my content is not getting enough visibility in search results or the conversion rate is poor.  Could the community experts please guide me on how to audit my portfolio? Should I refocus on different niches, or is there a specific way to optimize my top 10 keywords to boost these numbers?  Thank you!

First generative-AI empty parking lot I submitted. 3072×1312, gen AI checkbox on. Came back Quality Issues in about 13 hours. Adobe’s text is the generic one: exposure, soft focus, excessive filtering, artifacts/noise. I cannot tell what they actually saw. If you zoom this, is there a real quality problem, or is that just how first files go?

Downloaded an asset as a preview to see if my client approved. Now that it has been approved, the Adobe asset # does not exist. WTH?

Recently downloaded an asset from Adobe Stock (https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/building-web-icons-in-line-style-hotel-hospital-apartament-city-town-house-mall-coffee-collection-vector-illustration/780136570?prev_url=detail) - this asset has clearly been created from a very poor quality image trace in Adobe Illustrator. These are also not editable strokes. I would imagine that all of the similar assets from this creator are the same.  Adobe needs a way of reporting slop like this. I would also like a credit refund for this rubbish. 

When I’m looking for images I need, I often click on them to see a larger version, or to see other similar images. It seems when I click on an image now, Adobe AI Studio opens. It’s really annoying. Is there any way to stop this? 

I bought a subscription but canceled after the 14 days, I just now found out I get billed if I cancel after 14 days, I used adobe for the first day of the subscription only and Im really limited on money and can't afford to be billed any amount of money

Hello. I am an Adobe Stock Contributor. My W-8BEN tax form is inactive. The form opens, but the “Start” button and all required fields are greyed out and cannot be clicked. I cannot complete or submit the tax form. I have tried different browsers, but the problem remains. Please help me activate or reset my W-8BEN tax form.
