I have purchased a Royalty Free Audio Track and its one of my Licensed Stock Assets. I want to use the soundtrack for a client animation I created. And the client want to upload it to YouTube for their business. Does the license cover this type of use?  Any advice please.

I have licensed an image, but it is not showing up in my License History when I search for the image ID.  When I look at the image’s page, it says the license has been transferred and “Re-download for free,” which indicates for me that it was indeed licensed. But when I go to license history and search for the image ID, nothing comes up.  I do not have multiple accounts.I have tried logging out and then logging back in.I have tried searching license history for the last three days.In the past, images that I have licensed do show up in License History.I don’t seem to be able to start over and license the image again, because it’s already licensed. Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you!

The quality is atrocious. Adobe has broken my trust by letting these unprofessional liars sell garbage on a premium platform. Retributing someone for a bad job makes fell unconfortable.Adobe Stock needs to implement stricter algorithmic filters to detect untagged AI content, and provide an accessible, one-click "Report Untagged AI Content" button on every asset page.I can provide so many profils for you. Hi,I spent hours trying to find the exact picture I want to print, frame and gift to my dad for christmass and finally found it hereBut when I try to get the free trial, it says that I can’t, without giving me any reasonI can’t pay a 40e subscription to download one image, so I was hoping someone had any idea on why can’t I access the free trial and get that image, I really only want that one, no subscriptions or anything

I was searching stock for “cute chick” and asked it to exclude AI generated images and exclude humans, but the search still showed some (nearly) x-rated content and humans.

Wo ist dieser Link "Transfer your account"…???  Hat jemand diesen Link gesehen? Ich finde ihn nicht. Und auf Nachfrage kommt die gleiche Antwort: " by clicking on "Transfer your account" Hat jemand in der letzten Zeit seinen Fotolia account zu Adobe migriert?

Liebe Community, liebes Adobe-Team, wir wissen bereits, dass wir über die Lizenzübersicht alle von uns erworbenen Bilder (über 3.600, zum Teil auch von Fotolia) finden können und bei Bedarf einen  gesonderten Lizenznachweis über den Kundenservice anfordern können. Trotzdem würden wir gerne die Lizenzübersicht bei uns archivieren, um ggf. auch in ferner Zukunft stets zuverlässig darauf zugreifen zu können. Gibt es die Möglichkeit, die komplette Lizenzübersicht in vereinfachter Form herunterzuladen (bspw. als Excel-Datei) bzw. sie sich vom Kundenservice zusenden zu lassen? Vielen Dank für die Hilfe und herzliche Grüße,Barbara

Hello! Here is my situation: I purchase the extended rights of adobe stock images. I incorporate these images into the worship PowerPoint templates that I sell online. If an image is labeled “Generated with AI. Editorial use must not be misleading or deceptive” can I purchase an extended license, create a worship PowerPoint, and sell it online? In my product description, I do include that the image is AI-generated.

Has anyone found a way to download all the images in a library without having to click on the license every time? I’m trying to take a shared library from a client and download everything at once for a big project, so I don’t have to spend a whole day clicking Download on each link. We have unlimited images, so this should not be a problem...

Nachdem Adobe Fotolia nun endgültig geschlossen bzw. in ihr intransparentes und überteuertes AdobeStock-Modell überführt hat, ist es für meine Zwecke – Websites und Drucksachen für kleine Unternehmen und Non-Profit-Organisationen nicht mehr interessant. ich werde dieses Angebot nicht mehr nutzen.

Es ist echt mühsam, ich versuche seit 2 Monaten mein Adobe Stock-Abo zu kündigen, schaffe es aber nicht. Ich klicke auf "Abo kündigen" und muss dann nochmals meine Authentizität per Passwort bestätigen und komme dann in zu einem Fenster mit Endlosschleife.Bitte um Hilfe

ich habe viele tolle Bilder hochgeladen. Verschiedene aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen. Hochauflösend und sehr individuell. Ich bin mir sicher, dass es Leute gibt, die da eines haben wollen. Aber alle wurden abgelehnt. Es gibt wenig Infos bzw Beispiele, wie die Bilder aussehen sollten.

I have several hundred images licensed through Adobe Stock over the years. I would like to be able to export the complete list so that I have a record. This is mostly because we get spammed by scammers with copyright infringement claims. It would be good to have a spreadsheet with all the details for easy reference. 

Whenever I search for images on this website (E.g Doggy underwater) I get loads of unrelated results or just the keyword shows up and it's soooo annoying! Why do websites have generally bad search functions vs google??   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hallo!Ich habe ein Bild mit erweiterter Lizenz erworben.Bei der Rechnung schien jetzt aber auf, dass ich die summe (76,79€) pro Monat zahlen soll.Stimmt das oder ist das ein Fehler?Ich dachte, ich erwerbe einmalig die Lizenz und kann das Bild dann nutzen. Vielen Dank für eure antworten!

Impossible de l'annuler car sur mon compte il est indiqué sous la partie 'gestion du paiement et des factures" que l'accès à la gestion de ma formule est temporairement inaccessible sans autre explication. Impossible du coup d'annuler ma formule.Je suis passée par l'assistant virtuel qui m'a permis d'accéder à un formulaire me demandant les raisons de mon annulation. Problème, au moment de confirmer ma demande d'annulation, on m'indique (étrangement) un nouveau problème technique qui ne permet pas de faire aboutir ma demande d'annulation.Vu le nombre de posts sur le sujet, je commence à paniquer. Adobe serait-il une énorme arnaque ?  Est-ce que quelqu'un a pu trouver une solution ? Merci d'avance pour vos réponses.

Hello everyone.I am currently paying for a Creative Cloud Pro plan, which includes Adobe Stock. When trying to access the website to download some textures, it does not recognize my subscription. I have tried multiple ways to access my subscription to adobe stock, even by accessing it through "my apps", yet it still does not recognize it. This is becoming increasingly frustrating that it is not  recognizing that I am paying $479 for a subscription. Any help would be appreciated. Here is a screenshot of what plan I have. 

It seems like the only way to get a refund for stock image is to post a question here. :/ I purchased image #1841307264 under the impression it was a vector file, but it is not. I filtered for vectors only and downloaded the .ai file. it is not a vector. I can’t use it. Please refund my credit and correct this image’s description to say it is raster, even the .ai file. Also, the generative AI filter still lets lots of AI images through. This is very annoying. Thank you.
